Es ist soweit! Am Freitag habe ich die fünf Easy Buds nach knapp 11 1/2 Wochen abgeschnitten und geerntet. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass eine Pflanze ziemlich stark befallen war. Ich vermute eine Milbenart oder möglicherweise Fliegeneier. Unterhalb der Blätter waren etliche dunkelgelbe und dunkelbraune Eier, die man auf den ersten Blick kaum erkennen konnte. Bei genauerem Hinsehen sieht man jedoch, dass sich der Befall auf die ganze Pflanze ausgeweitet hatte. Glücklicherweise blieben die vier anderen Pflanzen verschont. Aus diesem Grund trockne ich die Pflanzen auch getrennt voneinander. Die befallene Pflanze wollte ich nicht direkt wegwerfen, sondern erstmal trocknen lassen. Im Nachhinein werde ich schauen, wie ich mögliche Schadensbegrenzung betreiben kann. Die vier gesunden Pflanzen werden in einem geschlossenen Zelt in einem Trocknungsbeutel getrocknet. Die befallene Pflanze habe ich in dem Folienzelt aufgehängt und mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Nach wenigen Tagen der Trocknung sieht soweit eigentlich alles gut aus. Die Eier scheinen nicht mehr zu schlüpfen, sondern fallen von der Blüte ab oder verschrumpeln zu Kompost. Ich hoffe, dass es dabei bleibt. Der Geruch hat sich nach dem Abschneiden deutlich verändert. Schon nach der kurzen Trocknungszeit kann ich einen intensiveren Geruch feststellen, der sich noch nicht so richtig beschreiben lässt. Die Blüten waren stark mit den sogenannten "Sugar Leaves" verwachsen, weshalb ich sie grob getrimmt habe, um sie zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Nachdem die Blüten vollständig getrocknet sind, werde ich die Buds noch einmal einzeln trimmen und durch meine Trimm-Maschine von Vevor jagen. Der Ernteprozess hat zu zweit circa eine Stunde gedauert. Die Pflanzen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ernte noch sehr gesund und kräftig. Die Verwurzelung war trotz des geschlossenen Topfes sehr gut. Die schönste Bud hat definitiv die zentrale Pflanze, Greta, ergeben. Nass hätte ich den Bud auf mindestens 12 g geschätzt. Ein Gesamtgewicht des nassen Pflanzenmaterials habe ich nicht ermittelt. Sobald alles trocken und fertig beschnitten ist, werde ich das Tagebuch um den trockenen Betrag ergänzen. Stand jetzt würde ich schätzen, dass der Ertrag aller Pflanzen bei circa 40-50 g liegt, was mich für meinen ersten Grow ziemlich zufrieden stellt, besonders in Anbetracht dieser wirklich sehr simplen Strain. Another week behind us, everything is going well — no drama at all 🙂🌱 Runtz is slowly heading into the final stage, and I’d say she’ll be ready in about one to two weeks 🔥🌸 I have to give credit for the beautiful fruity aroma — every time I open the tent, she’s the one that stands out the most 🍓✨ *** As for Break-Up and Lemon AK, I’ll need to wait about three more weeks for harvest ⏳🌸 Break-Up is looking really good at this stage, I’m very happy with her so far ✨ *** The Lemon AK plants are still going strong with no issues at all 🌿💪 — I’m really curious to see how they’ll finish.

Strain: Zamnesia – Strawberry Cough Grow Type: Indoor Medium: Coco Coir & Perlite Nutrient Line: Athena Harvest Log Strawberry Cough is officially in the books 🌿🔥 This was definitely a stressful run from start to finish. Between the environmental challenges and the AC issues, these girls never really got the ideal conditions they deserved. That said, they still managed to pull through and produce some really nice buds in the end. I'm satisfied with how she turned out, especially considering everything she had to deal with, but if I'm being completely honest, I know deep down she could have done even better. Sometimes that's just how growing goes you work with what you've got and learn from it for the next run. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to take proper harvest photos as things were pretty hectic and I've been extremely busy lately. Still, the buds came out looking good and I'm happy with the overall quality. This is definitely a strain I'll be revisiting in the future. Once some space opens up in the garden, she'll be getting another run under much better conditions because I know there's a lot more potential waiting to be unlocked. Drying Conditions 🌡️ Temperature: ~20–22°C 💧 Humidity: ~55–60% ⏱️ Dry Time: ~10–14 Days Despite the challenges, Strawberry Cough still gave a respectable finish and earned herself another spot in the future lineup 🍓🔥🌿

This week I decided to top the plant. It's the first time I've topped a plant and applied LST. It hurt to just cut the plant down but hopefully it will be worth it in the end. It tolerated it well. I have tried to make cuttings from the topped part. We'll see if they make it. The amount of watering remains unchanged for now as the soil stores enough water. I will water every 3 days from now on. This week I used the nettle manure in a mix with rainwater in a ratio of 1:20. Unfortunately, the weather has got a bit worse this week. The daytime temperature fluctuated between 18 and 21 degrees.

Not that impressive, buds are quite airy except for one or two which are better but not dense nugs like I was hoping for. I still love this strain, the colours and growing it is good fun. Maybe again one day

It's drinking a lot of water, obviously because of its huge size, smaller doses of nutrients to go little by little, the shape of the tall buds, they're much more resinous with this update, I'm hoping for more time with this one due to its size and little light.

The growth is amazing this week i killed some aphids and fed her some fish fertilizer and bat guano…flowers should be coming in this week. This would be a smokable plant for sure not seeds producing.

The weather is really bad for her flowering stage. All these rains may push me to an esrly harvest. I will have to clear up the land and setup a greenhouse with solar-powered fans for the humidity.

Start week 6 of bloomingToday 11.3. I had to pour 6 liters of clean water over it. 1500ml (leaked out) 76. day of grow 36. day of bloom but not sure I think I started counting the blooming before they actually started blooming.
