Just started the beans

11 weeks completed! The plants seem healthy and doing their thing. I will be harvesting this week. There is definitely some amber in the trichomes. I gave them a tiny feed mid week since they had seemed to be a little stalled out (first feed in 1.5 weeks). I watered them last night. I'll check the trichomes when I but them to bed in 2 days and see if that is when I'll leave them in the dark for 48 hours and then harvest. If they are still not ready then... I'll water again when I wake them up and then I'll check them 2-3 days after that! Either way, I cannot see this not happening in the next 4-5 days!! Looking forward to harvest!! Plans are already underway for my next grow. Probably going with Seedsman's Strawberry Auto Cheesecake.

I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

I ended up running these plants a total of 60 days. Topped each plant 2-3 times. Once flipped to flower the plant does not stretch much. The final product is dense, sticky, frosty buds with a fruit punch and piney gas aroma. Yield for this pheno is above average, but I highly recommend trying to get a top in every trellis hole to get maximum yield. Overall I pulled a little over 3lbs off of 16 plants. Notes: Room size: I'm not sure what to put as grow room size below... room was 8x8x6.7 Gram per watt: Gram per watt per plant doesn't seem to be the best measure in my opinion as it would encourage you to grow fewer plants with longer veg times to get the same yield. Unless I'm missing something? The actual power draw from the wall for each light is = 355watts per 315 LEC x 4 = 1420 watts in Flower. The yield was 1380 grams which makes the total Gram/Watt ration = 0.9718 ***Sorry for the shitty pics... my phone camera is still shit right now and these are all the pics I could get at the moment.

Day 52 - before pic/vid pulled em both out scrubbed tanks..... moved em into a different tent, with a different light.... did up completely different solutions, and currently still building it all.... Day 53 - still buildin... vids of new home... Nutrifield, Rock Nitro, 1200-1500 ppm and 6.5 PH.... see if we can give em a good boost.... left em in pure water before puttin em in new solution.... Day 57 - pics vid.... been adjusting ph... down to 5.8.... they are just growin along nicely in the new home... got a fan for the tent... looks good tho... solution temp is abit high, fan will fix that..... changed just the tanks to 5lt Cereal containers, they are alot taller, more room below the container... fits perfect.... End of Week 15 (8th week of flower) Still cruising, everything has been running very smoothly and the smell is just undoubtedly off the charts. The ladies are showing off some colour and are fading naturally bringing out hues of orange and purple. I also noticed that the leaves and buds closest to the lights are showing significantly more colour that the ones that are further away. The colas are also getting heavy and there are some side colas that are hanging and needed to be reinforced to keep them upright. (This is a good thing obviously) I know I said I would start the flush (not giving any more nutrients/top-ups) but I decided to give them a small dose of Boom Bloom just to give the ladies that final boost. I boosted them in the middle of the week and the flush has begun after that. Only water from now until harvest. Pest Report: None Smell Report: HEAVEN

She is getting so dense and very sticky freaking covered in trichomes

Interessant zu beobachten wie die Lila Pigemtierung innerhalb einiger Tage die Pflanze färbt, das UVB macht auf jedenfall seine Arbeit, sehr schön und verdichtet nochmal ordentlich die unter liegenden Blüten… 2/4 wurden geerntet, denken in 7 Tagen kommt die nächste Ernte

This girl is a beast. She's nice and wide and has really enjoyed being trained. She has tons of potential tops. Going to start nutrients again and aim to flip her to flower in a weeks time.

Day 35 - Light defoliation for this girl! I'm thinking i'll put a bucket under her pot, to get the canopy closer to the light! She's trained out nice and flat, and won't be getting much taller... I think she will benefit from being closer to the 1000PAR mark at this stage of flower!

Grande ha sido el crecimiento y fortalecimiento esta semana, el consumo de agua se ha duplicado, riego profundamente cada 3 días, aunque todavía no he llegado a la tasa máxima de agua que tengo previsto para esta maceta de 15L, actualmente la lleno con 1600ml, pero en las próximas semanas llegaré al máximo que tengo previsto será de 2400ml, de momento mientras esté en crecimiento vegetativo no quiero saturar de humedad el sustrato para favorecer la expansión de las raíces. Esta semana dos riegos con Bio Estimulantes, una aplicación foliar a principios de semana y he añadido una mezcla de enmiendas secas para alimentar al sustrato y a la Microbiología La planta se desarrolla muy saludable y compacta, ajusto regularmente las ataduras de las ramas para controlar la altura e igualar, en lo que pueda, la altura de todas las plantas de la carpa de cultivo, el objetivo es conseguir una altura máxima de 70cm para todos los cultivos, todavía quedan al menos 3 semanas de crecimiento, la actual, con horario de 20/4h, y las dos siguientes con horario de floración 12/12h, mientras tanto sigo intentando aplastar mis cultivos con intensidad de luz, he habilitado mis 3 lámparas principales del dosel al 100% de intensidad y a 15-20cm de los ápices, hasta que la planta pare de crecer voy a conservar los dos COB azules y el panel, las 3 lámparas con 450nm, cuando pare el crecimiento y comience la pre flora haré un cambio radical de estas lámparas y añadiré otras, para esta temporada tengo preparado un gran arsenal de luces para floración con espectros de color con muchos rojos y naranjas imitando al sol de agosto y septiembre (2100K, 2400K, 2700, 660nm, IR, UV)... todo por la causa! Tok off large fan leaves on day 24. Seeing preflower starting. Decided to try out a natural shape instead of doing LST. I hope this doesn't backfire... The blackberry gum on the right is getting big. I like how autopotamus has natural shape... But he also has much more light haha

Hello everyone! Welcome to my Tent-X Ultimate Grow Challenge diary. 💪 I'm germinating 2 seeds from every of the selected cultivars on paper towels: 👉 Strawberry Cough (Dutch Passion) 👉 Mimozz (Perfect Tree) 👉 Slurricane (Advanced Seeds) 👉 Cherry Atomic Sledgehammer (Welcome To The GrowTent) Did not have much success this time - germination rate was just over 60% - my worst in years. But still - I'll get enough plants for my tent - I always try to sprout 200% of what I really need, for ocasions like this one. 😎 After they germinated I moved sprouts to easy plugs - which is wher they normally start they life (I usually ommit paper towel step and go straight into plugs). First time in years I'm really having problems with germination. The one Slurricane that did germinate seems to have broken growth cone or something - it is no growing at all. Mimozz seems like it wants to die so it probably will... I did drop one more seed just to be sure I have at least 4 plants: 👉 Grandpa's Cookies #6 S1 (ETHOS Genetics) More updates coming soon 👋 Thank you, come again! 😅
