#WEEK 14 — HEAVY CUT Well, well well. Id recommend a bigger tent for these kind of Experiments, 70x70cm too smallz for even two plants, it seems. Finally, i hope they reached their almost final height and so i had the courage to ✂️. A Bit Late, i think. I had sticky Fingers after 🙄. And so, so many leaves and light-green/-yellowish, very long shoots - what a waste. I think it took 60-90 minutes for both plant, and do they look rough now. Hope they will recover soon. Because then, i suppose, i will have a fine sea of sweet colas. But Finally enough room for airflow, enough exposure to light, and for the view of the massive stems. 😍 Some shoots broke out, canopy is Not very even at the Moment. I guess that will Make it possible to chop these parts first later. Also looks like Slush Mint Cake is about to purple (bottom side of some leaves). However, temperatures starting to rise outside, so we will see (the saying is cold temperatures trigger the purple colors, no?). Smell: there‘s something, but still very faint, not very distinct and rather weird / not so tempting (thats how i would put it) at the moment (yet). According to a lot of other diaries Slush will become very massive - fingers crossed. Make a wish: tents that Open on the backside or both adjacent outer sides as well. Was a slog / grind / drudgery that way.

The fun is starting! Lots of pistils popping on her and she’s stretching! At this phase when I see sites I foliar feed with liquid manganese, 1 ml per gallon, and do this one time, after week 3/4 when I really see trichomes I don’t foliar feed anymore I also am using a bunch of new nutrients for this run that I honestly did a lot of eye measuring once I got it down lol, so feel free to ask any questions and I’d be glad to fill you in! I used every ingredient from silica to microbes and enzymes, sulfur, molasses etc, I felt like a mad scientist this run lol

PPFD at 766 µmol/m²/s, temperatures near 31°C, and VPD around 2.2 — conditions that might challenge weaker genetics, but Gelonade only glowed brighter. Hand trimming keeps the resin glands intact, preserving aroma, texture, and bag appeal. It’s slower, but sacred — the final love letter between grower and flower. The trim collected beneath the bin was later pressed gently into hash bars using a hot-water bottle method — pure pressure and warmth, no solvent. The science: The heat softens trichome heads (resin glands), allowing them to fuse together under pressure — forming a natural, terpene-rich concentrate. ⸻ 🌬️ The Curing — Glass Jars vs Grove Bags After trimming, we divided our treasures: • Pheno #1 (146g) cured in Grove Bags – a modern, low-maintenance solution that self-regulates humidity (~62%), keeping buds stable and fresh without constant burping. • Pheno #2 (159g) cured in Glass Jars – the traditional, hands-on approach. We burped the jars daily during the first two weeks, allowing gas exchange and flavor maturation. This plant has a solid stench of pure ripe lemons. So much aroma and color in every bud, purples, to dark green, to lime green, to solid frost. This one definitely a fun strain to watch grow and tend too for the last few months. She’s definitely a hungry girl, seemed to be the only strain out of the three that accepted and thrived with full feed nutrients. Would definitely recommend this Strain to someone For a nice uplifting day smoke, also seems to do me good for some pain and stress relief.

Los cogollos comienzan a tomar densidad, aparecen nuevos pistilos y la cantidad de resina es impresionante . Continuo con la tabla de alimentacion, pronto comienzo con el lavado de raices.

WEEK 10/7F // D64/43F - D70/49F Die Guava hat an Tag64/43F das letzte Mal Wasser bekommen und ist an sich schon an Tag66/45F fertig gewesen. Allerdings gab es keine Möglichkeit die Guava anständig zum trocknen aufzuhängen. Daher wurde die Guava an Tag69/48F zum trocknen in einem Karton mit Lüfter aufgehangen. Vorher gab es ein wet-trim. Bei den Outdoor-Ladys bevorzuge ich den wet-trim weil man so schonmal schauen kann ob irgendwo noch ein kleines Insekt klebt und auch sieht wenn ein Bud schimmelt. Bei der Guava musste nur ein halber Headbud vom Seitentrieb entfernt werden weil der geschimmelt ist. Sonst war alles in einem super Zustand. Unter dem Gedanken das die Guava den Großteil draußen stand, ist die Guava eine super stabile Genetik. Temperatur Tag: 22-26°C Nacht: 13-19°C Höhe 84cm

It’s week six of flowering, and the plants are growing well. Currently, the humidity during the dark is rising as high as 60% due to the rainy, cold weather. I've had to turn the heat up again to control the humidity and raise the room temperature.
