The ladies are still doing great and stacking very nicely! The leaves do look very very dark green with slight tip burns, so I doses down the nutrients slightly from 1100+ to 950 ppm! The grow light makes the leaves look more light green than they actually are (check the night shots) both pheno’s smell like a nice and strong gelato (vanilla/gas) 💪🏻

I'm already assuming we'll have a longer flowering period. The Gorilla Cookies has grown so huge that it will definitely need more time. So we'll certainly repeat the 4th week of fertilization. Before that, it will get week 3 of the master recipe from Advanced Nutrients.

Benefits (if managed well): • Boosted metabolism → faster stretch and branch growth before bud set. • With CO₂ at ~632 ppm, plants can tolerate slightly warmer temps without losing photosynthetic efficiency. 💡 Plan: An AC unit is on the way to lock temps into the sweet flower range of 26–28°C. ⸻ 💧 Why Daily Watering Works Here In these conditions, the Mango Kush girls are drinking daily. Letting the medium dry to about 25% before rewatering helps: 1. Prevent overwatering – Roots get oxygen between feedings. 2. Keep nutrients stable – Avoiding EC spikes/drops. 3. Match plant demand – Giving them exactly what they’re ready to drink. We’re pretty much back on track — except for that one plant. It’s still a bit fried, but it’s stacking some nice buds, so I’m not too worried. 😉 I’ve drastically increased the amount of fertiliser and have been using organic feed with every watering. Most of the leaves below the canopy are back to a strong green, with only minor signs of deficiency that aren’t spreading. Feeling pretty happy so far! UPDATE: Day 2 of week 9 Saturday 17th October: Nutes in today and more LST. Defo running out of space, so LST is proving more tricky and stems are less bendy now and much easier to crease! I’m tempted to not try too much more teasing of the plant and purely work on light height from here on in.. I don’t wanna mess up all my hard work by trying to force the plants too hard, damage them and stress them out. Other than that all looking great and pistils coming through lovely 😊 UPDATE- Day 4 of week 9: Monday 19th October Nutes in again. Increased the BioBizz Top Max this week to 3ml/l so let’s see how they respond. One girl looks like she’s a little slower than the others but other than that happy days. Oh and the crease I made in the main stem on one of my ladies last watering, doesn’t seems to have suffered any for it thankfully.. UPDATE: Day 6 of week 9 Wednesday 21st October; Nutes in and a little defoliation. Have a mild case of thrips, so I’m concerned about what products to use as I’m now in the 3rd week of flower and don’t want to spoil the buds or taste.. Argh! Since putting in the dehumidifier temps have soared which is what’s causing the thrips.. Gonna use the cardboard box method for the dehumidifier to get it out the tent, just need to pickup an aluminium hose and ducting tape. Pretty pissed as I’ve had such a smooth ride up till now. Really don’t wanna spoil my first grow. Thinking some Neem oil may help but worried about spoiling the buds ☹️ Happy growing peeps! 💚✌️🏼

Another week goes by. Can see some browning at the tips of the top leaves. Most likely nutes burn from adding the overdrive. or PH being 6.4. I've started using Advanced Nutrients - Overdrive (Apparently it provides extra Phosphorous and Potassium (PK) for increased flowering Specifically designed for use in late flowering to fully release your plants potential.)

End of week 6; Day 42 So far so good, Frost is setting in on the strawberry Gorilla. The cookies is stretching beyond belief and is about 55in tall from the floor up. The strawberry has stayed shorter and bushier than the cookies. Smell is also coming pretty strong. Happy Growing y'all

I left her alone for the last month. It was waterer a week ago. Just left under the shelter rain sun or shine. They grew beautifully but need to be chopped tonight. Smells nice. Buds are as big as advertised or my skill is showing.
