Got everything hung up. Stripped the fan leaves and broke down into sections. Run 60/60 or as close as i can get until the stems snap.

Week 6 update: What up Grow family. These testers are growing fast and strong. Where in week 6 now and the swelling and ripening of flowers are going amazing. Still feeding 500ml/16oz daily as I've found that's the sweet spot for 3gal fabric pots for these. I'd say these probably have about 2 weeks left until they'll be finished. All in all Happy Growing.

Welcome to my first growreport. For this particular run i chose to grow three plants: A monstercropped clone of a Tangerine Sherbet, a small near dead SFV OG x Purps seedling (both by Growers Choice NL) which survived unexpectedly and a Mimosa x Orange Punch seedling (Barneys Farm). The smallest monstercropped clone in the tent will be a mother for the future and won't be run this cycle. Both Mimosa and Tangerine Sherbet were planted in Autopots with a 70/30 Coco-Perlite-Mix, fitted with the Airbase and the optional Airdome. The SFV OG x Purps sits in a 1.5L Pot with the same media as mentioned before and will be handwatered for the whole run. They currently sit under a 120w 3500K standard Quantum Board, which isn't too powerful but also not perfect for the Veg-Cycle. I suspect that the small leaves and the short internodal spacing on the Mimosa x Orange Punch is caused by the wavelength of this light.

I call this girl "Freckles" because of the way she's fading. She's like a sweet gas rn I'm looking forward to the way she'll cure. Her smell indicated to me that she's goin to be a wild card, you can't really predict how she'll mature through cure, but you know it's gonna be great.

Harvested at week 9

August 23: Just finishing up about 36 hours of darkness, then I'm going to wash the buds, then hang them. Harvesting a bit early due to time constraints but it looks good. The smell is very dank, not a tropical skittles smell, much more like wood glue as I've seen mentioned in other reviews, although I'm starting to occasionally catch a sweeter tropical scent as well. I wanted to leave it a little longer. There were still a lot of white hairs when I started the dark period, but a lot of them seem to have developed into swollen calyxes so I'm pretty happy. I was a little worried they were making seed pods after last time, but I broke one open and all that was inside was red hairs. I'm going to keep an eye on the RH while they're drying and get them into jars and try to wait as long as possible before I start sampling. I can tell this is one of those batches that's going to get better and better if left alone for a couple months. Just did the wash, did 1.25 cups of 34% food grade H202 and a squeezed lemon in a 5 gal bucket. Another bucket of just water to rinse. Then I had a fan on it while hanging in the sunlight from a skylight in the bathroom for 30 min, then put the fan further back and on oscillate, then turned it down an hour later. Left it in there for a few hours, then hung it in the grow tent with everything removed except an oscillating fan, pointed away from the buds. I have the whole plant hanging in the middle of the tent and the tent is holding at 60% rh. Next run I'm going to do 2 buckets and only top once. I might leave them a bit longer in veg too to maximize the height in my grow space, and I'll get a proper 500w bulb instead of continuing to run 1000w bulbs at 50% to lower the heat a bit. The weather will be cooler and I'll only run one air stone in each bucket which should help with res temp. I'll probably foil-wrap the buckets again as well. I should be able to get another run done by the end of the year. I have a White Widow fem seed I've been waiting to use but I'm not sure what else I want to grow yet. Maybe Granddaddy Purp. I'll take some micro pics of the trichomes this week and start curing, and I'll post a proper review in a couple weeks. Happy growing everyone! August 24: I took it out of the tent to inspect. No mold or mildew. The middle of some buds are still pretty wet. I'll keep an eye on it. Wet weight on the stem is 158 grams/ 5.5oz. I harvested a couple branches last week and hung them up. I just ground up one of the buds, left it overnight and vaped some today. There was a bit of Chemdawg Tangerine in the grinder already but overall I got a lot of thick vapour, instant effects, and a really great tropical taste. I busted out the microscope camera and I realized I had a couple buds that fell off before I washed the plant in the H202, and a couple buds that came off in the washing process. It doesn't look like washing the buds took off any of the trichomes. I do seem to find less debris in the buds, not that there was much there before. The trichs look great. Just a light toasting of amber. The washed bud actually seems more dry than the unwashed bud. August 25: there's a real chlorophyll smell coming from the drying room today, it was much terpier yesterday. Leaves are getting crunchy, stems are still fully bendy. I ended up taking it down in the evening. The drying room rh dropped from 60% to 55% and the buds were starting to look too dry based on my last grow. I put it all in a paper bag for the night and I'll put it in jars tomorrow morning. Broken down most of the way it came out to 48-49 grams. From the bud structure, I definitely feel like it would have benefitted from more grow time if I didn't have to travel. More to come. August 26 - the edges of the buds are getting really crispy and the buds are getting tighter. I checked the paper bag earlier and it was 65-70%. I got the impression it was time to put it into jars. I'll keep the lids off for a bit.

She looks stunning 🤩😍 beautiful autoflowering kush, this blackberry has a very kushy fragrance, earthy and kinda like piney and citric aromas. Very special, she's producing a nice big fat cola, shes very sticky already at the beginning of the 4th week of flower, beautiful purple strain to grow! 💚 🌱 ✌️

week two flower everything looks healthy :D today i defoliated them i watered them with 1.5l every 48h the light i use was set to 80% and it hangs 80cm away from the tops

Last week of flower amd flushed for the week. Buds are all cloudy and trady to go. Put them in darkness and will leave them there for five days. I have another plant drying and trying to stagger trimming. First plant dryed for 14 days and was about right. Trimmed it up and it is now and curing. Been in the jar for two days and humidity is 57%, good for me. Waiting for the cure now. It was kinda nice to do a stagged harvest so all the trimming did not have to be done at once. I think I will try to do it this way again. The final weight for the first plant was 102.78. The quality of the buds is the best so far. Not sure if that is attributed to luck, strain or growing is getting better. Time will tell. Next post the harvest. Cheers

High GD community Week 16, Zuchinis all around, tomatoes getting ready on a daily. Cucumbers are getting almost mature proportions. Everything going well. Terra preta Location: center perma garden Surface: 125cm x 105cm Depth: 115cm The hole was dug out over 3 days, it were very sunny days. 😅 Theres mostly loamsand with a small sandloam bottom that was very hard. The sand was also very compressed and hard. The top layer is this grey dusty soil of about 40cm deep. At the bottom theres pure sand thats soft, easy drainable. First step is to fill up the entire bottom with fine chopped wood, progressively using bigger pieces of wood. I try to use some hardwood like oak to for its extra K (potassium = pot ash). A bit of charcoal to. This will take the entire first day, bcs it needs to have a minimal ticknes of pure ashes of around 5cm. Otherwise, after compressing it with the upcoming layers, the ash-line would almost disappear. Not all the wood needs to be burned entirely. Its a first layer with lots of N and K. Bones can be used to in the fire making the NPK complete. But it can be added also as a separated layer. I dont have that much bone material because my 2 dogs, or eating, or burry them somewere. Little warning at the end, be aware of your local laws applied to open fires. 😅😉 After a good burn ive got between 8 and 12cm of ashes in total over the entire surface. A small layer of soil (5cm) is put on top of that. Theres no need to harden out that layer, pressure will to the work and the layers will compress over time into ideal circumstances. On to the next layer!! Next is a layer of the compost, but the part that isnt allready decomposed. Its green/brown/yellow of color. And a bit of everything, grass, weeds, leafs and some thin branches. Another layer soil to cover that up. Now i formed a thin layer of chopped(10mm) wood(beech), just enough to make a thin,almost 1 piece high, layer. On to this i added a complete wheelbarrel of compost(black) with small pieces of still not completly decomposed materials. Lots of worms here. On that, you guessed it, an other layer of soil. I try to have both types of soil in that mix, the almost pure sand and the more grey type. Next, back to the beech. This time the rest of the bag follows. Theres a good layer of around 3cm deep. On this ive layed down some new small woodsticks to make a small fire again. Starting at the center and adding some last branches i found. It turned out really smoky!! Half way the burn ive opend the core of the fire, trying to spread the small pieces of char over the complete surface. After that, i added for the first time some water here. And an other layer of soil again, this is just covering up each time. Max 5cm!! Now we are at the upper half of the pit. Still 50cm to go. Now ive added some compost again, the green/brown/yellow one, with on top of that, a 15 liter bucket with compressed bokashi fermentated kitchen leftovers. Making a layer out of that and some fresh bokashi juice with 10 liters of water to drain those benificial bacteria into to compost layer just underneath it. This layer is almost 20cm tick. Again, yeah, soil, 5cm. Ive bought some blond peat to at to to toplayers. Last 25 to 30cm of soil, is a mix of the peat(20%) and the two other types of soil. First ill do tiny layers of each, last 10cm i try to mix it. And to finish the job, ive took some 100% reused and composed soil with some perlite in it from past use. I havent watered a lot, but the meteo predicts a good amount of water in the upcoming days. The soil that stayed and didnt get back to its original place, ive used to make a new top layer on the rest of the mini field. I havent used clay because it was hard to find or just to expensive. Beside the peat(250l), i didnt buy anything. So its labor intensive, but real cheap. Well she has grown some to say the least. A lot more pistils sprouting and their calyx’s swelling💪🏻.Nothing much else to report other than she seems to be doing just fine, other than a little tip burn from the addition of nutes she has taken to it all like a trooper💪🏻
