it was interesting and easy, the variety has a very high potential, the plant has survived both a deficit and an overdose, but she coped well! the effect is pleasant and strong. I recommend an excellent variety for its price!

Plants are starting to get out of control. Had to bend and route two of the tallest branches (one from Zoe, one from Grace). River is just hanging out in the back chilling. The new branches started covering the while netting, blocking out the humidifier. Eventually had to cut off a beautifully developing cola, because both branches got kinked I damaged Grace's trying to create space for the humidifier vapor through. NOTE: I stopped color correcting the timelapses in post after fine tuning the White balance in-camera with custom settings. Left as is to better show when I'm adding blue light to develop broader growth. Halfway through the timeplapse you can see where the screen turns dark green. That's from the fill light being plugged into the circuit not controlled by the timer. Thank God my plants have been very forgiving. I think I'm going to need to add a second grow light, because now I have some really short sections, and some really tall areas that aren't getting any light when I bring the lamp closer to the shorter blooms.

Everything going well so far, Res change on day 19 + started ScrOG Day 21 will have the first 12h night. Need to keep scrogging during the stretch.. but i won't be here -.- UPDATE: I will be going away at the and of this week for Approx 14 Days.. Day 25 [f3] I will move the plant to a bigger container so that it has enough water to survive on its own

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. The ladies had another great week, I got the Durban Nights, Red Hot Cookies, and Sundae Driverr's second toppings completed on day 26, and I got the second toppings done on the Green Crack and Bubble Runtz on day 27. Right now I have 4 mains on each plant, and I will top each one this week, probably in the next 3-4 days which will leave with me 8 mains. So the mainlines will be completed during week 5, and I plan to flip to flower around week 7. I am still seeing a couple holes on the leaves of the Sundae Driver, but I have treated her twice with neem oil and I don't see any new holes since the last application and I can't see any bugs even with magnification. I am still not sure if it was a bug issue or just a genetic thing. Either way I am not too concerned at this point because they all seem to be very healthy. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients approximately one week after flipping to flower. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very pleased with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. 2.17.2024: Start of week 5, day 29 from seed, day 25 from sprout. Plant is healthy from what i can tell. Top of the plant's leaves all have slight white tips from what i'm assuming is light stress? Light is 16 inches from top of plant at 112 watts. I've let it pretty much do its thing so far. Branches are rather short making any sort of LST hard. Pistils are clearly visible so i'm assuming we're entering the flowering stage. Wouldn't be surprised to see the first signs of bud growth by the end of the week. Still no nutrients given. The fan leaves are large and blocking bud sites so perhaps i'll clip soon? Will upload pics today. 2.18.2024: Plant is responding well to the increase in light intensity. Still can't bring myself to take the large fan leaves off. 2.19.2024: Day 31 from seed. Plant is drinking more. Gave 64oz at 6.4ph. Run off ppm was 1450 at 6.6ph. Essentially 4 full weeks from seed before i need to start feeding. Next watering will contain nutrients. 2.20.2024: Humming along. Now firmly in the preflower/early flower stage. Growing 1/2 to 1 inch a day. If anyone is reading this, please tell me its ok to chop the big fan leaves blocking bud sites! 2.21.2024: Day 33 from seed, 29 from sprout. Picked up the pot this morning and it was very lite so i gave it another 64oz at 6.3ph. No run off this time which tells me they are starting to need more water or i need to up the frequency. Still no nutes in 33 days! 2.22.2024: Besides white tips on top growth, steady as she goes. I'll post a pic of the white tips. No idea how to solve. Plant is totally in flower but since we're almost at the end of week 5 from seed, i'll keep the diary in "flower." 14.5 inches from soil to top. Would love to see these get to 24 inches by the end. 2.23.2024: Upped water to 96oz at 6.4ph. About 2 cups of run off at 6.6ph and 1130ppm. Original soil still has nutes to offer at day 35 from seed.

Note: At time of writing the Runtz has had 2 weeks cure, will update the review and rate it after 2+ months cure. Hermied a bit, has very few seeds so not too bad. Growth review: - vigorous grower during veg - solid stretch - medium internode distance - small sized buds - lower buds not too airy - very easy/not fussy - medium amount of smell - 80+ days flower (12/12) in hydro DWC under full spectrum led - responded well to various lst techniques Ease of growth rating: 9/10 General note: --> For me personally this strain NEEDS a good cure and is not worth smoking yet... It has a bit of a citrus grassy (not hay) taste, with some 'special' fruity smells to it that remind a bit of grapes/cassis. When grinding/opening the curing pots there is a pretty dank heavy weed smell so I think the quality will come out after a few months of cure... In its current state not worth smoking for the taste or effect after 14 days cure. --> Currently the effect is not very strong, easy to handle and I need a lot to feel a bit. The effect lasts for short compared to the average strains I smoke. Should develop more character with a longer cure. Hash making notes: - water extraction of the trim yielded 16g of hash (45mc-220mc) - rosin has a bit too much of a weird spicy grassy taste which make it a bit unpleasant, waiting till the buds improve with cure to try again - rosin color at 80c is yellow/white/beige creamy waxy, with hard consistency - rosin color at 95c is golden with hard consistency

This week all the plants started to take off in flower. Buds swelling up by the day. Stopped feeding flower burst and added Pk9-18 and advanced meta boost to aid with flowering. Smell has started to increase but not to potent as of yet. EC also increased to 1.6 for increased demand in flower. Also stopped spraying IPM this week as it don't want it to effect the bud smell or taste come harvest.

- Week 6 - ----- Day 36 ----- No feeding today as it was tomorrow so nutrient line up isn't up yet. I'll do that tomorrow. Ladies are perfect, I can't wait. less than 30 days away. ----- Day 37 ----- Today is feeding but back left is behind the other 3 again, gave the other 3 500ml of tap water (10ppm) to prevent turgor pressure loss while back left dries up. Should be feeding in 3-4 hours. 23L 1100-1500ppm (new feeding, so ppm end is not known atm) 6.4 pH Plants are insane, big Bertha has become middle Bertha as the other stems have fattened up quickly. Speaking of which plants are in bulk period, 3~ weeks left so it's an exciting time to watch them fatten up. **UPDATE** Fed at 1000ppm 23L 6.4pH The removal of FloraNova Bloom, and letting the chelated Diamond Nectar go to work on the molasses brings down the "accountable" parts by the machine I use. 1000ppm is full strength on all fertilizers being used. I might add more molassses in the future and bring it up to 2ml/L, and maybe a smidge of epsom salts next feeding via foliar or direct feeding after I do some research. No more KoolBloom liquid, KoolBloom powder begins and she's a strong one. ----- Day 38 ----- Yesterday back left plant has me unnecessarily anxious. It didn't need watering till 2 hours before lights off. What I did is fed the other 3 90% of the feeding, and only gave back left 10% (closed the irrigation heads till the end of feeding). I'm HOPING it was the plant transitioning from pre-bulk flower to bulk-flower stage, and maybe it slowed down photosynthesis to concentrate on hormonal changes. I dont know I'm anxious and just talkin out loud. I'll know within 72 hours if there's a major issue with back left. Plant looks fine, i'm just paranoid. Pictures later today around mid light cycle. Buds are getting insanely fat. **Update** Was bored. Here's some wicked shots. Still 25-27~ days left and its big bulk time. Can't wait to see them at the end. ----- Day 39 ----- Everything is great. Feeding late tonight or potentially tomorrow depending on back left plant. I want to make sure bottom center of the root zone has dried out and doesn't begin to mold before I water again. This will also help prevent fungus gnats in the soil. I'll keep the other 3 away from turgor pressure loss, but they got 90% of the feeding last time so I expect them to dry by the time back left is. *** Update *** Now the other 3 plants who were faster on water intake than back left yesterday have slowed down. Weed growing knowledge at a Horticultural greenhouse scientific repeatable level is pure fucking garbage. I have 6~ books and checked dozens of sites and there was major conflicting info on water intake. That's the problem with cannabis, it was illegal for so damn long horticulture practices and knowledge never molded or were used in the process and now it's anyone's fucking guess as to who is telling truth or is spouting bullshit bro-science. Don't even get me started on names. What a stupid god damn naming system "counter-culture" created... I'm growing wedding cake.. WEDDING CAKE? Wtf. That's stupid as shit. Give weed botanical Latin names based on appearance and technical factors PLEASE!!!!!! If I could name this plant it would be (Cannibas v. hybrid 'multa-magnum-fragum-gemmae-dulcis') why? It's due to it being a; Cannabis plant, hybrid variety 'multiple big bud strawberry candy' showing off multiple long bud stems smelling of candy, Is that more convoluted and arrogant than Wedding cake? YES, it is. Is it better? YES fuck your stupid wedding cake name. That's dumb. And you should feel bad. Still want to argue? Name it Cannabis v. Hybrid 'crustulam nuptias' THERE! Wedding cake. fuuuck! 99.99% of plant names are Latin. Anyways... back to the point... I hypothesize that there is a secondary transition portion of flower where the plant (like in stretch transition) pauses its growth to move the hormone and nutrient production to other sources. This secondary pause happens JUST before bulk session begins. This hypothesis states roughly that up until final big bulk period (last 3-4 weeks), fan leaves and sugar leaves could still be produced by the plant during a "predator" or "high weather event" situation that would cripple the plants photosynthesis for final bud/seeding production during early to mid stage flowering. Once the plant has reached adequate nutrient reserves or some other time or light cycle based trigger, it removes the hormonal/internal production/ability of sugar/fan leaves still being potentially produced out of the internode stem cells and fully stops that ability and concentrates 100% of growth on bud structure and protection of bud structures through THC/CBA/CBC/CBD etc. (Im a little tipsy, can't spell cannabinoid leave me alone...) production. Tonight I will at 30 minutes before lights off be judging the water requirements during sleep of each plant to prevent turgor pressure loss, and to allow each plant to finish this transition and get back to major water intake by feeding tomorrow morning. It's insanely obvious somethings changed. I Was worried that leaving back left plant with stagnant water in the bottom saucer (pot doesn't sit directly in the water but is 3 inches above it) had released mold spores and started destroying the root mass of the back left plant but: 1) No obvious plant death signs, weakness or other aspects of it being a slow death from bottom up. 2) The other plants did the same damn thing within 48 hours.... and the back left plant is by far the largest and gets the most "light" due to its size hence it would most likely (HYPOTHESIS) finish its secondary cycle a bit faster due to just volume and weight. Listen i'm not gonna say this is all 100% correct knowledge, It's based off feeling and "knowing" plant cycles as a greenhouse certified Horticultural Technician. Repeated efforts to grow and replicating situations that created these things over and over is the real proof and will come in time. One major benefit is the fact I WILL be re-flowering these for the VERY LEAST 3 full flowering cycles as long as they don't die during flower to veg transition. I will be getting them THC tested EVERY SINGLE flower cycle to prove without a doubt the "maximum maturity" possible of a weed plant re-veg flower cycling, just like how we know by the 5th or 6th successive clone, the DNA will deteriorate and the grow will be stunted or a lesser bud high and yield. God I fucking ramble when I'm bored and tipsy. ----- Day 40 ----- Fed at 1350ppm 6.3pH 23L Plants are doing great. **Update** Little fun video from mid light cycle. Roughly 20-25 days left. Will finish at 30% amber 70% cloudy and will cut branch by branch as they are done, not in a rush to do 1 single cut and will let them survive to re-veg easier and less stressful. ----- Day 41 ----- Easy day. Could probably feed late night tonight but I'm going to just give 500-750 ml of water depending on roots needs before lights off. Tomorrow will be a big feed for first day of week 7. Tropicanna Glookies tips on back right are beginning to darken and become purple. I am hoping this whole plant turns purple in last 2-3 weeks. This week I noticed the buds got more bigger but also the calcium deficiency has gotten worse and so to battle that I added gypsum to the medium and gave them two waterings with banana peels 🍌in the water ( I read banana peels give off Potassium, Phosphorus, Calcium, and magnesium) hopefully they bounce back and my yield isn’t affected too bad.

Start of week 4, the blueberries had major bud growth during week 3 and they filled in nicely. There are a few signs of deficiency in the larger fan leaves, but overall I'm very happy with how the blueberries are growing. The Super Lemon Haze is showing signs of deficiencies, she's also hungrier than the blueberries, she got an extra 2 liters of nutes at 1/4 mute strength, the last two weeks. She may require full strength nutes in the extra feeding, to help with the deficiencies. Still, bud site development is coming along nicely on the SLH.

Good weather here. Almost total defoliation and stop watering on Sunday. Cropped on Tuesday night. I'm more than satisfied. A lot of stuff. Perfectly ripen. It's a sin to cut her, she's really a beauty. Top cola apart there are another 12 big bus and 2 dozen of minor fat branches. After 24h of drying and deep wet trim the weight is 1335 grams (2.94 lbs) of top rock solid buds as this plants don't produce popcorns. So it's legit to expect 600 grams of premium weed. See you in 2/3 week for the harvest report, drying will take more time than Royal Gorilla as buds are Biggerrr Smoking preview Folks, I just rolled a couple spliffs of a dried and cured sample bud for 11 days. Two of friends of mine couldn't tell if it was weed or hash, I'm not joking. Strong and fast high.
