📆 Week 15, 30 April - 6 May 2024 30 April - Turned light power to 75%. 1 May - Did a significant defoliation. 2-6 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 I was debating on keeping the lights at 100%, or defoliating the plant. Defoliating won this time. There just wasnt enough light penetration getting to the lower buds (half the plant) to mature them for maximum growth and quality yield. So leaving the lights that bright did not achieve my expectations. It is a tricky situation when you start taking leaves away from a plant in flower, but when shadows are blocking bud developement you have to balance your grow and open it up. My method is to start with the lowest leaves and work your way up, use common sense, discard yellowing and damaged ones first, leaving the healthy green leaf on the plant. Then strategically remove the few that shadow the buds you want more focus on. Keep watering with same nutrients mix, because I had add before to soil some extra worm castings, palm tree ash, bat guano and egg shells. Day 24. keep doing all the same feeding with 2.5L nutrients mix.

The plant looks super healthy and strong, I've removed the main stem allowing the secondary branches to become the main ones now and also I've done this to void a high height for the plants, I want everything as low as possible, let's see how this lady keeps developing guys!

Been looking for a solid daytime strain for a long time, and I think I’ve finally found my zen. And it’s insanely tasty! Flavor — cream, caramel, juicy citrus and fruit. 5/28 I think she's about to go off. 6/2 she's been droopy leafed for a bit. I backed off on nutrients for over a week. I thought it may have been overwatering but at the same time I don't want to kill off the microbe life in my soil right now by letting it get overly dry. I'm more experienced with coco and the dry back is more aggressive and intense and with soil it's a little different and slower but it als9 cant dry back as

Day 88: put into jars havent trimmed yet about 12 to 15 grams in each jar and there 12 jars so im guessing about 4 oz total after trimming Finished trimming finally have been curing for 8 days dank smell more and more everyday. Ended up with a dry weight of: 4.39 Oz Smoked 1 test joint and tasted alot like a dryer sheet. 31.45 grams of trim I will make into wax

She went from looking ordinary to looking great. Shes a nice vibrant colour with dense buds. This is her final photo shoot as she is about to come down. Next update will be of the harvest. 1 of 2 Sweet Seeds strains i have running and neither has let me down at all. They both shot out there shells and got to work with no complaints or wants at all.

11/16: I had to move a bunch of seedlings into the closet and decided to just go ahead and run the lights at 24/0 for these last several days. I've got the lights to within 8 inches on all of the flowering plants and as little as 6 inches on a couple of them😈. It's been cold out, so I've been able to keep my temps nice and low. I also have a 6500k floodlight on in there to "winterize" the environment a little more. 11/18: (bugles sounds) Introducing....The Frost Queen and Princess! I harvested the last two Orange Sherbets today...Wow, just wow!😍 11/20: Today I harvested the last two Wedding Cheesecakes and all three Gorilla Cookies. Kind pressed for time, so I just did a cursory trim before taking some photos and washing them. The Gorilla Cookies are every bit as dense as the Wedding Cheesecakes. The gigantic WC has a few seeds here and there, so if I don't spot any spent nanners on her, I'm gonna assume the pollination was done by the short/bent Strawberry Pie that I deliberately left a few male flowers I spotted on. That would make for some kind of special auto hybrid right there.. Well. that's a wrap on this crop. I'll do harvest reports on each strain as soon as they've cured a little bit, but I can tell you already that I'm gonna love most of them. Aromas are incredible!
