Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in the next week +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she'll be ready by the end of this coming week, and I can't wait! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. The plant was easy to grow overall .. it grew fast and a little on the tall side which had me nervous but I was able to raise the lights up just enough to finish, so it all worked out in the end. buds came out hard and frosty no complaints . This was a freebie seed too! didn’t expect it to come out as fire as it did man was i wrong. Straight fire 🔥 Ran into root rot in the beginning of veg but the great white and hydroguard saved my ass.🙏

I only fed the #2 plant this weeks mix twice as it is about 2 weeks behind the #1 plant. The #1 plant is very close to harvest. I believe it's in generative 4. I've stopped feeding and the lower fan leaves are starting to yellow. I'm going to let it finish without adding any nutes. The reason is to see how much cleaner the smoke is. If anyone agrees or disagrees with this please comment. I fed the #2 plant again on day 5 but only 8ml per gallon of 3-3-5 fruit and flower. It's eating way more than I thought it would. It's also going to be a lot bigger than the number 1. Again I'm learning the organic soil and feed. It's taking some trial and error to dial in.

Water change day .. Drinking. 2000 ml each per day.. So 6 days on the nute change... ******************* 2 Buckets done .. 5 Left . I may leave the caramel cream autos until tomorrow , they are drinking slightly less per day , but the big girls are drinkers for sure .... So getting better at mixing nutes, bought giant bag of disposable droppers, god damn so much easier for me . I have visual impairment, and shaky hands from the brain tumors. The visual impairment is bad, but the shakes come and go . I normally get a few good rips on the Dr Dabber Switch before i start to help. But the mixing went much better . less mess and i simply pitched the pipette after each use . YEs i know wasteful .... but for me , for now its what i have to do. 1 pipette for each nute for each bucket, they are cheap enough. This way not contaminating anything, and at the amount im mixing, 3 mils - 20 mils each . Biggest problem i have, and i guess maybe not a bad problem ... I have 4 girls on one side of the 4x9 tent, and 3 on the other. The four on the one side are all Glue Gelato Autos and my lord I can not get to the back left side bucket at all with the amount of foliage. So moved a bucket to the other side to allow me to drop in a pail to do a siphon out and refill. See pictures... So I am 10000% upgrading to the 13 gallon x 8 fall ponic system after this grow ..... THANK GOD the caramel cream autos are half the size and 1 of the glue gelatos is slightly smaller on the right to allow me to move around the tent slightly, and im a lean dude.... But i am surprised each day when i check the progress just how far they have come for my first try ... Still have low expectationsfor crops and yields , but am loving the time learning and getting to know hydroponics. I TOTALLY get when the OG growers say just listen to them they will tell you what they need, legit all i have done is feed, maintain enviroment and observe. positive i can not make the same moistakes i made so far net time just by learning my lessons and understanding better the purpose for each Nute and how to spot when the plants are asking for them . 26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. Hi guys welcome back🤙🤙This week has been cruising along with alot of trichome production, I can tell she will be coated in frost ❄️❄️ starting to smell absolutely beautiful and looking even better, I have used some tire wire to perform lst on four arms to bring the colas out to receive more light, I have been watering daily, this week I added some bud candy from advance nutrients to the mix. So with my white widow being a little behind the cream manderin, I could tell that she really wasn’t growing much any more in her 1 gallon pot and though as my first grow, I was going to just run her until finished in there, I could tell that she would really benefit from a larger pot so I grabbed a 5 gallon, laced that bitch up with some mycorrhiza and sent it and guys… She literally bushed right out, stood taller and just got beefy in just days. I’m amazed. They say don’t transplant autos but with risk, comes reward. She took to it so nice and I have zero regrets at this point. Added a net to the whole tent and now we wait boys 🤙🏻🤙🏻

Close to harvest now, i think 1 more week and they are ready.. Started the flush, only giving nutes to BB she is heat stressed and growing slow.

Day 49 to 56. I'm not going to hide that I'm in a hurry to finish the run. The mold arrived at the end of bloom because of me, it's depressing... Thanks for your comments these last weeks. :) This 8th and last week of bloom for the Kum Zuat 1. I continued to rinse the plant all week with power clean at 5ml/l. The Kum Zuat was harvested at 56 days of bloom with 1 week of rinsing. I still found some mold on some buds of several plants that I immediately removed. My yield will be affected, I still have this pretty Kum to cheer me up! All the photos and videos on this update are about Kum Zuat 1. The other plants have been fertilized normally for this 8th week, you will find them in pictures next week.
