📅 Week 8 | 🗓️ Days 50–56 – Start of week 9 | first signs of flowering 🌸 Day 56 - Papayton 🚀🏀 🔸 Very vigorous this week: broad, even canopy with lots of tops; the stem is solid with nice “knuckles” from training. Lower shoots are tidy – air and light are getting through well. Leaves are rich green, upright, and without burns. The first pistils are appearing at the nodes and tips – the transition to flowering has begun. 🔸 Setup: on 12/12 since day 50. With ~700 PPFD approx. DLI ≈ 30 mol/m²/day – ideal for stretch/transition. Maintain a distance of ~40 cm and adjust during stretch. Cleaned up all the center and bottom growth to get those long, thick colas! Little plant only has 7 main shoots because one was just in the way... Switching them to full bloom nutes on week 3 of flower 😊

This week is start of 4th flower week. The plants look good but i need buy some yellow cards. Buds become bigger and start to smell more intense. The lemon haze surprised me, because i germinated her 15 dsys after them other 2 and shes the biggest of them all. Hope, everything will be fine. ✌️ In the middle of the week i took the net away because it seems they stretched finally and they have a good shape now.

Starting to really struggle with RH yesterday was down to 40% for most of the day. Managed to get it back to 50%. I think I will top them all towards the end of the week but I need to see more growth before I do this. Day 17, watered last night. Started to train the first plant. I’m going onto the back one either tonight or tomorrow. Turned the heat Matt off as I think the roots were getting too warm 🤷 we carry on. ✌️👊🏻 Day 18, adjusted the ties on this lady gone in fairly hard so we shall see how she handles it. Topped the other weeding cake today too. Let’s see how they look in a couple days. ✌️🙌 Day 20, watered last night. Week 7 of Veg for these beautiful ladies! It was a stressful week for the girls but they made it❤️ Day 44 I decided the girls had outgrown their 2 gallon nursery pots and were ready to move on. After a quick cleanup of the undercarriage, they were ready to go. I like to keep my soil in a Rubbermaid bin, either with a fan lightly blowing, or the exhaust line from my tent blowing at it. Since I started doing this, I have not had any gnats or pests in my grows, of course with regular cleanings and IPM… This time around, I decided to use some Dynomyco to increase the mycorrhiza count of my Promix HP. This will increase root development and allow for better uptake of nutrients overall. Within an hour or so all of the ladies were transplanted ❤️ 2 in 7 gallon fabric pots, and 1 in a 5 gallon fabric pot ( the 5 gallon will finish in my 2x4 tent) Once the girls bounce back and take hold of their new forever pot, I will be setting up my custom “floating” SCROG net and allowing them some time to get bent and tucked all nice snug before I flip to a flower schedule. 3/14: Came back from a 4 day vacation to a lot of dry, wilted, dead leaves on Amnesia. Trainwreck is super starved as well. My automatic watering system didn't kick on, and the humidifier ran out of water within 24 hours, so there's that. It may be for the better though, as the PH of the nutrients had risen to 7.5. I tossed that mix, and made another 2 gallons of half strength nutes, molasses and epsom salt. I watered them both to runoff, and now I'll wait for Amnesia to prioritize which leaves she thinks are worth saving, and then I'll defoliate the dead ones. Hopefully trainwreck will just bounce back to green. She needed to be defoliated anyway, so this situation makes it easier for me to find the dead leaves. Edit: Came back to feed the last of the nutes and decided to pluck the crispy goners. I found that pulling the leaf stem downward will make the most dead leaves fall right off, allowing me to test a majority of the leaves and give Amnesia a major haircut. Luckily I left a lot of leaves from prior defoliation, as Amnesia REALLY sucked them dry. 3/15: Amnesia looks no worse for wear than last night. Trainwreck as well. Went ahead and pulled as many dead leaves off Trainwreck as I could. Some leaves were a mix of crispy brown and healthy green, which I think is pretty goofy, so I avoided taking any green fans but removed the crispy ones. The colors of the leaves around the buds are really fun to look at. 3/16: Amnesia is starting to SHED her dead leaves, allowing me to pick the leaves with almost no effort. I tested as many leaves as I could, giving another haircut. I would say this isn't a good thing, but since it's my first grow, I'm rolling with it. As long as Amnesia keeps the buds and its nearest leaves alive, it will slowly grow, albeit stunted. I'm not sure if this condition will cause it to finish sooner, but I'm going to need to watch the trichomes under a microscope every couple of days just in case she's ready for harvest. Trainwreck looks about the same as it did before. No new leaves are ready to be removed there yet. 3/19: Amnesia is still shedding leaves, but also bulking up. Trainwreck is slowly bulking up, and turning purple as well! Going to keep an eye on Amnesia's trichomes. Edit: because amnesia is yellowing so much, and because it's been 5 days, I'm going to feed both plants a quarter strength nutrient mix just in case I've been overfeeding them somehow.

Week 4 flower went fine with all three humming along nicely in living soil. Watered to saturation after applying a 1" top dressing of worm castings, compost, and Langbeinite from Down to Earth. No need for further plant training, defoliation, or pruning. Now, just sit back and let these girls finish their run.

Day 63- Switched to plain ph’d water at the end of the week. Probably going to be 2 more in the upcoming week as they finish off. #1 is the tallest, and has some big buds, but are bit looser than the rest. #2 has gone beast mode, she is fattening and had hard dense nugs from top to bottom. #3 was a slow start but is quickly gaining on her sister’s. She has about 1 week longer than the rest, but is hard and dense, and is greasy! Did a big defoliation mostly to help ease the final trim when it comes, but to also allow for a little more trichome development as they finish up the remaining nutrients. It’s been a much cooler week so I have been gradually increasing the light intensity to get a final push for some weight and trichome production. Running at about 95% intensity at the moment with the tent hovering around 79-81 degrees freedom units. Checking trichomes daily with my 30x jewellers loupe, mostly cloudy now, with anlmost no amber popping up, just a few on the leaves. I’m watching my other strain as well, hoping the timing will be right for both to come down. I’m not in a rush, really want to maximize these buds, they are already very hard, and should be a good haul. Happy Gardening ❤️🌱🇨🇦😎💨

04/18/2021 Bluedreamatic is cruising along, and smelling good, a good berry smell. Spray with microbial tea to boost immune system there is some PW showing up hope microbial tea has the bacteria/fungi to combat bad stuff Also a soil drench of (MICROBIALSCIENCE) Seed & Plant organic starter

Not a whole lot happening this week. Just waiting for the plants to mature and go from there. The mites are prioritizing the weaker plants and I am ok with that. I have introduced some predator bugs that should eat them. They are the ones that tend to eat thrips and white flys however the guys at the grow shop said if they only have mites they will eat them instead. They won't however go onto the webs if they start forming any. I have not seen any webs but who knows, might be some hidden. little fuckers are good at going undetected for a while. Just giving them water now till its all done and over with. Will not be drying this crop as that's when the mites will go crazy. Fresh harvest and frozen asap. The one CBG plant seems to be thriving in all the chaos looks nice and healthy and good frost on it. Some of the other plants are loosing some upper main leaves. Could be fade. Could be issue in the roots. Don't really care, so close to being done. Added one photo of honeymints from an old grow for a contest.
