NOTE: Measuring light distance from top of net rather than top of plants for consistency. - Plant were developing nice broad leaves, but were refusing to grow any taller to push through the netting. So, I raised the light 3 inches and switched on both blue and red lights to allow them to stretch through, which did the trick! - Placed a lot of stress on the plants this week trimming and training them to grow throughout the ScrOG netting and removing lower branches that were not receiving as much light to allow the top leaves to get more nutrients. - NEGATIVE: switched off the grow lights to get natural color photos and forgot to turn them back on until several hours later! :-O My babies are too young to flower at this point. Hope they stay in vegetative state without any serious impact. Fingers crossed! - Been experimenting with clones from clippings. Last week didn't do to hot, but this time I got two nice long pieces and trimmed off the majority of leaves to give the roots a chance to develop without fighting over nutrients from the leaves. The trick this time was 1) sufficient size of clipping, 2) minimal leaves, 3) dipping the base in mycorrhizal fungi concentrate, and 3) placement near the humidifier to ensure leaves get sufficient moisture. Aug 8: Purple Ghost Candy is looking really good. She is continuing to stretch and lots of buds are forming. Had the AC Infinity UV lights out for first time today. The strength of natural UV light drops quickly this far north in mid-August. We run out of strong light before it gets too cold here. Aug 9: added third scrog net and clipped it to the twine. Kludge method but it works so well I don’t know how I’d upgrade it further. Works great and provides strength and flex to the plant. Unsung heroes include malt vinegar for pH adjustment and Dr Bronners as a wetting agent. The surfactant lowers the surface tension of the water allowing it to penetrate the soil more easily. The smell also helps keeps bug away, it is claimed. Anyway, it works. Peppermint is the usual one for growers but the store was out last time and I’m currently using Lavender. Aug 11: don’t take flash pics of your photoperiod plants unless you follow up with a red light. I’ve done it this way for years now with no hermies so the red light must help avoid problems somehow. And it is definitely a bloom booster and allows ripening under stronger sunlight. The 730 nm far red light is recommended for several different reasons.

Hey everyone! Week 5 is complete, and we’re moving into week 6! Everything went smoothly without any issues, and the ladies showed no signs of stress or deficiencies. We’re slowly approaching the final phase, so I’ll only be giving water from now on, possibly with a few beneficial microorganisms. She is surprisingly flowering well!! 4 colas + one principal, don’t know if i have should chopped down any more branches but she is doing nice!

Week 5 / flowering Everything is looking good. The nutrient burn/overfeeding issue seems to be behind me, although a few marks are still visible and don’t seem to be spreading. I’ll gradually start increasing the feed again. Runoff is reading 500 ppm. The buds are stacking up nicely, and the trichome development is looking great as well. The flowers are beautifully colored.💐💚 The scent is extremely sweet and reminiscent of strawberries..🍓😛 The weather is not good, it's summer and it's still raining. The worst summer in the last 10 years.. Temperatures around 20 degrees Celsius during the day, dropping below 15 at night.. Despite the weather, the flowers still look very good, the humidity outside is high and I'm afraid of mold. The air in the greenhouse is maximally circulated.. After a thorough inspection, no mold was found, I'm very happy that it's not raining on my beautiful flowers. I add Plagron to the maximum, the flowers love it..

8-26 (Day 70)- Have the feeding corrected from last week now and everything has been pretty stable. Not had any real issues with the temps or RH, the dehumidifier is keeping things perfect. I have been checking the back left plant to see where the trichomes are and they are still all pretty much clear. That plant seems to be a bit ahead of the others, but will just continue to monitor and feed regularly (Around 4-5 gallons a day to the res). Monday will be switching to the full tilt instead of the bulky b. These girls are so sticky and sweet smelling. I am super excited for these girls to finish and see how I've done quality wise with my first grow and already looking forward to the next run and correcting some mistakes ive made this run. Like they say a picture says a 1000 words...these girls have been loving their new location and weather, no complaints just growing and glowing.

I decided to cut to milky trichomes

So let me tell you, my Tropicana Cookies is doing amazing in week 2 of flowering. She's stopped the stretch and is now fully focused on fruit production. And let me tell you, even though the buds are still small, they are already packing a punch with those trichomes with i start to believe is the Fast Buds way for them all <3 <3 <3 crazy , much respect to them <3 <3 <3 . I've been using autopots for this grow and I have to say, I'm pretty smitten with them. It's such a breeze to keep her hydrated and fed without having to constantly check on her. And my Tropicana Cookies auto seems to be loving it too! I can't wait to see what kind of buds she'll produce in the next few weeks. But even if she stayed like this, I'd still be head over heels for her. There's just something about watching a plant grow and thrive that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. April 26th - Day 76 : Oh my god! The smell wow! Everything just came blazing couldn't believe. They look good. I can tell the yield will be small but I don't really care to be honest. I'm so excited to see them babies grow healtly, i'm like a proud dad.

A little bit of defoliation and LST to day to give the wrangly clones some shape and some mains. These girls will bush out this week, hoping for about 10 to 14 days before I switch to 12/12. Feeding at 1000ec, some calmag, twice daily top feed drain to waste. The roots are sitting in aerated water all day thanks to the hempy's. Girls going well and fat ;)))) The one with leaves fades away very quick, had to take couple dead fan leaves. Everything else in photos ;) During week will make some night time video. P.s. had to finish my experiment, no space and i wanted some smoke already ;)) Fact : biger plant stayed biger, but leaves covered light and all buds at the bottom are airy and took loads of time to trim, never again i will leave uncleared bottom part of the plant ... Exact weights will post in a week or two ...

This plant seems to have grown much denser and better than my first plant. I just got the ac infinity ventilation setup with controller 69 for my 2x2, still trying to learn, hopefully grow #3 goes even better. Stay tuned
