Week of fade 😎 Entering the last couple weeks of their lifecycle they’re fading, getting colorful and fat! Smell is insane, keeping temps low now to preserve terpenes and reduce salt build up due to high vpd. Checking trichomes every 2-3 days, aiming for 10-20% amber for my harvest. Stay tuned!

Hi to all! the plants the springs grow perfectly! they are 51 days old and I water them every two days with fertilizer! the buds swell a lot and it smells strong also the crystals multiply! temperatures continue to be at 32+ degrees but the strain is very resistant to heat!

Hope everyone had a great Christmas!!! We have had some crazy cold weather here the last 4 days and for the first time in 13 years had snow on Christmas day. So with the cold and snow came grow room issues. My grow space is outside and not attached to the house so maintaining a proper temperature and humidity has been a bit on the difficult side. Even with the lights running 24 hours, it's had a few drops down to 19c and the humidity has gone up to 68% a few times. Now luckly I'm still in veg and the humidity isn't a issue yet but the temperature has been making me worried. Going to put togther a heater with its own temperature switch increase it drops below 20c. Did some training over the last week with some LST and FIMing. With the LST every 3nd day I've been adjusting them and pulling the plants back a bit more and more. Since I don't think I'll be able to set up a SCRog net this go around (spent to much for Christmas and wont be able to affordthe PVC tubing) ive got to figure out something else and fast. Plants are getting big and it's going to get hard to bend then properly without braking stuff. Because I was showing some issues with 2 of my plants I started adding a bit of Revive to my res to see if they get better and they have. But because of the cold that's been hitting us my tank has had a hard time staying warm. Even with my 50w tank heater it's been fighting a up hill battle because the area outside the main room where the tank is, has been sitting around 14-17c. So with that the air pump I use to circulate the tank, it is pulling in cold air and thats been fighting the tank heater in getting it up to what I like it at. I tried using my water pump instead of the air pump for circulation and the res went up to 25.6c soooo I would much rather have 19c res then water that could kill my plants. So let's talk about the plants themselves. Both Special Queen plants are doing great but as you can see from the picture, one is doing absolutely amazing. Great growth (understatement) and has bounced back from training like a pro. The other plant is still doing really good when compared to all the other plants in the room but still could be a little bit better. Depending on what I'm going to do for supporting the plants this might be the last week of veg. Well see. So this plant was doing great and then about 2 days ago I started to notice issues. Almost looks like leaf rust or a Ph problem but ive tried my best to keep them correct and I'm hopping that like my Ripper badazz plants that they well just grow out of it. Doing a big clean up today in the room so I'm going to keep my eyes open for any pests just incase that's the issue but fingers crossed it isn't. Well that's everything for now. Wow the terps on this plant are insane super tropical fruit sweet and funky. She's doing well so far, probably flush soon as only another week or so left before she gets chopped. Only about 5% amber atm. This is definitely a smoke I'm super excited to try. Good luck everyone and happy growing 🌴

After I repotted the plants, they grew really well and healthily for 12 days. Now they are showing iron deficiency again... I already had the problem before repotting. The pH value of the earth has fallen again to 4.8 to 5.7. This time I used biodegradable braids to germinate. I believe that this is the reason for the PH fluctuations in the soil. Every time I water I measure the PH and adjust it to 6 - 6.5. Nevertheless, the PH value drops back to 4 to 5. I'm trying to correct the problem. I also work with neemoil because I can't get rid of the trips

Well this is week 7 and so far so good. The only thing is im seeing like small wholes rips in only one of the plants G2. Also turn off one of the lights because it was making my room to hot for my ladies so the temp is 78f and RH is 48, so thats the target i want. Remember i top one and top the other and both are looking good. So i think imma flush in the on coming weeks and then flop to FLOWER.. So wish me luck because this will be my first and if this goes good I'm going to start 2 white widow and two pure AK. If you have any advance please let me know

Everything is running beautifully. The plants are showing their first buds. Had to remove a lot of leafs because there was a humidity problem I couldnt get rid of. Any tips for improvement are allways welcome! :)

8/9/2018 - All of these girls are doing great and have all shown their white pistils now! The branching on them has taken off and they responded to being topped really well. I’ve switched them from my 4x4 grow tent into a 4x8. I have to say it is significantly better having the extra space to be able to water, move around and for better air circulation with multiple fans. I also believe this will greatly help with light penetration inventory they bush out. I’ve been having issues keeping the daytime air temperature down due to the extream heat wave we have been experiencing. I think I have tackled this issue by running the lights at night now while the temperatures are cooler. Tomorrow is the official switch to flower and will be on a 13 hours off, 11 hours on light cycle for the next 2 days. Then on a normal 12/12 light cycle. IVE read that this can help the plants switch quicker. I’m looking forward to seeing the growth over the next few weeks!

Some of the leaves are yellow/ brown. Did a bit of research, looks like soil might be dry (especially due to high temps during this time of year) and possibly leaves being burnt by sun. Watering with a little bit more volumes of water, based on extra heat. Will track and see how week goes. The 2 bad fan leaves which looked really bad, I cut them off. Increase in volume of water for plants really helped due to really hot temperatures. Week 10 no nutrients (only used on 1st day and 2nd day of week 10) , just straight water.

Another freezing cold week !! Before having this plant, i thought that a plant would never survive with this temperatures... but this Afghan Kush proved im wrong, whats amazing because this plants strenght is remarkable, the buds i noticed, are not developing as fast as in September/October, basic grower logic but we are having between 8-14 ºC during the day and 2-5ºC at night.. Wider range of colours, i spot like Purple, Deep green, and even shades of Violet and blue, its incredible :D Last feedings, finished like in the middle of this week and the buds developement degree is telling me, its flush time ... Spotted a few white aphids, but only on the leaves, so not a problem.. Having in mind the temperatures they are not lasting so much hahaha its the good thing Last weeks of life, and i suppose she will be yellowing more during the next week. THe photos are progresive, so the first photos were taken at the beginning of the week and so ... Have a Nice Week Guys :D

Starting to get strong smelling when you move them around. HANDS OFF lol. Will do tea next week coming along nice. Both the pie is was crystaly and #3 runtz is way crystaly! All runtz have big weight, all pie is about the same. Should have a decent harvest!!! Let me know what you guys think!!!

Here we are at the halfway point, after the first month our photoperiodic plants are multiplying their florets and then going into flowering. Slurricane is a lady with low internodal distance. This characteristic greatly influences the application of growing techniques. In this case it is a plant that responds to topping a little slower than the others and it is best to wait for the branches to grow to avoid damaging the little ones. However, we are at 4 florets and between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow we will cut 8. My plan for photoperiodic plants is to get to 16, wait a few days and go into flowering. 16 florets as I see it is the perfect size for the 11 liter pot. Topping is an extremely delicate moment as regards cutting the tops to split them, we always pay attention not to damage the new growing branches. Topping is also a delicate moment as regards fertilization because the plant slows down and absolutely does not need all that nitrogen that it would normally need and that the producers recommend in their sheets. So you should arrive with the plant green and perfectly in shape at this moment and dose the fertilizer very well for growth. Mine came from a slightly deficient veg because I kept it low fearing this over effect during the topping that I know well and now I am a bit over. Nothing to worry about, of course, but if you do repeated topping, my advice is to use preferred soil or prepare the soil with Monster Bud Mix by Zamnesia or Plagron Super Mix, in short, enrich the soil at the start and only add nitrogen if necessary, especially during repeated topping. In any case, everything is under control and I will demonstrate it to you during the flowering phase. Wait for the Uncle BreadandBuds and see what it does to you.
