Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! These Runtz girls are showing their potential, and we’re dialing in every little detail to ensure they thrive. Let’s dive deep into everything that happened this week! Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Moving to the TrolMaster Ecosystem – A Game Changer Big move this week—our Runtz girls officially transitioned into the TrolMaster Ecosystem, and let me tell you, they are absolutely loving it! Another week down. As some of you will see, from the three purple kush autos one defiantly has the characteristics of a “purple kush plant” it is very small with odd shaped buds and almost purpley/black. The other two are monsters with no purple traits. I did loose a plant at the start that was also stunted, which likely would have produced another “purple budded” plant. Anyway it has been hotter than hell here, and they pretty much survived a hurricane and tornado, so I think these girls will finish out the summer just nice. I gave them a feed of some cal mag and some fox farms tiger bloom. Other than that they be chillin. Enjoy the weather! Cheers.

Hey my Cannabis loving friends! The HighCloudz is doing well, the buds are still growing bigger by the day and the resin production is abundant. This looks like a good strain for extractions and I'm planning to try and make some Piattella out of it. It's basically cold-cured bubble hash and it looks amazing. The smell of the plant is very strong, sweet and peppery and I need to be careful about leaving the door open for too long. In this stage I almost need to tie my hands behind my back and just let her bloom in peace. There were a lot of black flies in the GTools all of a sudden. They can't do too much harm to the plant in this stage but I don't want these critters ending up in the buds. I placed a few fly traps to make sure the infestation doesn't get out of control. That's all for now! WEDNESDAY: I foliar fed a few times and rotated them, then took some photos. They are both stretching well now.👍 THURSDAY: Tina is an Amazonian Warrior, tasked with protecting Tanya, the Princess. Killer flora for sure. I foliar fed them a few times and rotated them 180 degrees. FRIDAY: I watered them with about a half-gallon each including boomerang, bud candy, calimagic, kelp me kelp you, terpinator, and armor si. I also foliar fed them a few times and rotated them. Temps in their tent are stable and acceptable.👍

What’s up, Growmies! Even though I find LST plants a bit odd-looking, the training has gone solidly so far. One plant is already ahead and has entered the flowering stage, while the other two are a few days behind. I’ve decided to stop LST on the plant that’s furthest along, and I’ll continue training the other two to help spread them out and even the canopy. Aside from that, plant health is looking good. They’re just a few days away from hitting the stretch phase, where I’ll let them do their thing. --- Quick rundown on everything else: Watering: 600ml every third day Fertilizer: According to the BioBizz schedule Light intensity: Around 600 PPFD VPD: Stable at 0.91 kPa Temperature: ~28°C Relative humidity: 75%

Day 20 Did an emergency bare root transplant from biosolids to organic soil. Like, I cleaned the roots off. They were hurting so bad and I definitely ripped some roots in the process, so I decided to prune so the roots had less foliage to feed. They got topped yesterday, too. A little earlier than I would have liked, but it made sense. This one is doing the best. Day 23 Transplanted again down to 2 gallon pots to make room for another round I started. I decided to cut the fan leaves, too. These have been pruned and topped down to nothing but the emerging foilage from the 3rd and 4th nodes. My thinking is that the root system is so compromised that the less foliage they have to feed, the better. Fed some General Organics Bio Root 0-1-1 to promote root growth. Light mnist of pH’d water for foilar feeding. Day 25 I think the Bio Root and the shade is doing them good 🤞Time will tell. If these come back strong, I’ll move them into 15 gallon living soil bags.

7/3/25 Topped her twice since the start, also started to bind her down for even light distribution. Feeding at 50% strength (lucas formula) and keeping the ph between 5.7-5.9 only adjusting if it reaches 6 and more. Can't wait to flip 7/7/25 All good. The only thing worrying me is the roots turning a little brownish, no smell tho. It might be the micro or calmag, its my first time doing dwc and if anyone has an idea let me know! 7/10/25 Roots, PH and PPM! She is recovering well from another topping. The smallest plant in the tent but damn the smell on this one. Can't wait to flip in a week or two. I hope I will get a really nice pink flower out of this pheno, but I have another few seeds for a little pheno hunt I can pop in the future.

Mimosa X Orange Punch is a beast! She’s doing so well and she is growing vigorously. The trellis net will support the branches when they start stacking the nugs on. Had to give these girls some more nutes as the lower growth is showing signs that the top is taking what they need. Only sparsely so not worrying me much but good to note. Well these girls are cruising can’t wait to see you all next week, till then peace ✌️ 08/21/23

WEEK 8 (DAY50-56) This week, my beloved Dos-si-dos have put on a good amount of bulk. Due to the very small pots in the SOG setup and the aggressive mainlining, the plants have taken on quite a bonsai-like appearance. The stretch is still ongoing, but I don't think it plays a major role here. Otherwise, all the plants have developed beautiful, even shoots that are already fully covered with young, delicate buds. The stems of the plants have already reached over 15mm in thickness, which I find quite impressive for their size. Essentially, one could say that Dos-si-dos grow quickly and in a very compact manner. Starting this week, I have supplemented the fertilization schedule with Green Sensation from Plagron, which I now use about once or twice a week. Additionally, I have adjusted my lamp upwards again. On average, I now have a light intensity of approximately 700 PPFD, which, over a 20-hour period, results in a DLI of around 55. I try to keep the humidity consistently below 60%. The next few weeks will be interesting with this strain. I believe the plants will ultimately look quite peculiar due to their small stature but productive growth.
