This is the first week with only 12 hours of light and the plants grow pretty well 😎 I removed some leaves here and there to give some light to the new branches but no major defoliation. The broken branch of the Cashew Kush from last week (see D42 - Cashew Kush) has survived and went back towards the light, it's a strong plant! 💪 The light is now set to 100% and is really hotter than at 75%. I cannot leave my hand on the top of it for too long or it burns a bit. Despite of that, I have no temperature issues in the room. These 2 are doing okay they are very bushy so a little tough to work with. I havnt defoliated one of them at all I'm just waiting til the strip day so I hope its not too uneven. Growth has been steady and everything is thriving right now. Things are now advancing smoothly, having effectively weathered the majority of the challenges encountered. It's a truly uplifting experience to watch the process unfold, seeing how the plants are developing and thriving. Each day brings new progress, and I am continually enthusiastic about maximizing the sunlight that each plant receives as they continue on their growth journey. In addition to the hands-on cultivation aspect, I'm also diligently working on expanding my clones collection. The plan for the next week or so is to cultivate and ready these clones for transplantation. It's an exciting aspect of the process that helps me stay committed to my ultimate goal. That goal, of course, is to maximize my supply chain and provide high-quality cannabis. This involves more than just horticultural efforts. I am also persistently studying and researching the relevant laws to familiarize myself with the legal process. Diary Entry for Growth Project: Day 24 - Today, a slower-growing plant was effectively moved from its soil environment into an idle hydroponic system. With this transition, the count of prospering plants stands at eight, with a couple more still being monitored due to uncertain growth. Significant discoveries include the paramount importance of light distance to the plants, which was underestimated initially. Further, it has been found that genetically modified seeds hold no superiority over the prevalent autoflower seed market. Additionally, the positioning of the plant and the volume of medium placed between the plants and the water source have been recognized as key determinants in accelerating early stage growth. Welcome to the Day 25 update of our grow journal. I must apologize for the slight confusion - although the video says it’s day 23, today indeed marks the 25th day of our journey. I’m thrilled to announce that we’ve had a successful transplant. The plants are now settling nicely into their new environments. The question now at hand is, should we introduce stress training? As we move into days 26 and 27, I have been pondering on this. High-stress training can sometimes stimulate growth, but in our current situation, it might not be the most prudent course of action. This time around, we are expecting all our plants in the grow tent to blossom concurrently. In light of this, I’m leaning towards letting nature take its course rather than intervening with stress training. By doing so, we will allow our plants to focus their energy solely on flowering. The goal here is to encourage the production of dense and frosty buds, the hallmark of a successful growth cycle. Rest assured, we’ll continue to provide the plants with the care and nutrients they need. Remember, every cycle is a learning experience, and we’re on this botanical journey together. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. All went well in the germination process, 100 percent success rate per usual with Seedsman seeds. Dropped the seeds in spring water for 12 hours and then transferred into the paper towel method until the tap roots were a half inch or so. Then planted into solo cups of Jiffy starting mix and watered with RO water with about 150ppm of CalMag.

The Gorilla Cookies are still doing alright, but 2 of 3 are showing some lockout or deficiencies. Despite this they are still doing ok. The one that doesn’t have this issue is doing great, getting fat and greasy! They are starting to stink up my house, had to turn the fan off Auto and just keep it running non stop otherwise my entire house smells like the good good 😊 I’m not super concerned, I checked the runoff, and it wasn’t too out of wack, 6.4 ph… the leaves look like they are having some serious P and K deficiencies, but I don’t want to feed anymore as we are approaching the end of their cycle fast, and they are continuing to develop, just not as good as they could have. RH was lowered, and temps have been consistent 77-79 degrees. Watering now approx. 3 litres every 4-5 days but I expect this to slow down soon. Happy Gardening 👊🇨🇦❤️🌱

Day 29 (Second Grow): "Hey everyone! Starting a new week with some exciting plans! 🌿 We've got about one more week before we transition the plants to the flowering phase. Just to recap last week's updates for those following along: We’ve named all the plants in both grows. This makes it easier to identify and keep track of each one, especially if they get moved around. It should also help you all follow along more easily with the pictures we post. We've built a SCROG (Screen of Green) net for the plants. A SCROG net helps train the plants to grow horizontally, which maximizes light exposure to all parts of the plant and promotes more even growth. We're using it to ensure all plants get plenty of light and develop a uniform canopy. We’ve placed a hygrometer among the plants to measure the humidity between the leaves. We've noticed that the humidity sometimes exceeds 70% in those areas. We're considering whether we need more fans, an intake ventilation system, or if a dehumidifier would be a better option. We're leaning towards adding more fans to improve air circulation, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to watch both grows progress and prepare for the flowering phase!" Day 33 (Second Grow): "Hey everyone! Exciting news for our second grow: we’ve added a new member to the grow tent – a praying mantis! 🦗 Her species is Timor shield mantis, and she still needs a name. Big update today: we’ve switched the timer to a 12/12 light cycle to initiate the flowering phase! 🌸 Our second batch of plants, just like the first, has developed well and we believe they’re ready to start blooming. This change should encourage them to shift their energy towards producing buds. For those following along, here’s a quick recap: We've implemented a SCROG net to manage the canopy and ensure even light distribution. We've introduced a Timor shield mantis for natural pest control. The plants have responded well to all adjustments and are looking healthy. C'est partis pour la culture de la Gran Jefa. Une nouvelle variété proposé par Green House Seeds disponible sur : https://shop.greenhouseseeds.nl/feminised-cannabis-seeds/gran-jefa/ Pour la première fois j'essayer de faire germer dans des cubes de laines de roches. J'ai préparé une eau avec 0.5g de bio enhancer/L puis j'ai abaissé le PH à 5.5. Je laisses trempé mes cubes dans cette eau 24h avant d'y placer les graines pour la germination.

Vamos familia, actualizamos la quinta semana de vida de estas Fruit cake de Seedstockers, salieron las 3 de 3, 100% ratio éxito. Aplicamos varios productos de Agrobeta, que son increíbles para aportar una buena alimentación a las plantas. Temperatura y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos dentro de la etapa de crecimiento. La tierra utilizada es al mix top crop, por cambiar. De 3 ejemplares seleccioné los 2 mejores para completar el indoor y apliqué tetra 9 vía foliar, también cambié el fotoperiodo a 12/12 y apliqué una buena poda de bajos, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color y progresan a muy buen ritmo por el momento.
