A big week for defoliation and lollipop. It is evident that topping an asymmetrical plant does nothing to create more tops. The 6 Strawberry plants are huge for 7 weeks. Originally, I was planning to wait until January to transplant, however, the roots were showing out of the bottom of the pots, and every plant is over a foot tall and half are over 2 feet. I believe the CO2 Exhale bag makes a difference in the speed of growth and development. These are heavy feeders. All showed some nitrogen deficiency earlier on and I’ve increased feeding. I planned to use grow dots extended for photo period plants when I transplanted them to 5 gal. I asked Santa in early November, and he kept sending notice that the order had been delayed. So, I decided to use TPS1 for this grow. I flipped to 12/12 on 12/28 and will water only this week. I hope to reduce the stretch during the first 2 weeks of flower. I must admit; I took on more than I can handle. I started these in November expecting them to be much smaller at 6 weeks. But no, these gals have grown with vigor. I had these 6 huge plants and 4 autos in the 4X4 tent. They grew faster and bigger than the autoflowers am used to growing. Christmas week was hectic with 5 harvests, 6 transplants and defoliation. I had to have my husband assist in the transplant to hold the plant as I held the fabric pot open. A side note: I’m taking applications for Spring & Summer cabana boy positions when I go to the beach. This week I added canna pk and dropped canna A and B down to 5. I was seeing some leaf tips burning. Should I continue with the PK or stop like the canna site says?

Temps are looking to be better the next few weeks and when on a good watering schedule humidity goes above 50%. I've just been bending branches that shoot above the canopy down. I still need to update the measurements of length and distance to plant. Lollipopped on day 11 (Jul 2nd) the amount of lollipopped space down below is about 30 cm(1ft) With this light I think I'll be aiming for a half foot(15cm) to a full foot(30cm) of canopy depth. Getting the top sites as close as I can to 30 cm below the light so I have the top 15 cm of canopy at the most efficient distance for this light. Optic LED recommends a spacing of 30 to 45 cm (1 to 1.5 foot) fixture to tops for flower. anything further away than 45 cm will probably be fluff, but! Anything fluffy will be left on and used for old school bottle pressed hashish. My family, with exception of my girl will have to fight me for that hashish, it's been way, way too long since I had some good hash. Plus there's no way I'm yielding more than a gram or two of hash from larf alone. Plant height is measured from soil level btw, she's about 60+ cm pot included. Moved the light up to 45 cm above the canopy again and I'm already maxing out on vert space, with only about 5-10cm remaining. Switched the light cycle from 14 hours on to 12 hours on to be sure, she's leaning more sativa but she was initiating flower. (Which I'm amazed I could even tell she was initiating bud development) However having her re veg at week 5 would've sucked very much So far the vibes from this run I'm getting is that I'm still nowhere near great or even good. But I am, at least, slowly starting to get there. Recovered from defoliating nicely.

its growing very well not much nutrients so far. there is another thing that i couldnt mention last week. its not legal to grow in my country. there was a police operation that aims people who buy growing equipment. i was lucky but i decided to move my tent to somewhere else and everything related to it. found an old guy who gave me a spare room to grow and i visit him everyday. its going nice.

8/17 everything going well. Have nice canopy. They plants are also stretching a lot. Got a pH soil tester and also test moisture so now when to water. Also got pH water tester. 8/20. Buds starting to form on every plant but one. Found my PH of soil is high so trying to bring it down. 8/23 last day of week 7. I think everything going well. They have stretched about 5 inches. I have been listing few and moving around scrog and grow out. No discoloration or any real issues. Well see how goes. I not sure if did to much defloation.

V8, supuestamente hoy haría transplante a los maceteros definitivos, pero, hace 3 días que las plantas están presentando hojas débiles y dobladas hacia abajo, en un principio pensé en que podría ser exceso de agua, pero creo que es exceso de nutrientes, básicamente exceso de nitrógeno, ya que las hojas están con un verde muy oscuro y algunas están presentando manchas color café. Así que hoy les hice lavado de raíz, con agua EC 0, hasta que el drenaje fue de cercano a 4 EC. Esperaré unos días a ver si se recuperan, si no, simplemente las eliminaré y empezaré de nuevo, ojalá se recuperen. V9, al final si era exceso de nutrientes/nitrógeno, menos mal que se recuperaron con el lavado de raíces, pensé que morirían, ahora veré como siguen para decidir si hago transplante hoy mismo. V10, se realizó trasplante a macetas definitivas y un riego suave. Las plantas están todavía en recuperación, esperaré unos días más para empezar el LST. V12, riego. V13, se realizó una pequeña defoliación y LST.

Things are swelling up nice this week. Orange Hairs are starting to appear on all the buds one by one. It's been a very enjoyable grow. The buds are super tight! The sugar level could be better but If I have a successful harvest I will be very grateful. Any larger sugar leaves on the bottom of plants are starting to wither. Feedings are at 1150-1200ppm. as often as I can get the pots to dry. I will be getting more fans for this very purpose. I can't feed them if they are still wet. I was worried I had too many plants. But after defoliations and the plants stopping foliating I've wound up with a super solid canopy. I was reading other FoxFarm Diaries and I believe I have been underfeeding even though I've been following the feeding schedule. Not enough ppm's in flower to just use the Trio- Schedule. This morning I fed at 1550ppm and the plants are showing no negative signs. The max you can achieve using just the trio and the schedule is around 1150ppm. I believe that I was right about having a potassium deficiency but didn't know what to do about it since I was maxing out the scheduled nutes. Day 40 Flower - Feeding 300ppm of CalMag and RO/Tap Mix

Buds are already quite huge, plan to make last week flushing with still water and that's it.

Hello friends, I planted this plant as an experiment as you can see but today in day 17 from seed i decided to share this growth here coz it surprised me with the so far growth. Sorry for lacking photos from week 1 but i didnt take pictures.. she is under the sun whole day and 4 hours 250w HPS... and as you can see some leaves curled in coz she is too young for 250W hps 25 cm from her.. So far I foliar fed her and regularly watered, dilluted 2ml/L of B-52, 2 ml/L fitobacillus (essential bacterias and enzymes) and foliar sprayed her. With every watering so far i put 2ml/l fitobacillus and 2ml/ B-52 and mycorhizae in the very first and second watering. As you can see her main stem is already fatter than average for that time of growth and the root mass is so dense and thick, also many many hairs ready to absorb some nutes so tmrw will be her first nutes dosage, day 18 that will be from seed. I am hoping only that the pot size will not restrict her growth, as the roots already reached the bottom and started to curl back in.. but their colour is bright white and i have no worries bout rot or similar, at least so far so good :D Stay tuned brothers and sisters, all my grows are for you in order to learn ultra fast all the interesting and mind intriguing stuff by following only one grower. @James drop an eye here, you did a good job with genetics on this one.. Today i applied some more lst to maximally expose side branches to the sun. You will see some interesting pics and vids explaining my low stress training technique. I blv this plant's main goal in life to be LST'd. Dont be afraid, side branches will be thankfull and your harvest will be thankfull.. You can se some lst with side branches and how i tucked the leaves and made sure they stay there using the green wire and forming that shape on the pic. Today i also noticed a white hair showing up, still not sure if it is starting to flower in her DAY 19 from seed, or is it just "stress defending mechanism". Seems to me i will find out soon :)

Eccoci e finita la seconda settimana di fioritura le piante hanno smesso di fare lo stretching e hanno iniziato a formare i fiori. come si vede nel video ho fatto la tecnica chiamata lollipop,ovvero defogliato ed eliminato tutto ciò che non si era ben formato o che non avrebbe preso abbastanza luce. A livello di fertilizzante ho dato per 1.5 L di acqua 1.5ml di enzimi 2 ml di top bloom ringrazio per la collaborazione viparspectra adesso è parecchio che utilizzo la loro lampada e devo dire che vedo i risultati. day22 video. now adding more pk booster than earlier weeks, should be done week 7-8 we will see day23 I start adding more pk, still will 4x more pk now. Some nice pics today, videos of each, frost on fan leafs, no issues other than pros: bridal frost on fan leafs+sugar, cons 6ft tall. I think I should have pumped more pk earlier into flower/pre Its cool. Adding 2tbsp soluble pk into 5gal vs quarter tbsp in beginning 22 days ago. I am feeding soluble pk, +3 pk soil conditioners and carbs every day. There is no water day. day 25 stacking up. been spraying old cs I made 3ish years ago to test, works on unrooted so I may potential cross. Bridal starting to smell like a mix between fresh watermelon, and lemon+lime or a citrus aroma.

Settimana molto molto difficile. Causa temperatura elevata mi si è formata parecchia muffa sulla parte della radici esposta all'aria, l'acqua all'interno dei sistemi dovrebbe stare sui 22 gradi e sono arrivato a 26. Aumentando la potenza del vaporizzatore che emana aria fresca e tenendo aperto il box riesco a stare nei parametri ma a luglio sarà dura per le temperature e per l'umidità un pelo troppo alta. Mi manca ancora un mesetto e mezzo, spero di arrivare a fine raccolto senza problemi. Proverò anche ad utilizzare il tricodema per la pulizia delle radici, spero mi aiuti. Ad ogni modo negli ultimi due giorni registro un notevole miglioramento dell'apparato radicale. Per il resto in realtà va alla grande, le piante non sembrano aver avuto problemi relativi a ciò e stanno finendo di allungarsi dopo il cambio d'ore. Sono veramente soddisfatto della situazione. EC forse un po' bassa ma avendo appena rifatto la soluzione nutritiva temporeggio qualche giorno prima di andare ad aggiungere altri fertilizzanti.

I said!! it's huge ready for flowering!! one week to change the light schedule to 12/12 I've already lost count of the toppings I've made. I will always take some of the bottom leaves out. that no longer catch light and only waste energy. I water every two days. small quantities and One feeding per week. I make adjustments whenever necessary. I also don't spend a lot of nuts as long as she doesn't really need food as in flowering. you will realize soon

Beginning of the week Jan28 D37 Raised intensity of the light at 200w Watered again at 5.5 to lower the PH Topped the main stems on the two C&C to lower the canopy. I'm beginning on planning the scrog. Jan31 D40: Made a good defoliation for a maximum light exposure, a little LST on the KK... This plant is weak since the beginning, slow growth compare to the other 2... Compost tea is brewing for a little boost in available nutrients in 2 days. I put the trellis net in, let it fill for a week or so before flipping. Added a tbsp of Gaia green 444 in the two C&C just in case because I'll stay in veg a little longer than I planned Feb2 D42: fed compost tea, light still at 200w, lowered it a little this week.
