Pretty simple first week! Seed took 3 nights for the taproot to pop and it was planted in its final pot on day 4. On day 6, it finally popped through the soil and on day 7 the little sprout is starting to grow up. There is a small piece of seed casing left attached. Going to leave it for a day or two. D15. Week three, and slowly things are starting to happen. She is stretching out and getting wider, and her root development looks good. I increased the DLI to 22 and plan to raise it further over the week. ------------------------------ D16. Transplanted, added worms, and watered with 1 liter of water @ pH 6.4, with one teaspoon of myco/kelp mixed in. ------------------------------ D18. Yesterday, a few of her leaves were drooping but have sprung back. (Maybe a tiny transplant shock or slight overwatering after the transplant...?) In any case, she is now growing along and looking healthy. I increased the DLI to 24 yesterday and 26 today. She doesn't need any more water yet, but I will continue to hand water until her roots have developed enough to drink from the reservoir. ------------------------------ D21. End of the third week, and all is well in the tent. She loves her new home, although I've spotted yellow tips on two new leaves and burnt tips on a couple of old leaves, so it seems that this super-soil might be a bit "hot." I'm being a bit unfair since I had to use a magnifier to spot the burnt tips. That's how minor the damage is. I increased DLI to 30, and still, no water was needed. ------------------------------

I go into the local Hydro store and the previous owner happens to be there. We talk about my novice grow and I mention the "Calcium" issue as I show him a photo.... He immediately asks me " Are those pots on a concrete floor? Because if they are, your roots are getting cold making it look like a calcium issue".... The new owner gives me a nice slab of styrofoam from an old box to put on the floor of my tent as I go home. I sick my BlueLabs PH soil pen in a drain hole at the bottom side of my pot and HOLY CRAP its only 17c and the PH is 5.2 !!!!! I take the plants to the bathtub and flush them with clean water PH'd to 5.8, about 8L of rinse per pot. I check initial run-off and its a whopping 2300ppm/50!!!!! I also remove some of the effected fan leafs in hopes I dont get some sort of plant illness. A day later I do the same PH test, PH is 5.8 and temp is 22C...all is well again. I should have paid attention to growing saying...make sure you get run off checks.

This week will arrive Bug Bud and Carboload by Advanced nutrients, let´s see how she responds :). Next week will rain a lot, so i will prepare myself and start giving her Botryprot by Prot Eco to prevent mold. Day 50 - She´s healthy. today is the first foliar day. I used 2,5ml/L of Botryprot. Overall she looks very happy, maybe needing some PK. She´s starting to have some fresh blueberry aroma. Fingers get sticky Day 52 - Feeding day. I added 1ml/L Alga Bloom making a total of 3ml/L. Sprayed her today again. Day 55 - Has been hot these days, feeding day today again. Today i added 1ml/L Bid Bud, 2ml/L Carboload and 1ml/L Alga Bloom. As she´s healthy i didn´t feel i needed to slowly introduce. Let´s see how she responds, but my experiments are going well :) I´m confident. Day 57 - Foliar spray today again. The storm will come in strong.

Both Phenotypes responding very well to training. Vanilla Latte Showing Pre Flowers on Day 31 I'm using diatomaceous earth as a silica ammendment at 1/4 cup w/ water per week, it is excessive but imprpves soil water retention and stem growth has significantly improved 72 hours after application. Vanilla latte lost 4 inches off the main cola. Snapped while training and it's first week of flower. Hopefully it's not to stunted. 🤷‍♂️
