~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2202 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 2/2- Here we go Week Nine! These ladies are past the 60 day mark since breaking ground and are in the home stretch! The 2 phenotypes are about equal in flower development. Their flowers are densely stacked and have a beautiful purple and pink hue contrasted by numerous bright orange pistils that are showing. The #2 is a beast with wide spread branching and plentiful bud sites! The #1 has had her issues and is a markedly different phenotype, but she's LOADED with some absolutely phenomenal flowers! It never fails that all the plants I've grown that experienced some sort of major issue have all turned out to be stellar! I'll keep rubbing my rabbits foot! 😎 Daily watering with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water which is ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ continues as these girls stay thirsty! 2/4- Yesterday I watered today with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉. I also removed some shade leaves that had begun to yellow and checked trichomes on the #2... not yet. 🔎 2/6- This evening I put the #1 phenotype in the dark after checking her trichomes which were right where I want them at this point. She'll spend 48-72hrs in the dark with a fan on her and I'll also maintain the moisture in her pot so it doesn't dry out. I watered today, removed some shade leaves from the #2's canopy and turned her pot. The 2202 testers really look absolutely AMAZING and I can't wait to see them when they finish up! 🤩💚 2/8- Well, the #1 is hanging peacefully drying slowly at 64℉ @ 60% RH and should be ready to trim in 6-8 days +/-. The #2 is absolutely beautiful with her purple coloration getting more pronounced as she fades! I'll be putting her in the dark in the next 2-3 days to spend 48-72hrs before she gets cut and hung! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! I am still on holiday. My irrigation system seems to work. I can only show you a video from my Blink in the greenhouse, showing 24 hours from Friday to Saturday. Euphora is the cannabis plant in the back; she seems to be well. You can also see Tropical Morage in the front and right in front a giant basilicum hybrid and a Lila Luzi chili plant. Next sunday, I will be back with a more detailed report. Meanwhile, I am testing a few new strains in coffeeshops in Den Haag and Amsterdam :-).

Total harvest = 320Grams of buds Will update photos in the near future The buds are different now than when the videos where taken I will updated soon with the photos of the cured buds.

Aug 12: Ideally would have left this go for another week or two but pest pressure (aphids) meant it couldn't wait. Chopped. Nice squat plant structure with a decent coating of the best smelling resin I've ever had on an auto - as I mentioned before, this one smells sweet and floral, like a mix or roses and bubblegum. Amazing. Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend to others who are looking for a 1:1 THC:CBD variety.

Day 40. Was away for 2 weeks and girls missed me a lot !!! No TLC - NO RESULT !!! Worst grow I think, girls are small or weak and stretched .... Gave first feed ... SuperCroped highest girls ... Sad harvest upfront ... Think auto way is not for me ... Happy Growing !!!

All good at the end i topped them and made cuttlings from it that do well now the canopy is nice and even Most hickups with the FG system are gone and next week we go to 12:12😁

🇺🇸 Week 5 of flower. Getting close to the finish line. Buds have bulked up nicely, tons of sugar everywhere and a strong smell coming through. Had a few days where I couldn’t get temps below 28–29 °C, and I think that caused quite a bit of yellowing on the leaves. Also added some NPK (Top Dress by Lurpe) because of the purple stems. Trichomes are around 60% milky, no amber yet. Not rushing it. 🇨🇿 Pátý týden květu. Pomalu jdeme do finále. Palice pěkně nabraly na objemu, všude hromada cukru a výrazná vůně. Pár dní jsem bojoval s teplotou, nešla dostat pod 28–29 °C a podle mě to odnesla spousta listů, které zežloutly. Ty které šly nenásilně rukou jsou pryč. Přidal jsem taky NPK (Top Dress od Lurpe) kvůli fialovým stonkům. Trichomy jsou zhruba z 60 % milky, amber zatím nikde. Nikam nespěchám.

Weekly Update: The Gassy One is crushing it! 📊 This week has been absolute madness—we are seeing massive, explosive bud growth across the entire canopy! 🚀✨ Current Setup & Metrics: pH: 5.7 💧 EC: 2.1 PPFD: 1000 💡 What's happening this week? The plant is handling the high-intensity environment like a true champion. We are witnessing massive bud growth day by day, and with plenty of weeks still ahead of us, she has so much more room to pack on weight. 🌲 The smell on this thing is fire!🔥 Like a sour lemon or lime zest gas station, awesome and unique.⛽️🍋‍?🍋 A cool mutation/growth note: Some of the leaves are starting to develop quite large and chunky buds directly on them, looking frosty and stacked. ❄️ Everything is dialed in perfectly at 1000 PPFD and 2.1 EC. Let's see how much thicker these colas can get!

Day 63, Coming closer to the end but with some problems that I've never had before, this is all because I ran out of CalMag and took most people's word that soil would be fine without it, not with biobizz all mix, which I will carry on using still but, it's quite rubbish soil to be honest.

Due to problems with autoflower genetics and refusing to flower. I am pleased with final result. I knew my yield would take a hit by using 3 gallon pots. Just was not planning for these plants to take damn 100 days. Roots were coming thru bottom of bags. Not good. But happy results and beautiful purple nugs. See what the cure does. Edit/ update: with few days of curing smell and taste have dramatically improved. There is basically no woody taste or smell, just grapey and sour with a hint of spicy. I change my strain score to 9/10. Due to not being able to update after 1 hr of original post. The only reason I give a 9 is because of Flowering problem. Update: week of curing smooth as butter and fruity and flowery flavor mellow draw with a little kick no harshness at all. Pleseant take.

Last week I thought that the 50cm distance between the light and the top of the canopy was ok. But this week, I get some signs of light burns on every plants and I decided to put it back to 60cm. This distance seems to work best for this grow. I think the Cashew Kush shows some slight signs of nitrogen deficiency so I added a bit of BioGrow (1ml/l) and hope it will help. For more info about the "Soil people", see week 9. As part of the "Tent-X Ultimate Grow Challenge" contest, I received a free Tent-X controller, a MBS-TH Humidity/temperature/light sensor and a LMA-14 light control adapter. I requested them on sunday and get them on thursday so it was super fast, thank you @TrolMaster_Europe ! 👌 ------------------------------- Controller + MBS-TH review ------------------------------- The Tent-X controller combined with the MBS-TH sensor provides information about temperature and humidity. The light detector of this sensor is used to trigger the day/night mode of the Tent-X controller but doesn't measure light intensity (you need another sensor for that). I've tried to connect the controller to the phone app and it seemed to work. I will not use this function because it requires to connect the controller to the internet with an Ethernet cable and I don't have an Ethernet plug in my grow room. I set-up a rudimentary fixation system to hang the controller and the sensor since I'm not growing in a tent, but it works haha. Now, I can make my measurement in the center of the canopy instead of making them just above the ground. ---------------------------------------- LMA-14 light control adapter review ---------------------------------------- This adapter allows you to control your light via a RJ45 cable. I'm not using it because my light and my fan are synchronized and my fan cannot be controled by a RJ45 cable. I don't want to have a timer for the fan and a controller for the light. I just use the timer for both. However, Trolmaster sells some plug sockets that can be controled by RJ45 cable so you can control everything with your Tent-X controller.

Další týden pryč, prostříhat sem je nestihnul,tak snad tenhle týden to už vyjde. Zálivka každý třetí den 4.5l , jedu podle tabulky od Athény takže snižuju na půlku základní složky a Green Sensation stále 1ml/l. Ph 6.2 , ec 2.4 . Trošku jsem se nedomluvil s controllerem a díky změně času jsem holkám svítil 13/11, naštěstí jen 4 dny tak snad se to nijak nezbláznilo, vypadají pořád stejně tak asi dobrý.... Viděl bych to tak na dva týdny , doufám teda 😀.🖖
