Again late with the update. Sorry. They are doing great. The terps is starting to form and the tent is getting a fruity / citrus smell

This week I've been maintaining the new seedlings, helping a growmie with some trimming work and staying on top of my flower tent to the best of my ability. Mr. Wowie took down the first plant from his harvest of some Killer Queen bag seeds he had been saving for a few years. He was able to microscope out his trichomes well, with a 45x microscope with a display screen, he got from Amazon. This tool gave him a way better view than a jewelers loupe. He was able to take the plant down after a dry, and we trimmed it up. We were able to use our Cannabrush Trim Brushes, our Harvest More Trim Bins, and two pairs of snippers too make short work of it. The buds came out awesome! Shout out to the homie on the harvest! As for my garden today I went ahead and gave the seedlings and the companion clones in the same tent, a dose of Mykos WP with the Trinity from Roots Organic. The Trinity has a Black Strap Molasses, Saponin blend (Q and Yucca), and added Kelp Extract which I've noticed works great when combined with the Mykos WP. Temps have been around 77-79 daily and humidity around 50%. I have been able to start using my hand sprayer instead of a spray bottle for watering now, since the seedlings are now large enough to be watered instead of misted. I'm still using the AC Infinity Seedling Fan in the tent to provide a little air flow. I'm hoping to get another 14 days or so out of these little seedling pots, then I plan on transplanting to half gallons until I can finish my flower run to save tent space. Ethos Lilac Diesel #22 (x) Grandpa's Cookies #7- The Ethos Seedling has been growing awesome! It looks like it should start its full vegetative growth stage soon! It has been drinking it's water in it's seedling pot nicely. It no longer needs its bread tie and binder clip support I made for it and stands tall on its own. It's leaves are green and begining to come in almost daily. It still stands at 6 inches, so it looks like it finally found a PAR range it wants to be in and stopped it's stretch. Good for me. I now have the PPFD sitting at around 110. HSO/ Geist Grow Tow Truck- This seedling still looks weird! Its two leaves have a white strip across them and don't look very healthy. The new growth being generated by the plant appears lush and green so I believe it's growing out of whatever is going on. It surely hasn't stopped drinking water, it still keeps up with all it's companion plants and has been growing new growth and keeps on trucking! No pun intended 😅 I'll remove the effected leaves once there are a few more leaves available for the plant to use. It stands at 3 inches tall and hasn't had any trouble standing up since sprouting. Raspberry Ripple (Flower Tent)- The Flower Tent is on day 25, The number one phenos are doing awesome in the larger 15 gallon grassroots pots with cover crop. The number two phenos are in 5 gallons again this run but also seem to be doing better than last time and the nugs are larger than last time at this stage in flower. I'm not sure if this is to do with the new light (HLG Blackbird) or because I've been doing a slightly heavier feeding of build a flower this run or maybe because i used light doses of build a bloom weekly for the first 3 weeks. Im chalking it up to a combination of everything. I reammended some old soil to use in the 15 gallon pots. I also mixed it with new soil at a 50/50 ratio. This worked well but I could tell it was lacking a little at first. After a few waterings and a build a bloom feeding it all sorted out. I've been plucking some awkward leaves here and there! Welcome back all, following a week that has been a fairly straight forward seven days or so in Fat Yappa's Garden, as the older Bruce Banners reach day 51, day 44 for the runt of the sisters, planted on the same day but that took a week longer to germinate, and day 42 for the two Wedding Cheesecake's, one growing in Coco Coir, the other in the same living soil as her Bruce Banner Fastbuds cousins. The week began with last weeks humidity issues brought well and truly into hand with the addition of the new 20L dehumidifier from Meaco, specifically designed for the UK weather. However a shift in the aforementioned from the falls dawn of an early spring, to a return to more usual climate conditions for this time of year through things off kilter once again. Despite pulling around 6L of water out the air a day, she was struggling to keep the RH down to around 50% with my central heating returned to its usual position of 18c, but an increase to 20c has taken things back in line, and the humidity has returned to the mid 40's I was aiming for. Humidity concerns during this off period however, and a subsequent inspection below the top layer of the canopy, which resulted in the discovery of quite a lot of whitish, moist growth, prompted a mass defoliation, mostly of the Bruce Banners. I had been performing very light defoliation up until this point, only removing dead/almost dead leaves, and very select leaves from the top of the canopy that were blocking what looked like bud sites, but the lack of light and air getting through past the top layer, together with the fact that now bud sites are far clearer to a novice such as I, lead me to the conclusion that the time was right. Besides the runt, all these plants have not even skipped a beat. The runt has been a bit droopier in her leaves than the others all in all, but I have looked in on them and seen her with leaves pointing up and praying a few times since so I trust all is well. Following the defoliaton on day 47, the plants stuck to their two day watering schedule, but di threatened to need an increase to daily, as day 50 saw waterings a mere 24hrs after the previous day, but feeling the weight of the pots yesterday I elected to wait til 48 hours to water again. The water amounts per plant has also become more erratic than previously, so I have been watering more carefully. Other than that the week has been pretty much plain sailing, and what look like to be some big looking flowers coming up all over the canopy, as all bar the Wedding Cheesecake in living soil are now fully in flower, but she will be there by next week. The Bruce banner I accidentally snapped the top off from the second node down doing LST a few weeks ago seems to be about half a week ahead of the other two of the same age, and trichomes have began to appear on the leaves around the buds. The biggest plant in the tent is still the wedding Cheesecake in Coco coir, as she now stand a metre tall and her top is the same level as the light now. Her size is a concern because it has caused me to neglect her in favour of the other plants, certainly in terms of light, but she doesn't seem to have any more bud sites than the other plants, and for the time being at least, her older cousins are leaving her to shame in this department, but she still has a week to catch up. Lastly, day 39 saw another compost tea feeding, the same recipe as last time. Happy growing everyone, and I will catch you all again next week.

Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in the next 12 days +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight of flower has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. Her fade is in full swing now and I anticipate that she'll be ready by the end of this coming week... I can't wait! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. Es ist soweit! Am Freitag habe ich die fünf Easy Buds nach knapp 11 1/2 Wochen abgeschnitten und geerntet. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass eine Pflanze ziemlich stark befallen war. Ich vermute eine Milbenart oder möglicherweise Fliegeneier. Unterhalb der Blätter waren etliche dunkelgelbe und dunkelbraune Eier, die man auf den ersten Blick kaum erkennen konnte. Bei genauerem Hinsehen sieht man jedoch, dass sich der Befall auf die ganze Pflanze ausgeweitet hatte. Glücklicherweise blieben die vier anderen Pflanzen verschont. Aus diesem Grund trockne ich die Pflanzen auch getrennt voneinander. Die befallene Pflanze wollte ich nicht direkt wegwerfen, sondern erstmal trocknen lassen. Im Nachhinein werde ich schauen, wie ich mögliche Schadensbegrenzung betreiben kann. Die vier gesunden Pflanzen werden in einem geschlossenen Zelt in einem Trocknungsbeutel getrocknet. Die befallene Pflanze habe ich in dem Folienzelt aufgehängt und mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Nach wenigen Tagen der Trocknung sieht soweit eigentlich alles gut aus. Die Eier scheinen nicht mehr zu schlüpfen, sondern fallen von der Blüte ab oder verschrumpeln zu Kompost. Ich hoffe, dass es dabei bleibt. Der Geruch hat sich nach dem Abschneiden deutlich verändert. Schon nach der kurzen Trocknungszeit kann ich einen intensiveren Geruch feststellen, der sich noch nicht so richtig beschreiben lässt. Die Blüten waren stark mit den sogenannten "Sugar Leaves" verwachsen, weshalb ich sie grob getrimmt habe, um sie zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Nachdem die Blüten vollständig getrocknet sind, werde ich die Buds noch einmal einzeln trimmen und durch meine Trimm-Maschine von Vevor jagen. Der Ernteprozess hat zu zweit circa eine Stunde gedauert. Die Pflanzen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ernte noch sehr gesund und kräftig. Die Verwurzelung war trotz des geschlossenen Topfes sehr gut. Die schönste Bud hat definitiv die zentrale Pflanze, Greta, ergeben. Nass hätte ich den Bud auf mindestens 12 g geschätzt. Ein Gesamtgewicht des nassen Pflanzenmaterials habe ich nicht ermittelt. Sobald alles trocken und fertig beschnitten ist, werde ich das Tagebuch um den trockenen Betrag ergänzen. Stand jetzt würde ich schätzen, dass der Ertrag aller Pflanzen bei circa 40-50 g liegt, was mich für meinen ersten Grow ziemlich zufrieden stellt, besonders in Anbetracht dieser wirklich sehr simplen Strain. Cut her on day 74 She grew amazingly! She even handled my over feeding like a pro! Her buds and some of the beat to sit and stare at! Her colors are vibrant which sparkle more off her resinous gleam! Chopped all plants down on October 18th. Will report back soon with final harvest pics and dry weight for each plant. I have multiple grows coming down around the same time and I'm still backed up with the outdoor harvest but will update with final numbers asap!
