Average stem height of the big ones are 36 inches, but the mishap past week with the lights might have stressed em a bit and caused some stretching. There was also a humidity issue for a few hours, which could be the culprit for the stretching. Two stems are pushing 40 inches. However, there are no signs of light or heat stress, despite the stems getting within inches of the leds. We shall see... I’m also battling a cold Canadian winter where it hit -42 Celsius today. Plants are in a cold basement in an old house. Had to bring out an extra space heater. Can’t get the temp in my tent above 20. Tent is too packed to introduce a stand up heater. Maybe I’ll convince the plants that fall is coming and they need to bud like crazy.

April 28 - May 5 This week the nutrients have been completely phased out and they are now just sipping plain TO water ph balanced to 5.8 still. As they start entering into the flushing zone with harvest day quickly approaching. Daily tricome inspections become the focal point In these final days and or weeks. I

All 4 plants in the tent came out wonderful but this diary is about smoothie!!! Very happy with the outcome of the plant. Very very caked with trichs, very flavorful and smells amazing. I wouldnt complain if the yield was slightly higher but not a big concern as the flower is PREMO. This strain hits me quite hard personally and wont be smoking it durning the day too much, specially days when work needs to get done lol but thats all good another strain in the tent can take care of that. 160 days of life harvested on day 63 of flower. I don’t have photos of her vegging but she started off great. About two weeks in, she started having some major issues. Her leaves started atrophying, curling up at the borders, growing 3 finger leaves, all new growth was deformed and twisted and growth in general almost stopped completely, to what I suspect was from broad mites. These fuckers are nasty! I dm’d my local grow shop and tried out some Neem Oil. I diluted it in water like they recommended and sprayed that baby every day for one week, then every other day the following week, then down to once a week. I sprayed her leaves stem and surface of the soil. I also cleaned the entire grow space with some bleach solution. Doing this allowed her to really bounce back, growth started to take off again! So I vegged for a few more weeks and trained her as much as I could to keep her uniform but short, she responded well to this. During flower, she was very happy. I had two main issues during this time, one was being too hot in Nitrogen and a week of very hot temperatures which burned her a slight bit, although she didn’t seem to mind much. I also could’ve continued a once a week spray of Neem oil because I think they might’ve started to come back on the lower and younger leaves that weren’t getting much light. Overall it was a dope grow and hope to do better on the next one!

Like every time I've grown her, I had so much fun and joy—just looking at her brought me happiness. SHAMAN is a keeper in my outdoor genetics. She is easy to grow from start to harvest, always a pleasure. Despite the fact that this year she took longer to mature, I can't blame the genetics—all my outdoor plants were 3-4 weeks later this year. It was simply the conditions. Let's talk about conditions: The soil bed is prepared in autumn the year before and refreshed in springtime, so the plant always has at least 60 cm of deep, nice, and fluffy enriched soil base filled with microorganisms, microbacteria, and mycorrhizae. The roof is the most important part. This year I added 2 SCROGS—that was great! She stayed stable during heavy wind and rain and kept on shining after the storms. I'm very pleased with the outdoor season overall, despite a very cold and wet spring and summer with only short periods of hot and sunny weather. Getting close to the end here. The good news is there are no new signs of bud rot, yay! I'll start chopping the first 2 down this weekend and cut down the 3rd in another week. The 4 liters i've made will last for about 2 weeks. ---NEEDINGS--- - 250 ml Bottle - 6~10 l Bottle - 400 g Sugar / l water - 1 Envelope of organic baker's yeast / l water (CHEMICAL WILL NOT WORK) - 3 mid plastic tubes 40~50 cm - 1 short plastic tube 5~6 cm - 4 tube adapters - Hot glue to seal adapters The process of creating CO2 is simple, mix water, organic yeast and sugar in a bottle, and the sugar will free CO2 in the process of fermenting to alcohol due to the yeast. 1. Make a hole in the center of the big bottle cap, insert an adapter and secure it with hot glue 2. Make 3 holes in the small bottle cap and glue the other 3 adapters 3. Link both caps with one of the mid tubes and insert the other tubes on free adapters 4. Insert a short tube in the bottom of the small cap in the adapter that came from the big cap 5.
