Bncgrower It showed a slight deficiency in calcium and magnesium. This happened because I didn't wash the coconut fiber and didn't buffer it properly, as I always do. Now it's recovering and should return to normal in the next few days.

Bncgrower I've been a little short on time to update mine and check out other people's diaries... but as soon as I find some time, I'll get back to following everyone's diaries. This girl has grown quite a bit, it's hard to keep track of her growth. We're almost at the end of the third week and these photos are from a few days ago, so she's stretched quite a bit. So far, everything else is going very well 💪🌿

Bncgrower Everything is going very well, this girl has really stretched out. In 2 days, when she completes 21 days of flowering, I'm going to do a good defoliation to better direct the light.

Bncgrower This girl ended up getting a little burned due to the nutrient exchange; I did a flush, but I don't think it was enough... I'll do it again in a few days ✌️🌱

Bncgrower The buds have really bulked up over the last few weeks. I did a flush before switching to Athena, but it seems the coco medium still held onto a lot of nutrients. I don't think doing another flush is feasible since I only have one week of feeding left—I'll be lowering the EC next week anyway. So, unfortunately, some leaves are bound to get burned... but that’s just how it goes; I only had issues with these two plants. Aside from that, the smell is great and they’re really resinous; the density has improved significantly. It’s a shame I didn’t switch back to Athena sooner—there’s no comparison when it comes to yield. ✌️💪

Bncgrower I'm going to harvest in two stages; the flowers on top, because they get more light, end up ripening first, while the ones below take a little longer. I believe this will be the best option given the current situation.
This grow was a bit challenging due to the nutrients in the Advanced Cultivator Series. The result wasn't as satisfactory as I expected, but it'll keep going...

Bncgrower Harvest done in two stages... Despite the somewhat unsatisfactory result, the flowers were quite dense and resinous, a little small for my taste, but other than that everything is fine, so we continue 💪
@PharmaZ, The first thing I do is soak the coco in boiling water for about 4 hours; then I rinse it under running water until the EC is practically zero and let it drain thoroughly. Next, I prepare a buffering solution according to the Athena manual and let it buffer for 24 hours; then I mix a fresh solution and let it sit for another 12 hours. I’ve never had issues with calcium or magnesium deficiencies or toxicities. However, I only started doing this with my new grow cycle; in previous runs—including the batch where I ran into trouble—I followed the same process but used Advanced Nutrients. So, aside from the pH drop, it could well have been calcium toxicity, just as you suggested. Let's see how the next cycle goes; I hope to avoid the problems I had before. Thanks for stopping by and paying attention to these details—your grows look amazing, too. Congratulations on the quality of your work!
@Bncgrower, Here’s something Ai said, Potassium Lockout: Adding too much calcium or a Cal-Mag supplement can actually displace potassium on the coco’s cation exchange sites. Excess potassium is infamous for dropping root-zone pH
Thank you for your kind words, I’ve also checked your grows out I will definitely go back over them and follow along anything new, Looks like we’ve been on here a while, old heads ?👍
Happy harvest! 😍
I did a genetic cross project and named it OG Cream. I'd be happy if you check it out. 👽🙏🔥
I'm currently testing the new cross, and I'm really excited to see how it turns out!
