01/06/2022 Should've gotten more pots!

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

These plants are doing well. The Ph is going down to a more normal level. They also got LST on the main branches. The only thing I see that is odd is that the leaves are a little yellow. I'll keep a close eye on them, in the next week.

25.07.21 Tag 51 der vegi hab alle Ladys neu runter gebunden und Lady nr.4 getoppt und ausgehackt werde die Stangen die ich für die Tomaten Halterung gebastelt habe entfernen sobald die Pflanzen aussen herum gewachsen sind und den Ring dann am Topf fixieren zur Spreizung der Äste,ich glaube das die Pflanze sonst die Stäbe einfach hoch drücken wird........... 27.07.21 Tag 53 hab heut morgen mich darum gekümmert das die Riesen Töpfe etwas erhöht stehen damit die Luft unterm Topf zirkulieren kann und die Töpfe nach dem Giessen nicht Klatsch nass stehen sondern noch nach Tropfen können, habe dafür mein altes Gestänge wo ich sonnst mein netzt drauf Spanne zum scroggen verwendet is ja knapp 90x90 gross mit festem Hühnerdraht aufgespannt Steine seitlich an den Ecken drunter und Holz in der Mitte zur Stabilisierung damit der Zaun nicht so stark biegt und die Töpfe somit nicht allzu stark schief stehen hat ganz gut geklappt wie ich finde. Zu den steckies 2 davon sind im Garten in einem 20 l Stofftopf gemeinsam ich weiss jetzt denken viele oh man das geht schief wir werden sehen ich experimentier so gerne. Der 3te Steckling steht beim Kumpel auf dem Balkon hab ich ihm geschenkt hatte kein Platz mehr dafür Bilder von den draussen stehenden Pflanzen werde ich gelegentlich hier mit einfügen will deswegen jetzt kein extra Bericht auf machen,bis die Tage ich komm wieder keine Frage ......... 28.07.21 Tag 4 Outdoor die Ladys haben sich in 4 Tagen verdoppelt und das obwohl sie sich den Topf teilen Mal sehen was die nächsten Tage so bringen für die 2 steckies

Day 100 Day 57 Flower 06/07/24 Saturday Flushed with de-chlorinated tap water today pH 6.0. Flushing using 10L of water with Flawless finish- I'll be using this every other flush. , getting 50% run off, I can't measure ppm, I have ordered the tool to start learning this way also. I haven't measured run off ppms before so will be interesting to see. Smelling pungent, deep greens of colour coming through, hoping over the next 2 weeks she swells as she is not as dense as I was hoping 😅 Day 10day 58 Flower 07/07/24 Sunday No feed /water today letting her dry off a little more. Updated with a short 🤩💚 Day 102 Day 59 Flower 08/07/24 Monday De-chlorinated tap Water 5L pH 6.0 + 3L Water +calmag 5ml to keep her from deficiency during 1st week of flush. Updated a short video 😁 She's getting there. Day 103 Day 60 Flower 09/07/24 Tuesday No water, letting her dry off again ABIT, noticing a huge amount of trichome production, updated a short to see 😍. Day 104 Day 61 Flower 10/07/24 Wednesday Another 10L flush today , de-chlorinated tap water pH 6.0 with flawless finish. 10ml flawless finish to 10L water. Updated pictures and video. Day 105 Day 62 Flower 11/07/24 Thursday Last day of the week, another big flush today! 10L de-chlorinated tap water pH 6.0 with 10ml Flawless finish 👌 Trichomes...😍 She maybe a 21 day flush we'll see how she goes next week with ripening. This plant needs some SERIOUS love from me. I am starting to think her loss of leaves is coming from a pH issue that is caused by her being slightly under-watered. Watering every other night leaves the pot bone dry by the time I get to it. I have been allowing this to happen because the humidity here has been so crazy. Starting tonight though I am probably going to move to watering here nightly, but with a lower PPM somewhere around 500. I think this should help both my pH issue and my nutrient lock out a lot. Compounding my trouble in this tent is her overall structure. I didn't want to do a heavy defoliation or lollipop with her until I got her issue figured out. Now that I think I have, I am going to give her a really big haircut tonight after she gets watered. Overall so far I can't complain, this tent is also looking very good despite minor issues.

Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️
