6/20/21 - They look great! On track and the stretch has stopped completely. See pics and video from today… 6/21/21 - Day 30 of flower! Half way there :) They’ve been drinking water without any runoff coming out of the pots. Also the stretch has stopped and they look good. 6/22/21 - On track. Good size buds and a good smell. Excited for harvest! The room is filling up with flowers. 6/23/21 - I am still feeding with the nutrients listed above which is Week 9 on the schedule. 6/24/21 - We are very happy with the growth and bud size. They look and smell great! 6/25/21 - They are doing well. Just flowering away. I’ll post pics soon. Other than feeding them I am just letting the plants flower. No techniques being used. 6/26/21 - I missed a week on the feeding schedule and gave it straight water. I’m going to run Week 9 again and go from there.

1 girl is definitely growing quicker so assume gonna be ~a week or so difference which is fine with me. The bigger plant is already rapidly budding and they're already a bit purple 💜 Happy holidays

How is it growing, my fun(k) loving friends? ***INFO*** For more on my setup, why it was monster cropped, and how I made the canopy, see Germination page and subsequent weeks. They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. A couple more weeks and we will have the final cured and dried weight. More photos and movies will follow, this is where we are so far!! Big hug, lots of love and take care! ***UPDATE*** The final weigh-in is ready. I hadn't seen them in a week, because of my vacation. The humidifier I set up, had failed. So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! I smoke for medical reasons and it's used for ritual and healing purposes, never to be sold, as it loses its magical properties. Should I have to buy Gelato of this quality at the dispensary that I frequent, it would cost me at least € 15,-- per gram. 246 x 15 = 3690 euros. also, 49 car rides of 25 miles there and back, 250 euros in gas saved. Currently checking daily and tying away branches/leaves to give the buds more light and watering when the soil is dry. Currently my plants drink exactly 1,5L a day. I have the feeling that the right plant is lacking a bit of potassium. I'll leave everything as it is for now because the left plant (fresh new soil) is growing well. Since the right plant is quite bushy anyway, I'll defoliate it again later and remove any lower shoots. I started adding the Bio PK booster towards the middle of the first week of flowering, 2ml per liter of water; as the pH value drops too much, I correct it upwards with Biobizz pH up - from pH 5.5 to 6.5 for 3L, I add a total of 39 drops. My water is mixed as follows: 3L osmosis water, plus 6ml CalMag, 6ml BioPK 5-8 and 39 drops of pH + BioBizz.

Blue Zushi - Dutch Passion Day 87 - Watered with 3 litres of RO tap water, with defined nutrients, pH'd to 6.3. She is bulking vigorously at the moment and is drinking 3L every two days at this point, I have also increased her nutrients to ensure she is getting everything she needs 🙏🏻 She is looking so beautiful, her flower is getting so frosty and her aroma fills the tent and the room as soon as I open her up 🤩 very citrusy, possibly one of the best smells I've ever smelled!! She has been really easy to grow so far, and has only required her first bit of defoliation in weeks today; a couple of fan leaves under the canopy that weren't receiving light or were blocking the side lighting from reaching a bud site. I'm really impressed with this one, she is a winner!!!🙏🏻

flushing with water for 4 days now, harvesting next week

Week 2. Colorado Cookies in Mr.B's So it's taking a heck of a long time to dry, but as you can see i'm using the hygrometer method to dertermine when to water, it says moist so it's moist and it's gonna have to wait until dry for me to water it. basically i've not watered since last week tuesday ! waiting for the next watering so i can top off the pot with some peat, overwatering compacted the soil already, kinda disappointed i've already made such a critical mistake, but hopefully sticking with it and following her cycle will help. Will try to get an in soil ppm reading asap. Took a few vids of the amino spray which is for the soil, and the kelp and micro sprat which goes directly on the leaves. beyond that what i can say is i got three identical phenos so far in the colorado cookies pack, all three plants are real even, shot up healthy then started making nodes i'm at 3 full nodes, gonna wait for 5 but i dont think i'm gonna top, something about the cookie heritage tells me it wont like getting topped much lol vpd since last week 0.6-8, now slowly getting to 0.8-1.1

Plants are experiencing some benefits from the medium, and some deficiencies. Seeing root stress and light burning and clawing on the two lunchbox ogs. Luckily the growth has still been solid so I'm not gonna sit here and complain. Pots were backfilled up which is why they look lower despite growing more.

Going strong and taking up lots of fluids. 2 + litres every second day. I’m going through 100 plus litres a week with all 4 tents in early flower 🤦‍♂️Auto watering would be helpful but I think they like the random feeds with different ranges of ph I try to never keep the ph spot on, let it float up or down a few points not much just enough for the plants to get different amounts so far it’s been working for me.. happy growing friends

The solo cup Afghani x Mac1 from DNA Junkies is coming to an end. These sticky buds are starting to fade and turning a blueish purple. The smell is strong. Very fruit forward with petrol. Still feeding off the last top dressing.

Bienvenidos camaradas cultivadores, siete semanas de floración y las dos últimas con problemas de bloqueo de nutrientes que se ha reflejado en las hojas de las dos ramas principales, quemaduras en las hojas y marcas claras de deficiencia de Manganeso, el consumo de agua estaba en bajada desde hace dos semanas, y una vez más, mi falta de reflejos me ha impedido comenzar antes a tratar el problema. Ya sabía yo que esta cepa, con semejante nombre Psicopático me iba a dar problemas!! 🙄 Bien, es el momento de los fuertes!! 🤜🤛 ACTIVIDAD SEMANAL 💀 Día 84. Muevo la planta a mi carpa principal donde tengo como lámpara de dosel una magnífica MH TS1000, apoyada por otras luces que aportan espectros de luz más cercanos al rojo (2700k, 660nm, 2000k, 3000k, IR 730nm que enciendo 15 minutos cada hora.) Días 85, 86, 87, 88, 89. La planta no reacciona al último riego con agua de montaña y melaza, sigue perdiendo hojas completamente amarillas de la parte baja de la planta, en los dos últimos días, en la parte superior de las dos ramas principales han vuelto a aparecer manchas en las hojas más grandes, ahora también rizado de las puntas... muy feo!! Día 90. Acudo al cultivo dispuesto a intentar solucionar el bloqueo de nutrientes. 1º. Preparo una mezcla con agua de montaña y Ormus que aporta calcio y Magnesio y ayuda a la asimilación de nutrientes, corrijo el PH con vinagre blanco. PH: 7.0, EC: 0.55. 1000ml. Riego rápido con esta mezcla hasta conseguir un buen nivel de escorrentía, recojo 500ml con un EC: 3.1 y PH: 7.05. Preparo una mezcla de sólidos (Ca, Mg, P, Fe, Mn, Cu, K...) que añado al sustrato, para que traspasen sus nutrientes lentamente en los próximos días. 2º Preparo otra mezcla suave con Agua de montaña, melaza, 3% de mi Biol de Frutas y minerales con Microorganismos Eficientes -EM- (MMA, BAL, Vitaminas, Azúcares, Micro elementos, Húmicos...) y Ormus 1%. PH: 6.59, EC: 1.15. 1500ml. Vuelvo a regar rápido para arrastrar nutrientes del sustrato y al tiempo aportar en ese agua los nutrientes de la mezcla que potenciarán el trabajo y reproducción de la microbiología del sustrato. La escorrentía la uso para regar mis geranios!! Día 91. Se ha notado el tratamiento, la planta parece hinchada, ha recuperado en 24h la tersura, seguiré con unos riegos suaves hasta estar seguro de que el problema desaparece. Aunque me preocupa el impacto en la producción, pues justo estas semanas son cruciales para el crecimiento de las colas.
