Seedlings are struggling. My guess is it's from over watering substrate with vermiculite in it but I'm not 100% sure. I've been fairly moderate with water. If they were in regular potting mix this amount of water would have been okay. Next time I'll start them in plain potting soil. I also thought that maybe there was a nutrient shortage because I'm using 25% coco coir but actually this seems unlikely. In any case I put a bit of extra soil on top of the pots. Despite the browning off this week the stems are still really strong. I'm still confident they will recover and just need time. The temperature fluctuations of the last week might have had a negative effect.

my 2 Allienz seem to be hermaphrodites :/ I had to stress them in different ways. The first weeks I sprayed the leaves leaving drops under a 400w light maybe this caused the hermaphroditism? Their was a complication with the plant on the right when my 14” desk fan landed on it and snapped it in half but she’s stand back up and produced bigger buds than the lady on the left, it’s asif the break supercropped the entire plant from the base .

she is awesome .. she has 98 days outdoors and she is in her last week ... we will see how tasty she is ... she has only been fed with organic products and these are the results nothing to envy and it is automatic ..

31.05 yesterday was the end of the fifth week for the plants, some were transplanted yesterday, some today, and some not yet, but most of them were transplanted and topped for the first time... I was late with the topping because I didn't want to top before transplanting.. I topped most of the plants between the sixth and seventh nodes instead of between the fifth and sixth, some I even topped between the seventh and the eighth, but what's up... the weather normalized for a day and immediately started with severe heat... in the sun now it will be 40+ degrees C, until the other day it was 15, this is definitely not normal...the pictures and video are from yesterday, in the next update I will post pictures from the site Stay high ‘n’ keep growing!!!

It's Saturday night as i type this. Week 7 doesn't officially begin till Monday but i fed tonight cuz they needed it so i decided to get this over with tonight. Runtz is billed as a 9 week finish. So these girls are still putting on weight so it may very well be 9 to finish. Tonight i staked all the plants and tied up sagging branches. Plants again fed full dose of bloom nutrients. There's noticeable Thrip damage on lower leaves, but the crop is close and the lady bugs have kept those little fuckers in check. When i found out i had a Thrip infestation in late summer i was pondering killing all my mothers and cleaning everything and have my operation sit idle for a month to knock out any and all Pests. Fortunately i opted to go the lady bug route. I released 700 lady bugs into my operation and have harvested the bugs off the last crop and deployed them to the next crop. I've been soaping my mother's but i'm not consistent in doing that so the Thrips persist. Next crop will be i think 6 Zake in 5 gal fabric pots in Coco.

The buds are getting bigger, two plants have started fading to yellow, while the one in the middle is severely overfed, which I did not realize at the time. Still quite happy with how they looked and that the canopy was quite even without much additional training besides the initial topping. I did bend the center plant's (the only one which wasn't topped) main branch to the side however.

First day of week 4, the plants are grown big enough to top but they didn't develope enough side branches to start mainlining. I hope I can use this technique as soon as the plants recover from the topping. On day 4 just the first of the three shows sign of complete recover while the side branches still don't want to grow up. I fed the plants with a tea full of microbes and good organic stuff. End of week 4, the only thing needed for the lower branches to catch up was increase the height of the lamp. Now they are really happy looking forward to the second and last month of veg

Second week of Veg and they are growing fast , very healthy, no deficiencies , perfect color green.

A lot of growth over the last week. The girls are filling out nicely. Still no sign of maturity yet. That's okay. Still another month before they get flipped to flower. The NL is getting a little nitrogen toxic so I backed off on her feeding regime. I will put the nutes back in her feedings when I see her leaves have stopped curling. Other than the minor toxicity, all is well.

Everything is looking great ! Cheese is nearly done, it is starting to show amber. Maui is very happy and smells amazing, it just glistens with tri-chromes. Buttercream is doing well but I think it will take a week or two longer than the others. Blueberry is looking awesome very large thick dense buds. No Blueberry smell but a very strong plant otherwise. *Update Buttercream gelato started throwing Banana's so I removed it from the room. I trimmed it down and did not notice any other signs of hermaphroditism but I will still harvest the plant now just to be safe. There have been no issues with light or heat fluctuations at all, nothing that would trigger it to Hermie that I can think of which makes me think genetics are the issue. I have One other Buttercream going that was cloned before this one went into flower. If it hermies late in the bloom like this one has I will remove the strain from my rotation. I am not particularly pleased with the structure of Buttercream for scrog in any case. The plant that I took down had very large bud sites but were no where near as dense as the other strains in the tent.

Welcome to week 6 of flower! Things are starting to shape up quite nicely and some of the plants are starting to get colourful! Its hard to capture on the current camera I'm using but my new one that's on its way should be much much better! Overall really excited to see what this week will bring! I will be checking some of the ladies trichomes to see how far along we are either this week or next week to give me an approximate harvest window! It's seems that Athena finally stopped her stretch and hoping that Xena will follow her sister very soon. Buds are gaining weight and size rapidly. Lots of nice colours and tonnes of trichomes on those buds already. Week 10 Dec 18-24 Dec 18-19 Mainly observation. Xena is still stretching like crazy. both girls are developing beautifully. Dec 20 First watering for this week. 7.5 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH's Athena 6.2 Xena 6.3. Dec 21 Due to lack of light at lower parts of conopy decided for another selective defoliation, lowered a bit tallest branches with colas dangerously close to light by tieing them to netting. Couple cm will make a huge difference here. Could not clear well at the back wall of the cabinet due to limited access.I'm very happy with final result. Dec 22-23 Joyful observation of my 🍌💜👊girls development 🧑‍🌾 Dec 24 All is looking great. It's seems that stretch is finally stopped. Girls looking healthy and happy. I'm very happy with this grow. It has shown me a lot and I even got to figure out things I was doing "wrong" and what I can do to improve yield. I'll have to apply this on my next grow. Stay tuned :)
