Plants are extremely thick and should have been thinned a little dining the flowering phase. This is the end result. Live and learn. Drink plenty of water.

In week 9 my 'Fruity Terp' ladies have grown substantially and filled out the space in my HOMEBOX growtent. Therefore its time to do a round of defoliation. I take out my plants one by one and cut off the lowest branches on the stem (the ones not grown tall enough to get good light) and also the biggest fan-leaves (the ones shading the lower part of the canopy). The defoliation will increase the airflow thru my plants, which will in turn help to avoid mold from a build-up of humidity between the leaves. The light can now also penetrate deeper into the canopy now and therefore lower buds will also get more light and can grow bigger. The SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs are doing a GREAT job, my babies love their spectrum and intensity and grow like hell. The nutrients from BIO NOVA work EXCELLENT, all plants have a nice healthy green color. Since we are further in flowering now, I also add PK 13-14 from BIO NOVA following their 'SOIL-CULTIVATION' schedule.

2 strawberry banana didnt make it sadly so ive replaced with 2x fast buds - Strawberry gorilla. Even ramping up the power to 50% at 12" has only just stopped them from reaching for the stars... I wondered why my last turned into jack and the beanstalk 😂 Its a shame because the lights promise much more than they offer. I was planning on buying a full spiderfarmer setup and godknows how many more in the future but I think they have lost me as a buyer.

The funky one has the biggest new growths coming out of the nodes this is week 6 some ph damage from acccaidental un Ph neem mix that I use I forgot to ph but that was about right after the begging of week 5 doing good now looking less ph burned and the new growths are getting big . She's growing well. Maybe 1 more week in this pot then I intend to repot into a 20L airpot.

Apple Strudel is finally finishing the stretch. She grew right into the lights of the VGROW so I had to move her into the 24" x 48" x 72" Super closet to finish Flowering. I just did a defoliation and spread her out for better light penetration. Time for her to start packing on some bud! I just update my Grand Daddy Purple diary with dry weight & some pictures. I've increased the feed and light now. I will repot soon . I've pulled the browned leaves from the lower stem and the new growth is slowly turning green . They'll burst into stretch mode once I repot them next week . Hope everyone's grow is going well and the sun is shining on you 🌞

📆 Week 14, Harvest 11-20 January 2024 11 January - I made a determination to cut light power to 25%, and go to a 12/12 schedule, instead of turning light offs for 3 days. After a review of current philosophies and theories - I understand there may be a possibility that coldness, not light, could be more associated with a terpene and cannabinoid boost during this end process. So I will try something new. . 13 January - Harvest Day. When I opened the tent, the smell of fresh berries, sweet, ripe, heavy with a slight scent of pine filled the air. I cut branches and all shade leaves off, without damaging the sticky buds, and hung them to dry. The closet was at a low 35% RH (due to the 0-5 degree F temps outside) and 60 degrees F. It will remain here with circulation for about 5-7 days. 18 January - The buds were small enough and the closet RH staying staying 35%, it was ready to trim and jar up. This wasn’t too bad a process actually. The leaves flaked off prefectly leaving the bud in tact, so most of the trimming was done by hand using my fingertips, not clippers. A delicate process but fast once you get the hang of it. I’ve weighed and jared them up, along with a boveda 62% RH packet #8 in with each. Here they will stay and cure until their peak THC/terpene levels are reached at about 30-40 days, burped daily until a RH of 62% is reached and maintained. 📑 Product Review: Hybrid Indica Dominate The outcome: 4.2 ounces/119 grams of quality bud in about 90 days. The developer says just under 65 days, this could be done, it would have to be manipulated somewhat. The buds appear large, compact in size, but not so dense, a true bush variety. They are however loaded with trichomes and covered in resin. There is an excessive amount of sugar leaves that make it more challenging for the beginner to know how to care for it in later stages, especially flower. Finally have a day off and got the babies into 3 gallons and into the tent today! I used Fox Farm Ocean Floor to repot. Running behind schedule in veg, but ready to see them take off. Also taking them off 24/0 light schedule and putting them on 18/6. Last grow I had a spider mite AND a mildew problem (sad face) so I sanitized the heck out of the tent and got a new oscillating fan. You can see it blowing the plants around in the video, making them all strong and shit lol.

-Sensi Seeds Research: The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #9: The plants are vigorous, they started to stretch about 2 days before the week finished. The ScrOG is filling up gently and the canopy is at the same level. There’s not much to do in the first 2 weeks of 12/12 photo period. For Beginners and new growers, this is where you stick on your Veg nutrients for another 2 weeks. They need Nitrogen to support the stretch and if you switch to bloom nootz to early they will start yellowing around the end of week 3 of Flowering, by moving their Nitrogen to save the top. Adding the right amount of Nitrogen during this phase is crucial. Not enough and it will run out for sure at the end of stretch, too much and you will start to see some claws on the leaves , tips of the leaves pointing down, and way too much nootz burns will appear. Both cases will make you loose around 20% to 25% on the yield ! To conclude the Veg, I have change one important factor that was the soil, but Cellmax BIO Soil is doing a really good job, plus the Sensi Seeds genetics which are extremely easy to grow, makes me feel very happy 😊 (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control 🐞)

Well well exciting times ahead my favourite time multiple buds sites appearing all over I'm so impressed with the new Mars hydro ts1000w the growth is amazing. I have to say this strain is the most smelliest I've grown very pungent cannot wait for the coming weeks to see these buds stacking some weight

This week marks the transition into the final phase of the plant’s lifecycle. I’ve officially switched to Overdrive, and the effect is already clearly visible — the buds are noticeably swelling and gaining density across the entire canopy. The stacking over the past days has been impressive, but now it’s shifting into pure bulk production. Calyxes are expanding, and the flowers are tightening up, especially on the top colas. Trichome coverage remains extremely high, with a thick, uniform frost layer from top to bottom — even the inner sections are heavily coated. Pistil development has progressed rapidly, with a significant portion now turned orange/brown, signaling that the plant is entering its final maturation stage. Despite that, there is still enough active growth to justify this last push with Overdrive. The structure remains compact and very controlled, which results in a dense canopy. While this limits some lower bud development slightly, the overall quality is consistently high throughout the plant. From this point on, it’s all about finishing strong. Estimated time to harvest is approximately 5 days, followed by the final flush phase. The plant is clearly approaching peak maturity — the finish line is now in sight.
