Without a doubt the best bud I‘ve ever grown! I have nothing but positive things to say about the genetics of this plant. This was my first mephisto grow so very impressed. Buds are sticky and dense after weeks of 90-100 degree weather. No signs of stress or slowing. The plants tackled every hint of def or toxicity with ease. Got a little less yield than I expected, but not complaining as quality is incredible!! Buds dryed for 6 days and cured for 7 as of review. Very dense and sticky. Yielded 5oz dry A-bud, 2oz dry fluff, and 15oz of wet trim. Pressed the fluff with a 11% yield. Rosin is budder-like and smooth. EDIT: Later edited on aug 17 to provide cure update. —-smoke report—- The finished cured bud reeks intensely of diesel, raspberry, and hash! The smoke itself is light on the lungs and heavy in texture. Smoke hints at flavors of raspberry and caramel with sweet notes. High produces strong headband and couchlock effect. Potency is high without a doubt. Smoking a few under 30 day cured bowls produces a high for a solid 3-6 hours even at a high tolerance level. As of mid-august, the cure is complete and stone has intensified. Feels waaay more indica this time. Fully cured bud can knock a seasoned stoner the fuck out. Blew my expectations out of the water This was my first mephisto grow and it made me a diehard fan. Can‘t wait to grow more later in the year!

(Days 28-35) (Day 29) Everything seems to have recovered fine from topping so I transplanted into their 1.7 gallon pots. They were pretty rootbound so this should make them nice and happy. Going to start LST after recovery. Got a ton of holes poked around the rim of the bucket which should make tying down easier. I’ve been asking around on some forums and reading some articles and I’ve decided to switch out my MH bulb for the included HPS bulb. Apparently HPS bulbs will stretch the nodes out quite a bit more and provide higher PAR value for the same amount of electricity. My plants are looking pretty small for day 29. Although, that could just be from stuffing 15 plants under one 250-400w light. I’ve been powering the lights up to 400w at night and back down to 250 during the day. 400 just gets it too hot during the day (86-88) without ventilation. That temperature should be fine in veg once my co2 has really built up some mycelium. (Day 32) Just got 14/15 topped. The BCTG runt is just going to be lst’d and not topped or fimmed. I decided to just fim the plants I started later so they’d have a bit more time to recover and catch up to the others. I also LST’d all 9 quite well. Almost had a stem break but she’s doing just fine now. The deformed bbb was accidentally fimmed and as a result it’s got a very trippy looking main stem that has branched off into 6 mains. I definitely have fungus gnats. Fuckers must have got in with that coco I bought from hydro store. This has never happened to me with just promix but the benefits of coco are too much to pass up. I might order an OG BioWar/capsbennies/grubgrenade to help naturally get rid of them. I’m getting some confirmed yellowing on bottoms of the zkittlez and WW’s. They must be heavy feeders because no other plant in the tent is getting yellow like that. I’m going to feed a compost tea, top dress everything at full strength and mulch in some worm castings to help break it down faster. Will also do a foliar spray with some insect frass, microbes and m1pps. (Day 33) Got some more of that marine phytoplankton stuff to help stabilize my RO water. It’s got a good amount of soluble magnesium and trade minerals in it so that should help stop the yellowing on the zkittlez and WW. (Day 34) Things are looking great so far and they’re all recovered from topping/transplant/lst and thriving. Some slight yellowing and a few of the plants are cupping from heat and high humidity. I just put in a dehumidifier to help bring the rh down. The m39/zkittlez bagseed plant is just outpacing everything in the tent by 4-6 days. No wonder organized crime used to grow it. I hear it can completely flower in 45 days with a solid yield and very little trimming or leaf matter. It’s very weak on the high and smell though. Nonetheless it should be nostalgic to try those old terps. There is still a small chance that it’s a super vigorous zkittlez plant too. Plants should be showing sex this coming week. Hoping for 8+ fems but I can make do with just 4. 1-3 is unlikely but that would piss me off beyond belief. I’ve heard of it happening though.

Grow Report Week 10: The Beginning of the Flowering Phase Hello dear grow community, We have entered an exciting phase: the first week of flowering is over, and the plants have fought their way to the light. It’s a time of growth and change, and I’m here to report the latest from my grow room. The Flowering Phase The switch to a 12-hour light cycle has begun, and the plants have adapted well to the new routine. Except for the Banana variety, all have overcome the net. The Banana is a bit behind, but I remain optimistic and hope it will catch up soon. My space is increasingly filling up, and the health of all plants makes me very positive. Temperature Control Thanks to the TrolMaster controller, the temperatures remain constant at 25 degrees during the day and 22 degrees at night. The simulation of sunrise and sunset also seems to have a positive effect on the development of the plants. Stretching and Defoliation I hope the stretching continues for another two weeks so that all plants get enough light. After this phase, I plan to defoliate the plants finally. Fertilization I continue to follow the scheme when fertilizing, paying particular attention to the dosage of Cal/Mag and adjusting it as needed. I’m going to leave the seedlings in the small brown pots until their 1st node and then I’ll transfer them into bigger plastic 3.5gal pots with 80/20 soil to perlite potting mix. One Dosidos is looking a bit behind and the one with the weird leaves ended up catching up to the Northern Lights, maybe even growing faster than it. All Dosidos’ ended up dying but one and I’m sure it’s on the way out. Northern Lights has had no issues and growing perfect.

8/7 Plants were still heavy this morning. Temperatures have been much milder. 70's is much better than 90's. I had to water twice a day for a while. I defoliated ahind found some heat stress ob the gmo canary on the end with some twisted leaves. Some leaves are turning purple on an event horizon and gmo. Night Temps are much cooler plus its probably a pheno thing. I defoliated everything dead yesterday. Found lacewind eggs. Saw an adult green lace wing this morning in the garden along with a couple more lady bugs. There were also some lady bug larvae so I hope the go right to town. It's getting cooler so if I'm going to poorly I need to do it. Sherb pie plant seems to he the pillars favorite. I've killed a few of them. Still need to fix supports and do a little more defoliation. I have a video too but it's too slow to upload now. STOPPED AFTER GETTING MY TIRES PUT ON AND DAD SAID THE LITTLE PLANT IN THE 5 GAL BUCKET IS DROOPING. I WENT BACK AND OF COURSE IT WAS. Everything looked good this morning. The one in the 5gal was removed until I figure out its issue or trash it. The yield would be less than a branch anyway. Probably chronic underwatering. The 10 was bone dry despite the 3in of rain. Some bags seemed light. Looked at last years diary and went with my intuition. WATERED TODAY. Gave everything a gallon. I moved the event horizon to where the 5gal bucket wad and STARTED reorganizing to use the most of my space. I gotta pick up some zip ties and finish the supports but I'm happy. Plants look happy. Not as tall as last year but they are SUPER bushy. I'm going to have to open some up and spread the branches. I'll keep this updated. WENT OVER AROUND THREE. I CHECKED OUT THE LITTLE PLANT AND NOTICED MULTIPLE BUDSUTES DIEING. I ALSO SAW WHAT "COULD'VE" BEEN A MALE PREFLOWER. MY INTUITION TOLD ME TO GET RID OF IT. ITS LESS THAN A BRANCH OFF THE CROP IT COULD HARM. LUCKILY I HAD BAGGED IT UP BEFORE IT BEIBG REMOVED AND IT WAS FAIRLY WELL SEPERATED. AFTER CUTTING AND DISPOSING OF IT I BROUGHT THE BUCKET TO EMPTY. IT WAS EXTREMELY ROOTBOUND. THE ROOTS WERE WHITE EXCEPT THE ONES ON THE OUTSIDE WHICH WERE A NEON GREEN. THE INSIDE OF THE BUCKET HAD WHAT LOOKED LIJE GREEN ALGAE ON IT. I IMAGINE THAYS PROBABLY WHERE MY PROBLEMS CAME FROM. I'VE USED THIS BUCKET SECERAL TIMES AND IVE SEEN TJIS TYPE OF ALGAE BUT USUALLY ONCE I SANITIZE ITS GOOD TO GO. IM NOT SURE IF IT WAS BEING ROOTBOUND OR THE ALGAE THAT DID IT IN BUT I HAVE MUCH BETTER SPACING NOW. THIS WAS THE RIGHT DECISION. I COULDNT BEAR THE RHOUGHT OF MY GIRLS GETTING POLLINATED. I THINK THEY ARE GIVING ME A HAND. 8/13 Thought thos was a new week so I took a ton of pictures and did a video. Who knows what will upload. Plants look hetter with the increased room spacing. I have the materials to finish final supports. I've just got to do it. Same with the BT spray. I'm thinking I should've upped the water to a gallon and a half or two but I'll do that next time I guess. Only problem I can see is some septoria looking spits on the toasted toffy and one gmo looks like itscrunning through nutrients quicker than others. Dad said he thinks this is my best year. He said they're more full and healthier looking. I looked at my diary last year and I had plants over the top of the cage. The weren't as bushy but I'm not complaining. These are far more indica dominant than last year so that's probably part of it. Leaves on the event horizons are starting to turn purple. I'll update what I do. I defoliated what needed it and combed through the plants hunting pillars. I GUESS I FORGOT TO UPDATE THIS OR IT DIDNT SAVE. I BOUGHT A WATERING CAN THAT HOLDS A GALLON AND A HALF AND EMPRIED VERY QUICKLY IN SMALL STREAMS SO IT DOESNT HURT THE ROOTS. GREAT INVESTMENT. COULDNT GET OVER UNTIL 2 AND I GAVE EVERYTHING A GALLON AND A HALF. EXCEPT FOR THE ONE IN THE 10 TJAT GOT A GALLON AND THE TWO PLANTS IN THE MIDDLE THAT GOT A GALLON. ONE EVENT HORIZON AND THE TOASTED TOFFY.

Finalmente ci siamo quasi... Le strawberry banana sono state divise con due contenitori da 20L...la n° 1 (la più piccola) è in flush.. Mentre l'altra sta andando ancora con overdrive per questa settimana. Odore pazzesco, una corsa lunghissima dovuta a errori di ec per metà cultura.. Ora non si sbaglia più 😎 non vedo l'ora.

Day 72 - Into week 11 now and gave her 2 gallons of water and nutes today. Overall she’s doing really well and budding up nicely. She’s already extremely frosty and looking forward to the next few weeks to see what she does at the end. Day 73 - No real issues and nothing much else going on with the girl right now. Just took her out of the tent for some updated pictures and tucked a few leaves when I put her back for more light penetration. Day 74 - Nothing much new really happening today. She’s frosty as hell and budding up nicely. She’s got another couple of days before she needs any sort of water or nutes but I’ll check in her tomorrow and if she needs some, I’ll give her some. Day 75 - Nothing much to speak of with her right now. She got 2 gallons of water and nutes today and her buds are really looking gorgeous. She’s probably the strongest smelling plant that I’ve grown so far. Day 76 - Almost the end of week 11 and all is good. Not much happening right now but did defoliate a few giant fan leaves. Other than that, just enjoying her smell and watching her swell. Day 77 - It’s the last day of week 11 and she’s doing great. Not much really going on, she’s stacking buds and continuing to frost up even more than the beginning of the week. She should need some water and nutes by the end of the weekend. All in all it looks like this is gonna be a very easy trim for once.

Mites are still a problem ive come to terms with the fact im not going to fully be rid of them so im maintaing them with lady bugs. I will be flipping bery soon watch for the next update!! They are looking beutifull!! Ive decided to take clomes of in house indica as well as cheese. Ive also begun the beginning stages of germination for another @greenpointseeds purple chem seed so be tuned for that. June 22: morning foliar spray with Extreme Blend and FPJ made from cannabis tops and brown sugar. June 23: bit of a rough day today. I broke one ot the main stems this morning while trying to bend it a bit. It had grown to the point where I should be supercropping and not just using LST to get the 8 colas properly separated. Need to buy some proper floral tape and the only thing I could find in a hurry was clear packing tape. Not ideal but might still work. Or I’m down two colas. Also found a caterpillar in the act of munching on the leaves which mostly explains the minor leaf damage. Not a big deal and she is looking good for the solstice time of year. June 24: now have floral tape (great $5 grow tip) so I supercropped and taped the undamaged stem. This keeps all 8 grow tips at same height so one doesn’t take apical dominance. This way all should grow evenly. The broken stem looks like it will recover. Watered for first time since rain with molasses, Cal-Mag and Nature’s Source. June 25: morning foliar spray with FPJ and potassium silicate. Started another lazy compost tea in 5 gallon bucket. Two handfuls compost, molasses, Extreme Blend, kelp extract, bit of vinegar to get pH to about 7, and a bit of Dr Bronners peppermint soap to help solubilize things (surfactant or wetting agent). Also decided to add a handful of shredded coco coir to give the bacteria some media to grow on (“fiber”). Leave 24-36 h to incubate. June 26: looks good…used compost tea after 27C day. June 28: replaced clear plastic with floral tape. Five days to heal well enough to re-tape. Removed lower growth tips as part of the manifolding to focus growth on the 8 top spots for now.

So Friday will be day 70. I messed up a lot, did lst and used big pots so I'm thinking these might go 3-5 more weeks. They smelled so amazing a few times today though. First the purple punch, then the sour diesel, then the girl scout cookies, each gave off aromas one after the other a few times today. The purple punch smalls so sweet and delicious.
