Welcome to Week 4! November 3 All is well, I see a little discoloration so I’m just keeping an eye on them. Watered today - 7.5g Grow/gallon November 4 Rearranged and increased lux to 30,000 November 10 It has been a learning curve for me this weekend trying to get temperature & humidity correct! All three plants looked like they were going to die! I ended up downloading a room VPD chart and hooked up a second humidifier and pumped humidity into the room at full blast. After a hour or so I finally got the VPD to be correct in the room! They are recovering well and I’m very thankful that they bounced back!

It has been raining and raining since whatever... 2 weeks....checked the trichomes nice milky white. Based on the fact the the weather won't be better and also the temperature is lower day by the now usually 6 Celsius degrees in the evening and 13-16 during the day or less, I decided to harvest next week. I was thinking to let her out 3 more weeks just to have more amber trichomes but she is OK, ready but this weather is not ... She is sativa dominant as I saw in the breeder's description so totally cool. So she ain't gonna be maturing that much she reached the point.... especially because no sun.... ... but compare to that she has som nice colas so I am excited let's see soo guys. AK-47 Goxuak Autoflower by Genehtik is a truly awesome plant and really really fun to grow! My 1st thought was I wish I had know more when I ordered the seeds. I only bought 1 from the single seed centre .com 🤦‍♂️ Of all the plants our house sitters watched for us back in week 7, this is the only one they regularly ask about and want to know when its finished. Even they loved growing it! And they only spent a week with her and aren't gardeners 😄 Ashoka started in a Jiffy tomato pod and was transplanted almost as an afterthought. In fact we ran out of containers and had to improvise with the water pitcher. (We didn't have high hopes) Oops. The pitcher turned out to be a big benefit in that I could see the roots and diagnose and potential issues. She has been in the same Fox Farms; Happy Frog soil ever since planting the pod into the pitcher. The soil held up good too. Ashoka didn't start showing any deficiencies until the end of week 6, around the middle of her stretch. Correcting this was very easy, we added the recharge at first but it didn't quite do it. We had to feed her Advanced Nutrients Bloom and Grow for about 2.5 weeks. But this Goxuak really never complained : 1:😎 Low Stress Training (LST) for Ashoka was a breeze! At 14 days she was 4" tall and too short to train. She doubled in height in a week and we started training around day 24. Just in the nick of time too! She entered flower about a week after that and stretched like crazy!🤪 the AK-47 gave us about 3 full weeks of nice flexible branches to train before hardening up. We ended up with a pretty even canopy and some solid colas too I wanted to touch on the lighting as there isn't a lot of options on this platform. Ashoka spent her life under 2 different lights. 1st, she sprouted and spent the first 4 weeks vegging under 2x Viparspectra 600w(250 true watts) LEDs at an 18/6 light cycle. She finished her flower and fade under A Optic 8 (500 true watts) LED. At 18/6 At around day 60 I started flushing her.(well my house sitter Sam did the first time) We used Cyco Kleanse and flushed 5 Gallons thru her until the ppm was down to 350ish, I did the next 2 flushes. The 2nd I used Kleanse again getting the runoff ppm to ~120. Her final week I stopped ph-ing the water and just watered tap. I also gave her the 3rd and final flush with straight Ice cold tap water. She really showed a great fade!! Some buds definitely colored up too!! Finally the Harevst: I put her in a 5Gal bucket of ice in complete darkness for 4 days.😈 This was done with the intent to help her produce more resin and frost up. I can't say if it truly worked. She absolutely doubled the trichome production in those 4 days, but idk if it was the time or the darkness and ice. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I kept her in a sealed closet with a oscillating fan and humidifier at 75°and 63%RH. On the 3rd day I lowered the RH to 50%. She got trimmed and put into jars on the 5th day after harvest. I am monitoring the humidity and burping regularly (8-10x a day) Smoke Report: Creamy pepper with a cherry syrup aftertaste.🤣🤪 I've only smoked a bowl so haven't tested the ashes. But she is curing nice. A bit harsh yet I expect will go away after a couple more days. The high is perfect tho! Just what we wanted. It creeps up on u. But you will be confused by the time you finish the bowl. A very cerebral high(I chopped her whole trichomes were only 10% amber) that was great with good company. My girl andI are both veteran smokers, but this bud still made us both giggly(a rarity). It's a good social smoke and was fun to be on around others. The only downsides were it caused a mild confusion and paranoia. Like I would forget what I was talking about then worry ppl were laughing at me for it(they were though) 🤣🤣 I plan to report more feedback after it had cured a couple weeks. I'll invite others people's opinions as well. Right now I can definitely say the AK-47 Goxuak from Genehtik it an autoflower I would recommend to anyone, but especially new auto growers. I will be ordering more next season if they ate available. Genehtik has won me over. They genetics were extremely stable and safe. No herms no deficiencies nothing but greatness! 🌱🌱🌱 I had to share! I was looking on the breeder Instagram page( @Genehtik_chile) and they used a few of my pictures of Ashoka to represent their AK-47 Goxuak auto. I really feel honored by this. I have only been growing for 5 months and know I'm not good, but it's inspiring and motivating when the breeder of the strain give you an attaboy like this. Thanks Genehtik! No he conseguido erradicar la mosca blanca que ha estado presente en toda la floración! 🏋️‍♂️Entrenamiento: Se ha adaptado bien al topping (en 2 ocasiones), supercropping y LST! 🌱Vegetativo: Un vegetativo sin incidencias, aunque no creció mucho... 💐 Floración: Cogollos no muy densos por el bloqueo de nutrientes, pero cubiertos de muchos tricomas y con un aroma kush delicioso! Genética: Regular trabajo de breeding de Terpyz 👨‍⚖️Conclusión: Una cepa a probar en otras condiciones. No resistente. Pero perfil terpenico kush muy apreciado!

Day 50! Start of week 8! I am watering with only 3800ml water and enough Bokashi Tea to get my PH to 6.5. The Bokashi Tea is derived from fresh Mango, Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Banana, Apples, Basil, Potato, and Inoculated Bran. In my opinion, “Terp Sauce”, helps insanely with the terps and many other things. Camera work is not my strong point. Day 53 Gave 3800ml of water with only enough Bokashi Tea to PH water to 6.8. Day 56 Gave 3800ml of water with only enough Bokashi Tea to PH water to 6.8.

Currently waiting for the soil to dry out after the flush last week so only foliar feeding . It seems to be helping, I need to put aside a few hours to give both my remo chemo and purple CBD some love. Both got lockout from salt buildup and I need to sit down and trim any dead growth, some light LST and TDS and pH the runoff. Day 68- fed some fish mix and liquid seaweed 3ml/l and 4ml/l respectively. pH 6.2 Day 69- seems to be recovering well!

Marker is doing well, feeding properly, with good runoff drainage. Its scent is distinctly berry-like, leaning more towards Skittles. Everything seems to be on track! 🍇✨

📆 Semana 9 El cultivo entra en maduración final, con cogollos más densos y compactos y una resina ya muy marcada. Los tricomas están mayoritariamente lechosos, con algunos ámbar empezando a aparecer. Se diferencian claramente los dos genotipos: el más rápido ya está en fase de corte en unas 2 semanas, mientras que el más espigado sigue engordando y madurando, con unas 3 semanas por delante. French Macaron hit peak purple and trichs are all ready to roll. Chem Brulee smelling amazing and packing on weight. Pineapple Meatball remainders have now started going DEEP purple. Could end up with a few head stash nugs off of this late harvest.

En observación, ya no realizare mas técnica. En este punto aumente el fertilizante 5, 6 ml X litro de agua, no tiene ninguna plaga, me preocupe de eliminar algunas de sus ramas y hojas en las que no llegaba el sol.

So here we are, day 72 september 8th. RIP first grow, I shoulda had a dehumidifier guys.... The 3 other plants are transpiring wayyyy too much and I didn't realize how much of a humidity problem it would cause. Low and behold, it ruined my girl. I believe only the main cola is affected. Can I chop her top off and continue on till the rest of her buds ripen? What can I do ?? Please help I fucked up, this really sucks ass.... EDIT EDIT: ITS NOT ROT YAY! IT'S SPIDER MITES I BELIEVE! I saw a little red bug and i was like OH SHIT. Turns out they can leave little webs in your buds. Any recommendations on how to treat this ? EDIT 9/10: Okay, after not wanting to believe it was mold.... it was mold. lol. I removed the top part of the main cola that was in the early stages of bud rot (botrytis) I have never seen the inside of a developing bud like this. I wasn't really sure exactly what I was looking at lol. So I probably removed more than I had to and some parts probably could have been salvaged but fuck that I just got rid of all of it. Cleaned the tent with lysol disinfecting wipes and got a cheap dehumidifier. I am almost 100 percent sure I am gonna have to buy a 150-200$ dehu in the near future..... i hope not tho. ALSO, changed light schedule back to 20/4. 10 AM off, 2 PM on. Hopefully this will help with some cooler temps during the day. :) and @Philindicus recommended I switch it, I am gonna take his advice this time after he warned me of mold issues xDDD Sept 11th Day 75 - Got a 50 pint GE dehu setup today, big boy moves. Plants are thriving now, 55% RH controlled and ooooo its so nice! Feels good to regain control over the grow again xD. Nothing going on just another week girls are growing nicely despite my continuous struggle with humidity. I’ve put to much money in so far I should have bought something to help combat my humidity problem but opted for a new led grow light which I’ll leave details for below it arrives Tuesday and I will immediately Install.
