Sorry about the extended updates. Coronavirus has took a toll, and as an essential worker I’ve had to step up to the plate. Plants are doing fine. Much has been learned from this grow, so if any questions be free to ask.

Week 2 of flower. The ladies drank 30% of their nutrients by mid week! Starting PPM was 1250, and was down to 850. Mixed a new batch of nutrients slightly stronger to 1350ppm and continued for the week. Wife has continued to do her defoliation on the plants, removing only the fan leaves that are blocking light from bud sites, or “laying” on each other. Vertical growth has been around 4” this week. I love the growth but am trying to keep the node spacing tight with good light height. Pistils have developed and bud sites are visible!

Final week before chop. She is looking and smelling incredible at this point.

2 months of veg in the books and easily the best looking DWC veg run I've had yet! She's on 12/12 as of tonight and I can not wait!

Week 3 started nice. Plants growing bushy and strong. Cant wait for fair seeds buds to show up.

10/20/2021 - Day 32 - finally some pistils popping. Time to move all these girls to flower nutes. Got a lady bug named Senua to kill all the thrips. It is her sacrifice. 10/25/2021 - Day 37 - she’s finally stretching a bit. Was really crowded for a little bit there. Thrips seemed to have disappeared. Will do a defoliation in a few weeks.

I truly love the dinafem team , there genetics have been great ever since I started out with this company .. Three first seeds I ever bought were from them and the buds I have grown have all been good smoke .. The growth structure is huge on this lady right now .. I will be planting her into the ground over the next week because I want her to get huge in my county backyard ... She will be a beast you watch ...

This is the first week of the plants being above soil, we did lose one but we are germinating another to replace that. I think the one we lost was due to heat stress, the others are holding up pretty well, there is another one that showed signs of heat stress, we just moved it a little deeper in the tent and it seems to be doing okay.

I think I found the one! --- Both of the Garlic Budder phenos (OG#1 and OG#2) are getting pretty dank! --- Both have been curing for a good 6-7 months (since 12/13/24) and now taste completely different! The #2 pheno now has a pungent earthy fuel profile which has made her a keeper! The #1 pheno is more on the purple sweeter terp profile side, which is not really enough to be a keeper, but the smoke is definitely smoother and terpier than before. --- Still searching for more keepers, but now have a potential mother to breed with. Getting hyped! --- Wow curing really does make a huge difference! --- As for the Gorilla Goat phenos, they have been curing for about 3 months (since 04/08/25) and taste okay but nothing special. The #1 pheno still has a pretty loud lemon cleaner nose, but nothing to special on the smoke. Yet. I think. --- Also, for this cycle, plan to probably reduce the 18/6 harvest flip from 7 days down to 4 days. I think 7 days might have been too long and may have caused some re-vegging. --- Will continue to pheno hunt for more keepers! - [16:21]: Evening check on the 4x4 tent. --- Wow the garden is raging! --- All growth looks green and the canopy is filling in! --- Heady OG is starting to reach the side of the 30 gallon pot, but still has a ways to go before reaching the scrog frame. Growth looks healthy and green so I’m happy! --- Wow TKO is bushy and getting enormous! She has already started to fill in the front left quadrant of the tent. - [16:23]: Alright! Time to start scrogging and training out the canopy. Let’s go! --- Temporarily took the PVC scrog frame out of the tent. - [16:35]: Okay time to re-string the frame! --- Like always, used mason string for the netting and double-looped each screw. Strung the vertical lines before weaving the horizontal lines over and under the vertical lines. --- Also covered the top of each corner with foil and masking tape. - [17:14]: Done! Scrog frame is re-strung and looking great! --- Set the frame aside for a bit. - [17:15]: Going to give Vivosun’s High CFM (cubic feet per minute) Support Kit a try. --- Once the scrog frame is installed, the back area is difficult to access. So need to install the kit before placing the frame back in. --- The kit came with 4 identical support bars which snap snugly onto the vertical tent bars. --- Assembly was pretty straight forward and the bars snapped and screwed together with ease. --- To make the process a lot easier, I installed all the corners first. The bars easily snapped into the corner pieces and once fully secured, the whole tent feels a lot more stable. The kit also widens the tent to keep the fans from hitting the sides. --- Left the front bar off for now (only have the front corners installed). --- To ensure that the support bars are level, decided to place the bottom (back and front) bars just above where the tent bars snap together (about 41 inches from the floor). Both have brittle branches and when pinching and bending, a few usually break. But not when using the pliers. Nice! --- Pots also look great and no signs of gnats! Let’s go! ------ Added 2tbsp of Popcorn Seeds ------ Added 1 cup of RO water ------ Added 1/64tsp of Horticultural Aloe --- Mixed the solution and seeds around a bit. - [17:46]: Decided to also place the jar on the heating mat. --- The thermostat is set to a warm 83°F (currently at 85.2°F) --- Shouldn’t be an issue since the local weather is warming up, but just want to keep the jar nice and warm. --- To keep the jar insulated, covered it with a towel. --- Done! --- Going to soak the seeds for at least 24hrs before draining out the water. Bonjour à tous les padawans et maîtres jedis Tout d'abord merci à James de Royal queen seeds de me permettre de faire cette culture Je rappelle je n'utilise que le strict minimum du matériel nécessaire à une culture correcte au prix le plus bas possible MATÉRIEL CONFIGURATION Box 80×80×160 Lampe led greenception GC4 250WATTS Ventilateur à pince 15 watts Xiaomi Deerma humidificateurs 5L Hygrometre thermomètre Extracteur PROFAN 107 m3/h - 100 Prise programmable électronique ×2 1 pot geotextile noir 10 litres (RQS) RQS feeding easy boost organic RQS easy combo tablets Substrat cellmax bio ligthmix Fil de fer et pince coupante Microscope Petite balance de précision CULTURE ÉTAPE PAR ÉTAPE J'ai tout dabord fais germé ma graine avec le easy start de Royal queen seed et je suis agréablement surpris car franchement le taux de réussite est très élevé (9 graines sur 10) simple d'utilisation et très efficace. Une fois la plantule sortie et d'une hauteur de 2 ou 3 centimètres je la prend délicatement et la place directement dans son pot définitif. Je préconise des pots allant entre 10 litres et 15 litres pour des autofloraisons cultivées en intérieur. Le pot aura été préalablement préparé (video dans diarie) avec 50 grammes d'engrais RQS easy boost organic, soit l'équivalent de à peu près 5 grammes par litre de substrat. Je dépose donc la plantule dans son pot définitif je recouvre un peu de avec de terre je tasse légèrement et j'arrose pour garder le substrat humide pas plus Je place ma lampe led 300watts à environ 90 centimètres de la plantule avec un cycle de lumière de 24/24 pendant une semaine. Au début de la semaine 2 le cycle de lumière passera en 20/4 grace a un programmateur car c'est pour moi le cycle de lumière qui offre le meilleur rendement pour une autofloraison. Jour1: léger arrosage Jour2: léger arrosage Jour5: préparation de 3 litres d'eau ph6.3 à laquelle j'ajoute une tablette grow easy combo RQS ensuite arrosage avec 1,5 litre d'eau ph6.3
