Two seedlings sprouted from one seed! Germinated seed with a few sheets of damp toilet paper, a DVD case, and a heat mat. Germination took 24hrs. I placed the seed into a root riot plug after it cracked before placing it in my dwc bucket. Used up an ancient great white container from a previous grow.

Outside temps have been 83+. Water is looking super gunky, but the plants seem to be doing fine. This is likely due to the high levels of SLF-100 I have been using. Growth steadily progressing. I accidentally burned a few of the bottom leaves with an excessive foliar, but other than that, everything's looking good!👍
EXPLOSIVE ROOTS!! I'm really surprised at the growth I'm getting this run.
I've been going pretty heavy on the phos/mag foliars. Hoping for little to no burn.
My foliar formula consists of Epsom salts, shock and awe, photo+, slf-100, and amino treatment.
Day 32: Had symptoms of a possible algae bloom around mid week. Changed water and dosed 3ml of physan-20/purecrop1 mixture just to be safe. Roots appear to be successfully cleared up if algae was an issue.
Day 34:
Plant seems to be surviving the scorching temperatures! I had to switch to h202 in order to compensate for the lowered water oxygen levels from heat.
Day 35: Attempting to reestablish bacteria and mycorrhizae colony.
Day 37: Looks like I'll have to stick with h2o2. Weather seems to be too hot for a healthy microherd.
This answer is so simple - 24 hours of light is the problem!!!
24 hour light is such a BAD IDEA that anyone who recommends it, needs a good talking to.
With cannabis, 18/6 is optimum for plant growth, plant health and plant functioning.
Your poor old plant is plain exhausted and with a completely effed up metabolism.
Nothing, I repeat, NOTHING on planet earth can function normally without sleep, cannabis included.
Plants undertake extremely important metabolic processes during the dark/night/sleep time that are essential for plant health and functioning. These processes can not be done while the plant is in an "awake" state or period of lights on time. This is why it is vital to have a dark period during each 24 hour cycle.
Besides, cannabis can only grow so much during any 24 hour period and this growth tops out at around 18 hours, meaning running your lights any longer than 18 hours is basically a waste of electricity. Your plant will grow just as much, if not more, at 18/6, due entirely to having a normal awake/sleep/awake/sleep routine and will certainly have a much more normal and much more healthy metabolism, meaning her flowers will also be healthier and more potent too.
An exhausted plant can not produce prime flowers.
If you are keen, Google "photosynthesis" to find out why having a dark period every 24 hours is so vital for proper plant health and function.

Found out I was under dosing the h2o2. Upped the dose and am now hoping for the best
Day 45: Bud development is strong!!💪 Can't wait to see how hard the plant will let me push cola size.
Had a slight potassium def this week. Treated it and now plant is growing normally.
Ready to finish up the grow. Temperatures are projected to reach 100 degrees later this week!!!

Cranked up the ac unit as I've basically given up on the power bill. (Its too fucking hot in both the house and the tent) Nights are 64 degrees, which is a lifesaver.
Never had a summer this rough. I only got 30ish days left till pull. Pouring in the rest of my bacteria for a final colonization before I'm forced to switch to h2o2 and wait out the summer. Don't want to risk rot in this or future grows.

Best buds I’ve grown. God-like genetics. Plant thrived in 90-100 degree weather with DWC hydroponics. Can‘t believe that this strain was a freebie! Buds reek of gas and hash with strong raspberry notes.
This strain made me a diehard mephisto fan! Quality genetics really do stand out.
Without a doubt the best bud I‘ve ever grown! I have nothing but positive things to say about the genetics of this plant. This was my first mephisto grow so very impressed. Buds are sticky and dense after weeks of 90-100 degree weather. No signs of stress or slowing. The plants tackled every hint of def or toxicity with ease. Got a little less yield than I expected, but not complaining as quality is incredible!!
Buds dryed for 6 days and cured for 7 as of review. Very dense and sticky.
Yielded 5oz dry A-bud, 2oz dry fluff, and 15oz of wet trim. Pressed the fluff with a 11% yield. Rosin is budder-like and smooth.

The finished cured bud reeks intensely of diesel, raspberry, and hash! The smoke itself is light on the lungs and heavy in texture. Smoke hints at flavors of raspberry and caramel with sweet notes.
High produces strong headband and couchlock effect. Potency is high without a doubt. Smoking a few under 30 day cured bowls produces a high for a solid 3-6 hours even at a high tolerance level.
As of mid-august, the cure is complete and stone has intensified. Feels waaay more indica this time. Fully cured bud can knock a seasoned stoner the fuck out. Blew my expectations out of the water
This was my first mephisto grow and it made me a diehard fan. Can‘t wait to grow more later in the year!

If I may make an observation and tip. The reason your roots are turning green is because the bucket you are using is allowing light to get the roots. Best bet is to paint the bucket or wrap it with foil.

@Canabisius, Thanks my man! For this grow in particular, I decided to throw an experiment and for shits and giggles use a transparent bucket. I haven't experienced anything like stunting or persistent algae and for this reason will be sticking with my current strategy. I still 100% appreciate your advice however! Good luck on your grows👍
