Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

For fweek 11 she’s looking great with more and more ripening of the buds getting fatter every day and insane thrichome production she’s quite small build size because of the lowerlevel of scrog bit her width makes up for in height with the thriches and pistols starting to change colour getting fatter and fatter getting closer to flushing date

Plants seemed super short coming into week 3, I've raised the light 60cm above plant to encourage some stretching which it definitely has done this week. I'm watching the plant closely as moving into week 4 could mean moving into flower... They look pretty happy. Watered every 2.5 days, leaves and soil misted with ph balanced water morning and night. I'm toying with the idea of throwing in some far red light for 4 hours to see if it helps develop the plants more. 29.01 Far red light ordered aswell as a UV bulb. Plants seem to be doing ok, noticed a few leaves on RC#1 had curled tips so held off on watering for 3 days which seems to have done it some good. Snapped a lower branch on RC#1 during LST, wasnt a clean break maybe 60%? I've glued it back in place to see if it will bounce back. The brand feels floppy and lifeless at the moment but I've supported it properly so hopefully couple days it will repair itself. RC#2 also fell victim and lost a fan leaf.

Day 29 - 13/6 13/6 - General: Another week starts for #3. She looks strong and vigorous, produces a different kind of foliage when compared to #1. Regarding the heating and RH problems, after a full morning and afternoon working inside the grow and outside, they're finally solved now. I didn't have the thermo-hygrometer in the right place, and made some adjustments in the setup that brought me back to desired values. Having the fans in the right place and speed and the same with extractor made all difference. Techniques: Just got everything tighten up, tomorrow will have a big training day. Feeding: Gave her the week 6 biobizz schedule. Tomorrow will do the same and maybe from monday will start going over, depending on her response. Smell: She rocks! when it comes to this subject, she's really different from #1. Funny how different they can be coming in the same package. I wonder if topping the plant had any influence... Temps and RH recorded today: 30c - 18c 63% - 28% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record. Day 30 - 14/6 General: Another day goes by, and she keeps growing. Starts to pre-flower. Today during some training, accidentally broke a little one, which is always sad. Anyways, start to think I have a nice couple plants to make a SCRoG, and will eventually consider it during the week, while the plant grows. May be a nice way to support the weight if needed. Techniques: Today i start bending everything around, to make a spiral. Let's see tomorrow how it responds to it. Took some extra foliage that was on the way, covering other budsites. She really grows leaves fast! Feeding: Nothing today. The pot looked heavy enough to skip a day. There'll be more coming tomorrow. Smell: Bam! Opening the tent equals to getting a weed breeze straight in the face. It's really the smell you wanna feel coming from a cannabis plant. Great smell. I'm in love with it. Temps and RH recorded today: 30c - 18c 87% - 30% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record. Day 31 - 15/6 General: The pre flowering stage is more evident, and one of the bigger signs is the way she's starting to grow foliage and size. Definitely different phenotypes this 2 ladies. Today didn't touch the plant at all, been just around the tent trying still to get the perfect environment, which is not being that easy task to accomplish. Got it going very well, steady temp and RH (25 celsius, 45%) until the afternoon when the high temperatures outside thrown the temperature values to the 30c for some minutes. Techniques: Just checked everything out. Nothing done in this area. Feeding: The medium looks good enough to skip a day on the feeding. The pot feels heavy enough to wait at least 12+ hours. Smell: With the increase of the heat and RH going down, the smell got a bit more intense, bringing all the good stuff from this fine plant. What a weed puch you get in your nose when you approach. Smelling her makes me smile and wonder how it'll be if we make it until the end. Temps and RH recorded today: 30c - 19c 71% - 36% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record. Day 32- 16/6 General: Enormous growth of new foliage. It's everywhere! If it keeps going like this, some of that extra foliage will go down over the weekend. After 48h without watering, today was time to feed her again. Was expecting her to drink more than it did. It's the second day I don't touch the plants, and will keep this way until tomorrow, when I'll just rearrange her a bit. Techniques: Just checked everything out. Nothing done in this area. Feeding: Same feeding you can see above. Going heavier in the next days. Smell: I have the impression some days and sometimes it has much more smell than other times. Weird. Today was a low smell day, which is always disappointing to me as I love to feel that unique smell they have. Temps and RH recorded today: 29c - 21c 60% - 38% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record. Day 33- 17/6 General: She keeps growing foliage at a very high rhythm. In the weekend she'll be defoliated and re-adjust a little the stems. She looks much more Indica compared to her Sativa looking sister. I'm still amazed with the different phenotypes. Finally get a hold on temps and RH, which makes me super happy. Today I'll delay the feeding for 12h, fastening her for 36h. Techniques: Just checked everything out. Nothing done in this area. Feeding: No feeding today. Smell: Quite powerful for her age, really strong smell coming from this little one. Temps and RH recorded today: 28c - 21c 64% - 36% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record. Day 34- 18/6 General: Another day has passed, not much to tell about this one. She stinks, she got big fat leaves, massive amount compared to her older #1 sister. Starts to drink more water than #1 soon, the foliage color isn't as green as #1, which makes me wonder if I'm giving her too many nutes for the time being. Besides that, she really needs training and a nice defoliation to get her going. Techniques: Just checked everything out. Nothing done in this area. Feeding: She's a drinker. Same strains, soil and everything and how can they be so different? Anyways, she had the nutes mentioned on the chart. Smell: Quite powerful for her age, really strong smell coming from this little one. The whole tent smell to it, and it's quite pleasant on the nose. Get a lot of tropical aromas, almost like a pineapple/mango/passion fruit mix. It's the exact opposite of #1 that has this earthy/woody smell, like when it starts raining. Temps and RH recorded today: 28c - 21c 50% - 40% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record. Day 35- 19/6 General: Accentuated growth this last few days. She's very bushy and growing upward very vigourously. Leaves are looking great, she's drinking good amounts of water, and looks like it'll take her longer to flower than her older sister. We'll wait and see. Techniques: Just checked everything out. Nothing done in this area. Feeding: Normal feed, nothing new here. Smell: She's still the queen of the tent when it comes to this topic. Temps and RH recorded today: 28c - 22c 50% - 34% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record.

Day 71. Took down old leaves, she smells FANTASTIC and is sticky, will be strong ! Mars TS1000 did great job ! This girl coped without food best, but fading too. Sometimes i regret, that no nutes were used, maybe taste will pay out the sorrow ;))) Day 76. She fills the room with sweetness !!! Still would need 3-4 weeks, but i go for month holidays in 4, so i chop her on events last day - Aprils 30. Day 77. She is getting there, i see some weak colours, smell is very nice, even old leaves makes fingers sticky, gets weak violet tone and is on highway to chop land ;))) Happy Growing !!!

This week has been pretty smooth sailing. Since all 4 of the testers are being watered at the same time splitting a gal of water ph to 6.1 with products listed. Started some LST on them this week and seems like all the babies are doing well. Tester 01/#1 by far grown the most at this point but time will only tell how they will all turn out. Enjoying this grow quite alot and am super excited to see how it goes.

**Encontrarás la traducción a español al final de la descripción** From/Desde: 07/10/19 || To/Hasta: 13/10/19 From day/Desde día: 77 || To day/Hasta día: 83 If you like this week, please hit a like, it costs you nothing! 👊. Thanks in advance 😉! -----WEEK SUMMARY----- The colas have already begun to be well defined this week, as it can be seen. It does not seem that the buds are going to cover from the bottom to the top because there is much space between the middle nodes. I really don't know what this may be due to, probably because of lack of light or by using nutrients in the wrong way. The same happened to me with the Gorillas and Money Makers in my last diary and in that case I attributed it to the failed defoliation I made. This week I begin to detect a deficiency of magnesium in one of the large leaves (or so I think), even so within 2 weeks I do not take precautions because until then it was not obvious to me (serious error). On the other hand this week I started to go hard with the E.C. in the irrigations, I trusted that I was not feeling so bad E.C. sings on Alice and the problems came all at once within 2 weeks. -----WATERING CALENDAR----- 08/10/19 DAY 78 - 3 l with BudCandy, BigBud, Bloom Nutrition & Stimulator, RhinoSkin, B52, Nirvana, Sensyzim & PKBooster @ (2.3 EC | PH 6.4 | 24.8ºc) 11/10/19 DAY 81 - 4 l with Megabud (1 g/l), SilicaPower, Budcandy, BudFactorX, BloomStimulator & (BigBud & BloomNutrition) half dosed @ (2.1 EC | PH 6.3 | 24.5ºc) *****ESPAÑOL***** Por favor, si te gusta esta semana dale un like, no te cuesta nada 👊. -----CALENDARIO DE RIEGO----- 08/10/19 DÍA 78 - 3 l with BudCandy, BigBud, Bloom Nutrition & Stimulator, RhinoSkin, B52, Nirvana, Sensyzim & PKBooster @ (2,3 EC | PH 6,4 | 24,8ºc) 11/10/19 DÍA 81 - 4 l with Megabud (1 g/l), SilicaPower, Budcandy, BudFactorX, BloomStimulator & (BigBud & BloomNutrition) half dosed @ (2,1 EC | PH 6,3 | 24,5ºc)

They are growing really well. Added a humidifier at day 9. I have a seedling in rockwool still it is growing super slow. Root still not sticking out even tho it have been in the cube for 7 days now. Im feeding very light 40% strenght. I see how light green the leafs are and thats what im going for. I will up the strenght abit the following days. I been watering almost everyday. Started the first week with 0.1 liter now upped it to 0.2 liters per plant. I had the HPS light just a bit too close to the plants so i have some very slight curling on a few of the leafs. No problem i just move the light up 5cm. So far im very pleased with the growth rate

Received the SF600 on Tuesday 28.05. First light since 29.05. The days before I brought the Plants outside my balcony and they revived the sunlight (as much as we got and only in the beginning of the day). 01.06 watering with 150 ml each. 03.06-04.06 (night) watering with 270 ml each. Added some soil because the plants started to grow a reached 7cm (frosted Guave) even more. So I added just enough, so the leave are not touching the ground and get more stabilized. Trainwreck show signs of some stress. Guess I had the spot to close and burned some of the leaves. The plants start to smell like cannabis.

I have eight clones from my Korova grow. Built two DWC with four 4 inch net pots each. The totes are 5 gallon. Purchased the drill bit so if any of these take off I can move them to their own 5 gallon bucket.

Mango Kush – Week 1 Flower (Week 5 from Seed) Stretch, sibling rivalry, and fine-tuning the environment Grower: Dog Doctor Strain: Mango Kush – Pheno #1 & Pheno #2 Light Systems: • ThinkGrow Model One LED (main canopy) • ThinkGrow ICL300 (inner canopy lighting) • Black Series 600W LED (shared space) Ecosystem: TrolMaster-controlled, partially hand-watered ⸻ 🌸 First Week Flower – Stretch Mode Engaged We’ve flipped the Mango Kush girls into flower, and while there are still no visible pre-flowers yet, the stretch has begun. • Pheno #1: Already tall and well-structured, pushing into her 8th–9th node with strong lateral branching. • Pheno #2: Started later, but is rapidly catching up—shorter internodes, lush leaves, and a determination to match her sister in size before flowers set. 📸 Both got a full studio photo session this week—looking flawless and healthy from every angle. ⸻ 🌡️ Current Conditions • Room Temp: 31°C (a bit high, AC incoming) • Humidity: 50.3% • VPD: 2.23 kPa • PPFD: 766 µmol/m²/s • Soil EC: ~2.0 • Soil Temp: 25.6°C • Watering: Daily (when soil dries to ~25% moisture) ⸻ ⚠️ High Temperature Talk – Risks & Rewards Risks: • Higher temps speed up transpiration, meaning the plants take in water and nutrients faster, which can cause imbalances if not monitored. • Combined with high VPD, temps can push plants close to stress thresholds. Benefits (if managed well): • Boosted metabolism → faster stretch and branch growth before bud set. • With CO₂ at ~632 ppm, plants can tolerate slightly warmer temps without losing photosynthetic efficiency. 💡 Plan: An AC unit is on the way to lock temps into the sweet flower range of 26–28°C. ⸻ 💧 Why Daily Watering Works Here In these conditions, the Mango Kush girls are drinking daily. Letting the medium dry to about 25% before rewatering helps: 1. Prevent overwatering – Roots get oxygen between feedings. 2. Keep nutrients stable – Avoiding EC spikes/drops. 3. Match plant demand – Giving them exactly what they’re ready to drink. Nutrients remain tat Aptus Holland recipe, now for flower, just with slightly increased volume to match their thirst. ⸻ 🌱 Sibling Rivalry – Pheno #2’s Big Push Pheno #2 may have started late, but she’s been stacking nodes and leaves like she’s got something to prove. At this rate, she might hit flower at nearly the same size as her big sister. This will be a fun side-by-side to watch—same genetics, different timelines. ⸻ 💡 Inner Canopy Lighting – ThinkGrow ICL300 We’ve installed the ICL300, a bar-style LED designed to sit inside the canopy. Why it matters for Mango Kush: • Better Lower Buds – More intensity to shaded sites → denser flowers. • Even Growth – Less height difference between top and bottom buds. • Efficient Canopy Use – Every branch gets a fair shot at the light. In multi-strain grows, inner canopy lights help prevent the smaller plants from being overshadowed, literally. ⸻ 🔮 What’s Next • AC arrives → temps stabilize → optimal VPD range. • Expect pre-flower pistils to appear in the next 7–10 days. • Watch Pheno #2’s progress—will she match #1 before the stretch is over? • Continue using ICL300 to fill out the lower canopy for more even bud development. ⸻ 📣 Thank you for following the Mango Kush journey! ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today the tap root on one of the seeds was about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 11 am I transferred it into a Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened ...calling the #2 a 'fail to germinate' and I'm not going to soak another... We'll let it ride with just one of this tester. 😉👍 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #1 FBT #2201! I'll keep her in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see her roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer her gently into her 4g Gronest fabric pot from FastBuds. 12/7- Yesterday I checked her, she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 4g Gronest pot. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Please visit as often as you wish and I hope you enjoy this journey as much as I know I will! Grow Strong! 💪😎🤙
