Double Grape attempt #2 mephisto genetics double grape 7th January 2021 I have two very distinctly different phenotypes of Double grape 😎 the taller one is really sativa like with it's thin leaves and stretched appearence , whilst it's sister plant is squat in stature and has thos classic wide leaves from it's Indica parentage. However so far they both Smell very similiar so I dunno what to make of that but it can't be a bad thing as the smell is very Nice 👌 Not much else to report so will leave it at that. Oh well, not my (our) week 🙄 During the week the Ladys start to look a overwatered and I had no idea how this could happen ... Well, first I tried to rise temperature slightly and had the fans run more often to dry them out a bit quicker, did not work. Than I took them out of the System ... All together worked, at least it looked so ... for 1 day ... Yesterday I found the real reason. The Humidity Controller was broken ... During the night they had around 90% humidity and during the day only 25-30%, way to high and way to low. Replaced the Controller today, hope next week will start smoother 🙂 Beside of this they made huuugggeeee progress, some nearly tribbeld in size and are around 5-6 Nodes now, will top them all next week when they recovered a bit 🙂 Also added some Alfaboost to help them a bit. ☆♡ Gorilla Cookies: I've noticed a leaf fell off the bottom. I think I may've overdone the nutes. She's growing tremendously. I top dressed with the below, as the rest of my plants. I will only use PH'd water for the next several waterings, probably with Biosys or seaweed. ♡☆ 16.2.25: I decided to check out the lower canopies of all plants to see if I need to get rid of any foliage. I did get rid of a few small branches and leaves. However, whilst I was doing this, I saw more garden pegs from my LST remaining. There were about 6 or more in Pink Mist alone. Additionally, on Watermelon, there were some left in, too. I'm so annoyed to see that because the plants are really stretching, and I could've potentially disrupted this by leaving the pegs in for all this time without realising it. 🤞 that I haven't compromised things too much. We'll see. I watered today with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 containing the following nutrients; ♡ .8g Green Leaf Nutrients PK booster ♡ .5g Ecothrive Biosys I ordered quite a few things for the garden. I got Greenleaf Nutrients Sea K(elp) and Mega Crop Parts A+B. To go with their PK Booster I got last month. I'm excited to try it all together. Next run, maybe just using these. We'll see how it goes. 18.2.25: The plants are going crazy for water! Everything is getting used right up so fast! Today, I decided to add some more Black Strap Molasses to add some carbs and other micronutrients. I'll add the jar with the label in the photos section above. I watered a very small amount to each plant. What I put in: ♡ Black strap molasses 150g ♡ 2g Sea K(elp) Greenleaf nutrients. I dissolved everything in 4ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. 19.2.25: I received the majority of the garden purchases that I made. I'm still waiting for the Ecothrive Life Cycle. I wanted to top dress, but it's been delayed unfortunately. I am using my Greenleaf nutrients products which I bought on Amazon. I got the Mega Crop 2 part system Part A and Part B. I have the Sea K(elp), and the bud explosion PK booster. I really wanted to get some of their sweet candy asking read many positive reviews. Unfortunately, for me, this is unavailable to buy currently. So that's a little disappointing. I needed to do a good watering so when my nutes were delivered today, I got excited 🤗 I watered 2ltrs of dechlorinated water per plant, PH'd to 6.4, containing the following nutrients: ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part A ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part B ♡ .5g Sea K(elp). The plants drank this up within a few hours. I'm going to try and hold off on watering in hopes that my Ecothrive Life Cycle will arrive so I can top dress and water it in then. 20.2.25: My Ecothrive Life Cycle arrived yesterday, and the plants are ready for their top dress and a good watering in. I have some Biobizz Light Mix, Canna Coco,and perlite. I'm going to use this as a base to mix my amendments in. I'm going to fill my 5 gallon bucket with about 4.5 gallons of my top dress mix. I will distribute this across 6, 4-5 gallon pots. Then I will water in well with Greenleaf nutrients Mega Crop Parts A+B and Sea K(elp). I've made a crude attempt to video mixing my top dress. Don't listen to the audio. lol, my YouTube didn't stop playing whilst I recorded this 😂 So anyway, I added the following amendments to the above base mix of 4.5 gallons; ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Life Cycle ♡ 3 TBSP Vitalink Bat Guano ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Charge ♡ 1 TBSP RHS Mycorrhizal Fungi granules ♡ 6 TBSP Ground Cinnamon.

last week was a stormy like one... it even occurred some hail at one point, as you can see the damages in the pics. since it was frequently and heavy raining I have not watered, and haven't give any nutrients, except a little bloom disc by royal queen seeds at the start of the week, but one day later it started changing the weather, so I don't know how much of effect it gave...

Top dressed with some more soil. The top was looking depleted and just want to keep it from completely taking all the nutrients from the soil. Added a mix of power bloom with azomite and glacial rock dust. I watered in with some pure protein dissolved into hot water then added to the water I was using at diluted levels. The second watering they got this week was with molasses. which also does a good job of dropping the ph of my water to the perfect level and a little bit of Epsom salt because I ran out of my cal mag and also want the plant to have plenty of sulfur. The plant ties are working great and glad it tied the buds up. They are all getting chunkier and frostier by the day. Found a few smaller ones on the side that i missed and got those standing up. they are sticky as a glue trap and reek hard!! diesel and fuel are most prevalent but not sure if it was my mind tricking me but got a hint of blueberry/friut. So far very excited with this plant, and living up to what i thought it would be. The way it covers itself in trichomes top and bottom of the leaves and the structure of the buds and leaf pattern make for a real beautiful plant.

Environment + Pests + Setup This week (at day 31) I decided to end the battle against fungus gnats. Even after almost three weeks of dried-out soil, dozens of adult insects could be seen, which told me that there were pockets of moisture that I coouldn't influence. Accordingly, I went back to the original plan I had outlined earlier: bring the system into balance and use sand and nematodes. Since I should no longer have any problems with low RH, I have also reactivated the exhaust fan, which lead to the values you can see above. Nutrients + Environment From the outset, the plants showed a slight nitrogen deficiency, which was evident in their rather pale, light green color. This is probably due to the fact that the substrate (until now) did not contain enough moisture to allow metabolic and decomposition processes to proceed efficiently. Directly after watering I got reassured that my choice was right and the soil still alive, healthy, and ready to 'get back to work': look at those springtails! Plants On day 30, I topped the plants. Both had already formed three nodes and started to develop healthy side branches at all of these nodes. So, according to my plan, I removed the main shoot, leaving enough space for the stump to encapsulate without damaging the healthy plant. I also removed one shoot from each of the middle nodes, as I don't want branches that already grow towards the center (the branches will grow towards the light anyway, and this way I can ensure that there is enough air circulation and room for expansion). december 14th gave her a feed of about 6 cups of dechlorinated tap water phd to 6.4 with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons and 4 2 tsps of calmag to 3 gallons of water. I thought she was initially getting a calmag deficiency but it was just her switching to flower and needing diff nutes ig? I also tested runoff for the first time which i should've done from the beginning but it came out at 6.3 ph december 17th 2021: gave her half a gallon of dechlorinated tap water phd to 6.4 with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to each 3 gallons of water and 2 tsps of calmag to 3 gallons of water.
