BIG BIG apologies to Heather from fast buds & to Growdiaries & anyone who follows. The past few months have been a massive struggle, not just with temperatures & growing weed but on a personal level. My wife has been very poorly & with covid and everything going on, it's put a massive strain on us all!! I've tries to maintain an active presence on Instagram but that's about all I've physically had time for. I've put this update together today, so far into the grow now it almost seems pointless. I lost my original Mimosa due to high temps & high RH. Moving into the attic at that time of year was a mistake. It has cost me a small fortune to keep things alive. I've had to purchase an air con unit, more fans & just more of everything to be honest. My purple punch is almost ready to harvest, any time within the next couple of days, followed shortly by Bruce Banner & Kosher cake. I wont be winning any awards for this Diary & I feel bad as I was supposed to be show casing what 420 Fast buds has to offer & I've failed...miserably. Day 55 of flower. I think she will need another 2 weeks.. dont know if I should harvest already...I´m scared ... 😱😬 I removed all the leaves with crispy ends the smell is still amazingly sweet and there willl be a little bit of a yield I just hope she will survive. see ya next week my friends 👌

05.04.21 Anfang der 3ten blüte Woche.Hab mich jetzt dazu entschieden das biegen und binden ein zu stellen natürlich halte ich weiter die Blätter unter dem netzt aber ich erlaube den Ladys jetzt durch das Netz auf zu steigen hab ja noch genügend Platz nach oben(hoffe ich). Das Wachstum is immer noch ziemlich stark ich denke mal das wird sich diese Woche auch nicht wirklich viel dran ändern und sie zieht vom trinken her stark an hab anfang der ersten woche 1x 4l mit Zusätzen gegossen und das hat 7 Tage gehalten bin jetzt an Tag 15 und muss alle 4 Tage 4l giessen gutes Zeichen denke ich mal..... 06.04.21 hab heute nur Blätter unters netzt gesteckt und schon von meinem nächsten Grow geträumt..... 07.04.21 wieder ein Tag vergangen und mehr als Blätter unterm Netz halten und hier und da mal ein Blatt entfernen war heut auch wieder nicht los... 08.04.21 heute war mal wieder bewässern dran und das tägliche Spiel Blätter weg stecken sonnst war nix weiter..... 09.04.21 hab das gefühl das das Wachstum anfängt sich ein zu stellen und Blätter hab ich heut wieder unters netzt gebogen was das hoch drücken der Blätter betrifft sind die Ladys ziemlich stark und eigenwillig gehe 2x täglich runter drücken unters netz werde nächstes mal eine kürzere Maschen weite fürs netz nehmen dachte 10 cm ist genug platz aber 5 cm pro Kästchen sollten sicher auch reichen das macht das spiel mit dem biegen und binden sicherlich einfacher und lässt die Blätter besser an Ort und Stelle Ach ja und ein paar Blätter hab ich heute noch entfernt ist aber auch bald mal Ende mit Blätter entfernen ich will sie nicht zu stark stressen... 10.04.21 Blätter unterm netz halten knapp 2 Std einige Blätter entfernt die von unten gegen die buds drücken sonnst war nix.... 11.04.21 hab heute wieder mal nur Blätter unters netzt gedrückt und den Pflanzen beim wachsen zu geschaut die Woche lief super bin echt stolz auf mich das ich die Finger so gut von der schere lassen könnte die letzten 21 Tage hab das netzt mal fast voll bekommen obwohl ich zu geben muss das die Masse die da wächst mir angst macht vor schimmel im späteren Verlauf des grows....

11-09-2021: Today is day one of my veg-stage. I hoped for 15 ladies but I only got 14. Maybe the not germinated Runtz will come up anyway so I put her in the system too. Everything is refreshed now and I will just be waiting to the point where I can top the ladies which I am planning to do at least once. 13-09-2021: The not germinated runtz didn't make it so I have replaced her with another Purple Haze. Great seeds from wietzaadjes.nl. Still hoping for the Runtz though. One of the purple haze looks a bit yellow :(

So this is the first round for 2023. This year will be USA PREMIUM quality and types. I did the last upgrade on my growing tent so everything is set for newcomer. I really excited about this year, this will be a brutal grow year.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. I stretched the purple punch a bit further than usual, but love plant Strong stems so train early., Next grow I will actively lollipop a bit more but overall I'm happy.. Very consistent nugs

Day 42 and things are moving along awesome.Ive seen a huge stretch in the past week the strawberry pie is 3 feet tall.Watering more frequently these girls have been very thirsty and growing well.Top dressed with 4 tbs of Gaia green power bloom and watered with 1/2 tsp of Recharge.Increased light intensity to 60 percent power today as well. Day 46 I cleaned out the tent and gave the girls a haircut to allow some airflow.Also decorated a lil for Christmas

10.8 - Hard to believe we are in week 7 of flowering!? We've come so far! And I have no clue how far we have to go. Just watching closely for the leaves to start yellowing and the trichomes to cloud up. 10.10 - Going through a heat wave, flower tent crept up over 32C during the past two days. Probably not an issue for this lady. Let me know how close you think I am to harvest! I still see new whites coming in every day and the buds are still visibly plumping.

8/10 - In prep for flower I've got some Compost Tea brewing with a little Terp Tea Bloom by Roots Organics. .Also did a little selective defoliation 8/11 - Flipped the ladies to flower today! And all is good in the 8x4. 8/12 - Watered all the ladies with the Compost/Terp Tea. Also did some more defoliation and added some mosquito bits for added pest prevention.

A white widow #2 finalmente está se recuperando. Devido ao calor excessivo as plantas não estão com muito cheiro, infelizmente não estou conseguindo abaixar mais a temperatura. Aumentei a dose de fertilizantes e estou fazendo rega diária. As C99xBB estão super densas e com um aroma bastante marcante, provavelmente na próxima semana eu iniciarei a rega apenas com agua me preparando para colher.

I don’t know what’s going on with my big girl I think is wind burn by me increasing the airflow I’m thinking it’s windburn well anyways I don’t know if it’s budrot cause I really want to chop thoses two tops off just incase help anyone if you know what this is
