The buds are swelling little by little, now we just have to wait, it hasn't given me any problems as a plant, indeed I recommend everyone to grow it as simple as it is .. I'll update you next week that should start to swell a lot.

📆 Week 13, 4-10 April 2024 4-10 April - Let the plant grow and observed, assessing maturity. 📑 Buds have fattened up and matured. The trichome head colors are 80% milky, 10+% amber, and about 10% clear. All but a few pistil hairs are brown. She has a strong, sweet earth, gassy, berry scent. The plan now is to flush with RO water for a few days leaving lights on the same 12/12hrs schedule but turning power the down to 50% to help cool down the grow just before the cut. From what I understand putting plants in darkness may not be necessary according to a recent suggestion by Dr Bruce Bugbee. This practice he claims halts all plant activity without light. So I’m doing my own comparisons over the next few harvests. It will not hurt/gain much either way. Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

Week 4 and I’m really looking forward to harvest now, density on the peyote it’s quite firm to to the touch which is great as I am only using a 250w HPS. Starting a bit of LST to the taller one; was getting too close to the light for my liking. And some also light defoliation here and there on both to help the light penetrate to the lower buds. The LSD has made a comeback and is starting to look just as the frosty as the other girls but still doesn’t look as though it will yield the same, that said I think it still has a bit more work to do. First week of flower went smooth as , nice growth and everything as expected. Just getting into the defol and tying down branches to get light where it needs to go . Same same next week.

The plants are growing fast, we forgot to check pH in this week but no problems.

Day 36 Done nothing just let them grow and trimmed a few leaves Day 37 - watered them with feeding. Decreased the amount by 25% except the base nutes. Added 12ml CalMag on 4L water by request of the community. If leaves curl down more, I will consider a flush. Day 38 No feed. Color changed from the middleone overnight, I think that’s a good sign. Maybe someone can comment on that 💪🏽. For me it looks very good, I know a few leaves show signs of nutrient burn but I decreased already and no new signs appeared Day 39 No feed until tomorrow. Day 40 Fed them with very low amount of fertilizer. I aimed for a ppm of 1000 but I went a bit higher until I have osmosis water . Runoff ppm was 2000, but I have to say I am measuring ppm since this week and will fix this problem Day 42 No feed

Chopped the second Frostbanger after a week's flush. As you can see from the pics she is a beauty. Very good leaf to bud ratio will be easy to trim. Smell is strong. Next up will be the gorilla zkittles. Which is the biggest in the tent by far. But it's taking a while to ripen up. Then that's just leaves 1 frostbanger which I planted a couple weeks after the rest. The Frostbangers are just like photoperiods. Even for F3s they have been very stable. I can't wait to try the F8 banana purple punch 😳. This will be the last update unless I decide to add a week for the plant that's behind. Which also looks very good. If not I'll do a review and give the final weight in the next update. Very happy with this run. 🌱❄️💨
