The Lemon Cherry Gelato is a really strong plant. Even though it's being pushed around from both sides, it's still managing to hold its own. I hope we'll soon see how beautiful its buds will be, even if there aren't many.

Love how she bounced back after being dug out by a pot hound dog and left for dead. I see signs of pre flowers which is always a good sign. She probably could have been taller but this plant is going straight to seed. Skunk pollen awaits.

The plants are ranging from 36”-38”…. We just purchased Flower Fuel for the buds. And pruned all the plants this week. Lastly we gave the plants pH balanced water with loranne flavor extract and unsulfured molasses.

Day 99 Day 49 Flower 09/08/24 Friday (Morning) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. She's taken a full 5L with 1L run off, I shall continue to do this daily or every 1.5 days when top soil dries out. Starting her flush this week, seeing those trichomes maturing, and pistils now forming 50-60% red. Flush for 10-14 days depending on trichomes. Day 100 Day 50 Flower 10/08/24 Saturday (Evening) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. Another 5L and seeing about 10-15% run off. Not quite the 1L. Day 101 Day 51 11/08/24 Sunday (morning) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. 5L run off 10% Majority of pistils now maturing, trichomes flooded with cloudy , barely seen clear anymore, spotting a few amber's. Day 102 Day 52 Flower 12/08/24 Monday (Morning) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. 5L again with run off 10% Day 103 Day 53 Flower 13/08/24 Tuesday (Evening) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today again with flawless finish. Full 5L again with 10% run off. All fans starting to fade now, tops all bending under the weight 🤩 Euphoric sweet lemon zest smell with a gassy slap. Video and pictures ✌️💚 Day 105 Day 55 Flower 15/08/24 Thursday (end of week) Final FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. Full 5L again little run. Finally!!! The FLUSH has finished!! She has developed beautifully 😍 All buds are solid as rocks. She is now entering her 2 day dark period from 10am today till 10am Saturday morning ✌️💚

Hello Growmies, As we step into the eighth week of our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrids' flowering stage, the dance of growth and aroma continues to enchant our senses. These delightful plants, sharing their space with Epic Buzz and Red Banana Pudding varieties, inch ever closer to the pinnacle of their bloom. The Watermelon Candy cultivars are flourishing with an undeniable zest, their foliar tapestry thick with the potential of what's to come. The air is thick with their intoxicatingly sweet scent, a testament to their namesake, and their buds are expanding with satisfying robustness. Plant #1 is maintaining its lead with a striking bud formation, clearly thriving in the consistent environment of the Tent-X system. Plant #2 and Plant #3 are not far behind, with each showing a wealth of budding sites and a sprawling canopy that speaks to a bountiful harvest ahead. Despite being under a 12/12 light cycle along with the photoperiod plants, which may limit their yield compared to a 20/4 cycle, these plants are putting on a splendid show. They continue to swell, their trichome-frosted buds promising a powerful and flavorful finale. Nutrition continues on a carefully scheduled five-day rotation, our blend of Alga Bloom, Sugar Royal, Power Roots, and Orca nurturing these beauties into their late flowering phase. The TrolMaster system diligently logs every parameter, ensuring our VPD and PPFD values are consistently optimized for peak performance. As the eighth week unfolds, we see the evidence of our meticulous care in the uniform health and structure of the plants. The internodal spaces remain tight, the stems sturdy, and the flowering sites increasingly impressive. With anticipation building for the harvest that lies ahead, we reflect on the journey so far. It's a path marked by shared knowledge and collective experience, all leading us toward what promises to be a remarkable culmination of our efforts. Stay lifted, Salokin

Day29: New sets of leaves. I'll repot and switch to proper Veg Lights on the weekend. Day30: I'll repot tomorrow. Day31: Repotting done. She had a crazy amount of roots in the seedling pot. MUCH more than I expected. I switched to Veg lights at 90% power. Day32: Settling in new pot Day33 & 34: I had to perform some maintenance on the tent. Lost some hours due to that. Day35: Growth really looking healthy. Although she's not really stretching high, she does look rather happy. I do like them thicc ;) General: I need to put the camera somewhere else so that the growth can be better seen. Right at the end I'll edit out the white flashes. They're caused by the humidifier running and will be really easy to cut out without losing the gist of the grow :)

The plant looks super healthy and strong, I've removed the main stem allowing the secondary branches to become the main ones now and also I've done this to void a high height for the plants, I want everything as low as possible, let's see how this lady keeps developing guys!

Let's put it this way, the leaves show clear problems, on the other hand the buds continue to grow well. I was only able to counter this a little with the fertiliser, but you can also see in the timelapse that it hasn't worsened any further. I have uploaded pictures of the leaves, you are welcome to give your opinion/assumption.

🌿 Week 4 – Vegetative Stage Strain: Permanent Marker (Zamnesia Seeds) Project: Dognabis Cup Example Grow 🌍 ⸻ 💚 Growth Before the Flip The girls are still in veg, but they’re showing such strong, pre-flower-like development that it almost feels like they’re ahead of schedule. Internodal spacing is tight, leaf formation is elegant, and both phenos (PM#1 and PM#2) remain incredibly similar in structure, color, and vigor. They have a compact yet big presence, lush canopies with balanced symmetry. The consistency in these genetics is impressive, and they’ve kept their health spotless from the start. ⸻ 📸 Studio Shots This week, we brought them into the studio to capture their beauty one last time before they transition to flower. Deep greens, perfect leaf serration, and textbook node formation, they’re looking ready for the big stage. ⸻ 💧 Feeding – No Change in Recipe We continue with the same nutrient schedule as before: • Start Booster – To encourage strong root systems and microbial support • CalMag Boost – To ensure no deficiencies and strong cell walls • Regulator – For nutrient uptake efficiency and plant resilience • pH: ~6.1 • Feed EC: ~0.6 (pellets in the soil are still doing a lot of the work) This consistency is key, we want them steady and strong going into the flip. ⸻ 🌿 Environment & Measurements • Air Temp: ~31°C (slightly high, AC unit arriving soon to improve this) • Humidity: ~50% • CO₂: ~700 ppm • Soil Temp: ~25°C • Watering: ~1.5–2.0 L/day, triggered at ~25% soil dryness • Soil EC: ~2.0 (nutrient balance remains ideal) • PPFD: 760–780 µmol/m²/s, with natural variation due to untrained growth pattern ⸻ 🎓 Why the Data Matters Tracking PPFD, soil EC, dryness, temperature, and CO₂ isn’t just technical, it’s about reading the plants. These numbers help anticipate issues before they show visually, fine-tune growth rates, and ensure optimal conditions for the flip. ⸻ 👑 The Queen Awaits Permanent Marker remains one of the most exciting modern strains, a new-school heavy-hitter with legendary parentage (Biscotti x Jealousy x Sherb Bx). As an example grow for the Dognabis Cup, these plants are showing exactly what careful, consistent cultivation can achieve. ⸻ 🔮 Next Week: The Flip This is the last week of vegetative growth. The next stage will see the girls officially move into flower, where we expect explosive bud site development and that unmistakable Permanent Marker frost. For now, we enjoy the sight of healthy, happy queens, calm before the floral storm. 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. Last days on earth for this beautiful monster, hopefully she should be ready by the end of the week. Trichomes are more and more milky, I gave the coco a good flush, and she's fading out nicely. Thanks for stopping-by and stay tuned for the harvest update 👌
