Hello, I hope you're all doing well. I'll consider this week a complete failure. When I repotted my plants, I added mulch, but it was only 3 cm thick. As a result, my plants were miserable for four days because it was too thick. The soil was cold and remained very damp due to watering during repotting. It smothered the fallen leaves, some of which even turned yellow. It seemed like a magnesium and calcium deficiency and an unbalanced pH. I re-evaluated my approach and, most importantly, added a light layer of mulch. They've recovered well. It just goes to show that a small mistake can teach you something new every day. This week, I added: 2 g of Epsom salt: This powerful mineral is pure magnesium sulfate, one of the main components of chlorophyll produced by plants. Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be here in around two weeks +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience with this Ten Week cultivar! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she's not going to make the 70 days in flower 'suggested' by the breeder and will probably go in the dark later this coming week, but we'll have to see what her trichomes have to say! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. I'm now on vacation for 2 weeks so all photos will be from my security camera. From what I can tell my new clones are greening up and putting out some new growth. My blumats had a runaway on day 3... luckily my neighbor was around and was able to slow the drip rate down on my one plant which was starting to flood my box. It has now stopped dripping and my hope is there will be no more hiccups..I will be watching closely over my vacation. 😅🙏

3/03/2021 - Seeds arrived - I let one seed soak in distilled water for 12 hours. Room temperature. The other seed will go straight into a moist paper towel tomorrow. 3/04/2021 - After 12 hours of soaking I moved the seed to a moist paper towel and put in a ziploc bag. I also started another Seedsman Blueberry seed (didn’t soak it as an experiment). I put the ziploc bags in a warm dark spot. I will check it in 24 hours. 3/5/2021 - The seed I let soak for 12 hours has started to root. I’m going to let the tap root get a little bigger before I transfer it to a rock wool cube. I will check the seeds in 6 hours. Well 6 hours later the non soaked seed broke open and exposed a small tap root. Tomorrow they should be ready for rock wool cubes. 3/6/2021 - Moved the seeds to rock wool cubes. We observed that the seed that did not soak, rather just placed into moist paper towels, had the first sprout. We made sure to put root down first with spout over the top of the rock wool. 3/7/2021 - Both seeds have sprouted and are in the humidity dome. They will continue to grow until I see roots. 3/8/2021 - The sprouts look great! We will let them grow until roots appear from the bottom of the cubes. The 3rd cube in the dome is another Seedsman Blueberry we will be growing as a mother plant for clones. 3/9/2021 - Not really much to report. They seem to have stopped stretching and are taking shape nicely. I will continue to keep them in the humidity dome until they root out of the bottom. 3/10/2021 - Today all 3 seedlings had roots showing in the rock wool. I transplanted each one into solo cups filled with Fox Farm Happy Frog. I noticed the cubes were soaked and over watered. The soil will dry it out and I will start feeding them Fox Farm Big Bloom.

4/22/25: last flush 2 tsp of sledgehammer with 1 gallon of water used 2 gallons between all three plants…more cool colors coming in with the fade 4/24/25: fed with recommended dosage for week 11 on my schedule card (day 31 of flower) 4/27/25: watered with plain ph water at 6.8

Week 1 Flower The twins are finally in flower and looking extremely happy and healthy. They were thrown into flower on day 55 veg (day 0 flower). They we're lollipopped towards the end of the week, on day 6. I also pinch the tops of the main stems of each branch that is growing taller than the rest, to slow it down. This not only allows the other tops to keep up, but it will also thicken the stem and make the branch stronger. Their base nutrients were changed to a 1:1:1 (G:M:B) ratio throughout transition. Silicon is increased while they're stretching, as they are growing at a much faster rate. Cal-Mag and Epsom Salts were also increased slightly, and will be kept at this level until they're stopped later in flower. You can clearly see the difference in structure between these two pheno's, now they're in flower. Unexpectedly, Twin2 hasn't stretched as much as Twin1 in this early stage in stretch, and is sidebranching like mad. When I started the week I put it on the net, the holes seemed too big and I thought about using sticks to reduce the area, I don't know if it's a good idea to put the sticks horizontally too. I decided to improve the number of the net holes, i used a rubber rope and stiks. Now I have 160 holes, maybe are too many but i think that can manage the net if i need moore space in the holes.

She's kicking out some serious trichome production, bud mass is increasing daily, things are going well👌🏻🏻

This was the strongest growing highest producing plant in the tent produced 250g dried well trimmed flowers , the vapor is very dense with a smooth cake taste , the high is very relaxing , out off the indica tent this was the clear winner and one I'll grow again soon .

After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.
