Ok, so I forgot to update this last week. woops, I will try and remember all the details but im sure to be forgetting something. I decided to strip the plants a bit as I felt their bottom half under the canopy was a bit to thick and under performing It has a bunch of shity stems and buds trying to develop and they where looking sad and spindly, not enough light, If i had under canopy lighting sure that's fine I'd leave em and they would thicken up, but I don't; so they had to go. I selected defoliation as a techniques used but I did not touch anything in the canopy. only below it, it was all not performing well and would have just increased the risk of bad airflow and maybe rot come late flower. I also have been noticing more issues with the one plant then the others and my hydro shop guys said it need more feed, I don't know how much I agree with them about that, they do not grow with amendments but it was time for the topdressing anyways. I mixed up the stuff and worked it into the top soil of the plants outside on the deck, when watering it in I also mixed it with my hands, I found this helps hydrate the Gaia Green powders and prevented them from forming dry pucks in the top layer. I think I need to always do this morning forward with all top dressings as just mixing it into the dry soil then watering is causing to much resistance and the top layer then gets a little bit crusty and hydrophobic, but mixing in while watering at the same time has prevented that from what I can tell. I also gave them a bit of a liquid soluble calcium as the PH was creeping back up again and didn't want that to be locked out. It helped to green up some of the plants again still the one is a bit to yellow for my liking. The top dress consisted of AP 4-4-4, PB 2-8-4 and some IF 3-2-4 Mixed it all up with something else can't remember, probably fulvic acids and magnesium. I also did a bit of a calibration on my tools as well as I felt they might be off a bit. The EC was not to bad, off by 41ppm or 0.082EC vs the base solution, my unit is a 500 scale pen eg. 500ppm=1.0EC PH was a bit more off by PH 0.18 from the PH 4.01 calibration solution. I did not do a before for the PH 7.01 calibration solution as I started at 4.01 but its still close enough in the end at PH 7.03. The storage solution is almost always the same as the PH 4.01 calibration solution. In their manual it says if you don't have any storage solution just use the PH 4.01 calibration solution. I feel they maybe the same thing but one has red dye and some stabilizers in it. Who knows. O and when working on my deck garden I was upcycleing the old cannabis growing mediums into the planters from the strawberry tent grow off, the one shaft from an older plant was purple inside when I broke it. It sat outside all winter so who knows what it was, I'm guessing its just anthocyanins or something similar. Seguimos utilizando los mismos productos que la semana pasada, solo que esta vez aumentando el EC a 1,2. Hoy 26 de febrero lavamos las raíces. Yo creo que tal vez estaban con un bloqueo de nutrientes, no se ve como si estuvieran sobre fertilzidas porque creo que las hojas estarían más de un color verde oscuro y duras, como cuando parecen casi de plásticos. Ahora las hojas están como caídas, con esas puntas amarillas, lo cual me preocupa. Espero que con el lavado de raíces vaya mejor. No hemos podido controlar bien la temperatura y ha llegado a 26 durante algunas horas, podría la temperatura causar este efecto en las plantas? Gracias por leer y cualquier concejo es bienvenido 💚

beginning of this was was day 50 from seed. Buds are starting to swell and fill out some. I might guessing I got about 3 weeks left. Dinafem lists them at 70 to 80 days but these plants are all on the short side. My canuk seeds cheese is going to take a bit longer. Also, I took some dead leaves and a few leaves blocking light and doesn’t appear to have affected them all.

These girls are looking like they are sprayed with fake snow...lol so sticky icky to play with. Took off a lower outside branch for scoping and these girls are looking close. They have signs of some amber and we are gonna let them go a bit longer to harvest closer with the alien tech hopefully. They definitely didn’t like being neglected a little bit and ph/Ec swung a bit in the middle of flowering and cause some issues a bit, nothing major though. Definitely not for the beginning grower that’s for sure, very finicky...lol got the nutrients lowered for the last week and then there getting the chop! Estive fora por algum tempo, mas as meninas estavam muito bem!

This gul is getting Phat, ran into some NANNERS, got a few on the plant, picked em all off. Will harvest a week early probably. Excited to see if it makes any viable seeds if it pollinated at all, don't know if they would be sterile or how that works, as it was already pollinated by a female plant to be feminized in the first place. I do think I caused the nanners in this plant from giving it to much LST late into flower trying to dense up the buds. the Humboldt Seeds webpage said its about a 9 week grow or 60-65 days till maturity at 30-60g/plant. So I am pushing it a bit already, I like the 13 week timeline just as a number, however I think it will be best to chop at 10 or 11 for this one. Will know if I don't post next Saturday as I will be waiting for the dry and yields.

Day 71-31/12/21 some have a good two weeks yet might take one down tomorrow!!!! Day 76-05/01/22 chopped one down yesterday 19more to go night take some more down tomorrow!!!

Appart from that bugs are doing the job they are supposed to do , still see thrips all over but that is normal for now and it will get better along the next couple weeks or so. Week 4 Not Much Difference From Last Week A lot More Stickier and More Thc Showing On Both Plants

Week 3 has come and gone. I think the stretch is now over. I got roughly 8” of growth on top of my net. Hopefully all 8” fills up with nice bud. I counted over 150 top bud sites. Goal is the get at least 14 grams per bud site. The frost production on this plant is out of control. Week three and you can already see trichomes producing on the fan leaves. I have been having to take off close to 50-70 leaves a week in order to keep proper airflow. She is so packed in the net I'm afraid of low airflow once they start getting fat. Only downfall so far is this plant develops loads of leaf. Hopefully that stops during the bulking phase. I keep bumping the nutrients up and she is taking every bit of it. Currently at 2.8ec. She was drinking tons during the stretch but has now gone back to normal amounts. I’m reverting back to every other day watering since last water I got nearly 50% run off. So far the smell is exactly like you open a bag of fruity pebbles. It’s not quite there when you open the tent but once you rub some bud it’s undoubtedly fruity pebbles smell. Hopefully we start seeing the mass put on in the next few weeks. 1/3 of the way done with flower already and she has been doing great.
