2024-07-21 Indoor We are coming to an End. The lovely Opium is about to get Harvested. iam so pleased with this Strain. The Indoor Plant shows very good ripeness along the Colas, the Plant itself is stimm lovely green, only a few leaves are fading. so I normally say, she still has Time. Bit the trichomes say another thing.All Milky, and a good amount of brown trichomes her smell is amazing, the domestic secnt is like apricot/ peach, with some delicous undertones. OUTDOOR This lady prepares for flower, shes in stretch and made 20 cm plus the last week. She drinks minimum 5l but is asking for more. and shes hungry, so she gets feedings every other day, until i see , that she stops stretching. fantastic Girls there is stimm a 3rd plant growing outdoors, she sits in a 30l Pot , i havent decided where to finish her. so stay tuned for the last big cut, and for the Update Divine Seeds developed Opium as a new champion strain, unprecedently powerful and loaded with unbelievable quantities of resin. This week I topped each main cola at the 3rd node as usual and performed a selective defoliation to improve light penetration and airflow. From now on, I won’t be doing any more apical cuts. In a few days, I plan to introduce a scrog net to start guiding the branches and prepare for an even canopy 🌿💪

This grow went beautifully other than the strain I was also running ended up being a hermie and pollinated this one. She really didn’t produce much seed and focused on putting on weight surprisingly enough. So I decided to finish her out and see what happens, gotta say I’m glad I did! Will be without a doubt the biggest yielding plant I’ve grown indoor from seed. ******after 4-5 day drying period******* 6oz in the photo however this is just the tops and a few select lower buds that were sizeable! Still have the whole lower portion hanging in the garage. I’ll update with a full dry weight in a week after she get in some jars.

I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

At the beginning of the 2nd week flowering I started to defoliate and have tied down the 8 main branches of one of the strains, looks very funny like a "Circle of Buds" 😁 but now struggeling with the mass of new branches...

Last veg week, i shouldve went for 21 veg days but didnt know at the time i shouldve done that so instead i did 4 weeks

Another few weeks left in this lady so will continue too feed her until she starts too ripen , No problems at all too this point and she has had two weeks of more PK , I really do love these purple kush plants they look unreal So she has started too foxtail this week and coming along nicely , I've started too flush now on day one of week 9 I hope she will be done around week 10 This is the second time I have grown a blackberry kush strain and I really have too say for me I love these plants not only because of the colour but more so the trimming is very minimal as these plants are all thick dense buds , so after you have picked off the main large fan leaves there really isn't much more too it , I like too keep on the sugar leaves for drying and cure because I can put the whole thing into my magical butter machine too make oil and get all the goodness possible , Should be ready right on Dutch passions flower time ,

I’m quite surprised as to how well these girls are looking and smelling!! They’re quality genetics but i also believe every strain will provide pros and cons during the grow. This one particularity has been quite the learning experience. Cannabis is quite the resilient plant and I definitely like growing them. As far as this week goes they’re definitely producing more trichomes and resin glands and appears there’s no more stretch from the plant. No more new growth even small amounts hidden within the canopy. I did a little flush earlier this week and it made the tips of what fan leaves turn yellowish so it def means we’re getting close to the end. Prob got another 2 weeks before I fully flush for Atleast a week then pulling them down. The trichs will be the ultimate deciding factor. I’ll pull when i see the first sign as I like more of a heady high than a couch-lock with little to none clear. Well till next week y’all happy growin and hopefully ya had a good thanksgiving

Germination went well she was a beautiful large purple seed when I see her I knew she was going to be a nice phenotype . I use fish tank water as my base which is 350 parts per million then I added 1 ml of biogrow and 0.25 ml of biobloom . pH 6.5

Days 120 - 126 (from sprout) 9/20/24 - 9/26/24 The Good Shit - week 13 of flower and trichome heads are looking far more swollen For IPM I sprayed existing mulch layer with tweetmint, followed up with topping all pots off with build a soil 3.0 and forest collected IMO's - fungus gnats almost completely eliminated overnight Pots were cover cropped with build a soil seed blend + grape tomatoes, oregano + thyme, snap peas and napoli carrots Fingers crossed harvest is on the agenda for this lady next week
