Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. The whole growth was pretty straight forward. Good flying start and she had many healthy pairs of leaves after two weeks. Plus the pre-flowe phase also started just after two weeks. This strain is a bit of a ”lazy flower” buds getting big in no time, but feels like I could have ripen her easy for the next two weeks.

Day 44 -

At the start of week 8 she is still doing amazing and looking very healty and lush green the little nuggets are fatning up nicely and smelling very tasty cant put my finger on it what the smell is but its like a certain brand of bubblegum very sweet Day 51 drinking 33cl a day that’s a lot for such a little thing but she takes it in 3 times feeding her at 6 in the morning 5 in the afternoon and 11 at night like a little baby that needs her bottle in time Some of the outer leaves are colouring a little but hey she is half way her flowercycle so i expected her to start showing Some kind of signs that fall is starting to kick in Day 53 split her stem on top of her flux knob to increasse thc and budproduction to the fullest potential and binded a soft bendie arround it so she does not split further then neccesary🙏🙏 To all contestants the end dates is moved to 31 december due to Some unexpected and unnormal wheather factors with Some of the contestants Some of them have to unfortunatly start over so to give every one a fair chance final date is 31 DECEMBER!!! Or 14weeks as maximum growcycle Everybody gets that?!🙄🤣🤣 Not many people know about this trick, but I’m sharing it with you today. Have you ever heard of splitting the stem of your plant? No? Well, did you know this will force your plants to create heavier and denser buds? And it also increases THC production up to 20%! The purpose of stem splitting is to disturb the flow of nutrients and water right at the base of the stem. This will cause the plant to start producing more trichomes which means heavier and denser buds with higher THC levels. Make sure to read my article How to split the stem to increase THC levels after I tell you how to do this in 3 easy steps. How to split the stem in 3 easy steps: Step 1 Tie the stem with a rope or cable tie right at the base. Tie a second rope or cable tie a couple inches above that. Step 2 Take a very sharp knife and cut from the top tie to the bottom tie. There should be one vertical cut that is a few inches in length. Step 3 The knife should remain inside until you have a pencil or chopsticks to replace it with. This is to keep both sides of the marijuana plant from touching each other. Splitting the stem causes stress on the plant and forces it to create more trichomes. Trichomes serve as protectors of the marijuana plants. Specifically against pests, diseases, low temperatures and wind. Because of this protective feature, more trichomes are produced during times of stress. Underfed these girls a bit and they had a late defoliation but they seem to have done okay

Arrrr the green crack has life in her yet , had some nice growth on this little runt she remains compact but has shown enough to keep around . Transplanted into her forever home in the 28L pot , even in her small state she was root bound in the 12 L , hope to triple her size this coming week .

This week she got the works.😎👍 going for max buds. Had to put sand in so i could kill of the little black fly's that lived in her soil...and the soil of the other plants. Got rid of them for 80%! I water her from the bottom now. The sand gives it a nice looking pot😎👍. This week will LST the tops too. Going for big!😉😎 9/5/21 : new LST for the queen.😎👍

Hi everyone! THIs is my first grow and any tips and constructive criticism are encouraged. Right now they’re in a five gallon bucket with a 60watt cfl light in the top wth the lid closed. BLacked out walls from outside stops the light from being exposed and keps it inside. I plan on ordering a grow tent very vey soon(2x2x3) with a 1000w led grow light.

things are still on the go..Looking at the tricomes the are still clear with hints of cloudy.. Coming along pretty well. Im just watering with plain water now and just enough for a light runoff. Ec is low already and I don't think I can get it to anything less. Just doing routine maintenence this week. There has been no change in the colour of the leaves and this is the 11th day of. plain water.. Its all a waiting game.. I also changed the light schedule to a 11-13...... its supposed to help in trichome ripening... I hope. 😀 The vanilla Kush looks ready but I'm not sure. If anyone has an opinion on how much longer please share

I have no idea how to weigh the grow wet ....and its still drying ..... tried a piece for a test ....... its very satisfying the first taste and feel of your first grow ...... Im actually giggling ATM .....I just beside myself ....cuz I figured Id end up doing something terribly wrong . it was surely nerve racking wondering ...whats it suppose to look like ...what im i suppose to do when where how ..... and so many ways to skin the cat ! I am very thankful to All the people that offered advice and criticism ....it was so appreciated and I learned so much. From the bottom of my heart Thanks Guys .. Cheers ...... So where to begin I got 108.83 ounces wet from two plants in a 2.3x2.3 on my first attempt not including larf. I can’t complain about that. Took me 14 hours to trim the last plant and boy that was a marathon. I will update this once I get some dry weights and everything goes into curing.

- Week 3 of flower Unfortunately, one of the collie man kush got hermies. So I sadly had to remove that one from the grow tent. The 4 remaining plants do have more space now. I still have some deficiencies I calibrated my ph and ec meter, and they where of by - 0.3 ec and + 0.1 ph. I gave them advanced nutrients revive from the top, also to check the run off. The run of was 1.4 ec and 6.5 ph, so i adjusted it now in the water tank to 1.6 ec. Hope they will respond good to it and the grow can continue.

This plant is growing like a beast. She has exploded over the 4' cattle fence. Starting to smell nice and is very receptive to LST. I am excited to see how she finishes. I've learned to love CBD stains over the last few years. Hopefully Cream Caramel CBD lives up to its expectation!

More haircuts this week! I am very aggressively trying to keep up with the canopy growth. I'm continuing to remove the small branches underneath the canopy - more or less stripping the undergrowth, while defoliating around the growth sites that have made it to the canopy surface. I'm unsure of how much more growth to wait for before I send her into flower. Maybe next week? Who knows! Not me! Hah! Happily accepting any advice from any experienced main-liners out there! 😉 She's been super thirsty - I have to add a gallon every few days to keep up! I also started adding some p31 Microbes to the reservoir to see what I can see. 😎
