Hey guys! Here's the 3rd week of flower! 😻 This week I trimmed my babies (just a little, about 8 leaves or less each plant). Some leaves were healthy but were blocking a lot of light from the flowers and tucking them wasn't doing the job anymore. Besides that Boomer stretched out a lot (which also worried me as I didn't want my babies to go wild on me. I LSTed some of them hoping that would fix the issue). Where I live has been getting somewhat cold at night and I fear that might be doing something to my babies (I hope to be wrong). Besides that the flowers are getting bigger everyday and some are even starting to show some trichomes (I think looks cute!). The pistils are also getting bigger and the smell is stronger now (it was already strong). Near the end of the week I saw Falco's leaves were getting yellow and I suspect it is nitrogen deficiency... and what's causing it is probably some residues at the end of the pot (so I might need to flush her) or maybe I just need to feed her more nutes). Keep in mind she used to be quite small during veg and only in the end she grew enough to be transplanted to a bigger pot. Maybe she's just special? No es el mejor de todos, mucha asimetría, mucho problema y mucha irregularidad en el cultivo que dentro de todo hacia complicado saber de dónde pudo haberse generado el problema, pero aun asi algo de producción obtuvimos. Más allá de revisar la productividad de este cultivo, veremos qué tal la calidad de este.

That confirms the mix is stable and precipitation-free. 🌿 Step 4 – FPJ / FFJ Batch Added 30 ml homemade FPJ (fish + veg batch) ≈ 1 ml/L. Just focusing on the zkittles now,.. she is focusing on fattening up, not gone any taller this week, I noticed a bit of yellowing around some edges of the leaves, I've added a bit of calmag to this week's feed, and last week I did a somewhat diluted version of biobizzes feed chart,.. any advice on how you guys think she's looking would be appreciated,.. roll on next week 👌 ** update ** 28th, I've started flushing now after abit of advice planning on a 2 week flush that takes her to 77 days which is what fast buds say on there site is top end for this zkittles auto,... ** update update ** after speaking with fastbuds they think there is 3-4 weeks left here so I've added bloom, topmax, heaven and acti Vera back to the feed 🤦‍♂️

Last couple weeks for the Green Gelato pair. Getting a couple amber trichs in the video. I accidentally snapped a branch and decided to fully remove it from one, and will add to the total weight at the end. The Royal Gorilla is a strange one. Still far behind at this age, could go 100 days potentially lol. Drinking 2l a day too.

So I started getting this weird deficiency several weeks ago, but now it seems to have taken over the entire plant. I know that RO water has no CalMag, but I upped the CaliMagic dose and its just gotten worse. Going to have to consult with some of my growmies to see whats going on.

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

***I’m not sure why but it’s only letting me put 100 growing plants, but I actually harvested 180 plants in three separate rooms of about 300 sqfeet almost each, running in at 350 g per plant *** Given her being my first grow, I don’t really have anything to compare to but me and my plants have gone through a lot this year. Definitely going to need filters with this one, for the strong scent. 10 out of 10 would recommend this strain. I tried some fish fertilizer through some of the early growth and everytime I did, I would notice the plants beginning to burn so I completely stopped it, I learned organic is the best way to go if I’ll ever be using fertilizer again. This is the only way I would’ve learned it through experience! I didn’t think I can make it all the way through with my harvest, but ever since I got on Growdiaries everybody has helped me tremendously with every question I had, without the site my whole to harvest would’ve went to shit along time ago. Haha I really can’t thank my Growmies here enough for all their support. Every time I thought about giving up I would have uplifting comments assuring me my plants we’re doing fine. A message to all nee growers. Don’t be afraid of failure. Ask questions. I don’t know when my next grow will be but when, or if I decide to grow again, I’ll definitely document it on the best possible weed growing platform. Cheers friends!

Watering when the soil is dry

Finally got my buddy to come out and add in a 20 amp outlet so I can fire up a better light. Still using quantum boards but with a 4500k spectrum. Got in a foliar with the Growzyme from green buzz liquids. Fed them right before I took the pics they look a little sad but hopefully they bounce back quickly. Not much else going on. 31 Aug. I start the third week of my autoflower. The plant is growing well, but I noticed small yellow spots on the leaf tips, which seem like a mild calcium deficiency. This is probably due to the fact that so far I have been giving water with a slightly low pH, around 6, while the ideal range would be 6.5–7. At the beginning, to lower the ppm of the tap water (which was around 211 ppm), I mixed it with demineralized water. This brought the ppm down to about 109–140, making it harder for the plant to absorb the available calcium. Additionally, the soil I am using, Biobizz Light Mix, is lightly fertilized but does not contain enough calcium to correct this small initial deficiency. For this week, I will not add any fertilizers. I simply want to raise the pH to 6.5 and use water with higher ppm, so the plant can better absorb the nutrients already present in the soil. The lamp is positioned about 35–36 cm from the plant and so far there are no burn issues. Temperatures range between 25 and 30 °C depending on the day, while humidity in the room stays between 40–60%. The humidifier is always on because I keep the window open, but the dehumidifier is not being used, as it is not necessary at the moment. I also have a new oscillating fan arriving to replace the current fixed one, and I’m waiting for a regulable extractor (90–145 m³/h), which will allow me to control the air perfectly during winter if needed. This week my main goals are: Increase the water ppm without overdoing it Adjust the pH to 6.5 Keep observing the plant without adding any fertilizers Everything else seems fine and growth is regular. With these corrections, I expect the new leaves to grow healthy and free of spots. ==UPDATE 31/08== To control the calcium deficiency, I will administer an eggshell solution until I reach 300 ppm (I will boil some eggshells and administer the solution in tap water).

Let's remember, in week 6 one of my king's tart had been broken in 2 because of the tension due to my bad LST. This plant grows much taller than the others. I'm trying to lower his height by doing HST. Currently she does not seem to complain about it. I preferred to remove my net this week, to more easily access my plants and water them. I hope the branches will hold I cut a lot of leaf this week. I hear different opinions that say it's beneficial others not... Day 24-31 (Day 25) The smell in here is absolutely ridiculous. My last grow didn’t smell even close to this bad in early flower. (Day 27) Stretch is finally all done. #6 in the back is very stout and barely stretched compared to everything else. I doubt it will yield much but I’m excited to see the nice tight colas on it. It seems to be still getting adequate light and raising it up is hard to do with a scrog net so I will just leave it. If it wasn’t getting enough light it would be stretching right? The early frost is really shocking to me. My last indoor round definitely wasn’t this caked and I’ve never had an outdoor plant on this level either. That’s also true in terms of smell too. (Day 29) I’m still debating whether I should feed anything in flower or just leave it. The only deficiency I’m seeing is purple stems from P def which could actually just be from light intensity rather than a lack of P. I’ve done some thinking and I’ve decided to only feed my small plant. What I’m most curious about is if a PK boost will actually make any kind of a difference in flower when it comes to bud size and smokability. So to test this theory I will be top dressing a teaspoon of 0-18-0 bat guano, a tablespoon of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and a half strength watering of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m trying to avoid N all together as I just toxed my guinea pig plants with another experimental flowering PK boost that had a very small amount of N in it. This plant in particular actually has very early signs of N def and probably will fade harder than the rest. (Day 31) Shit. Looks like #1 is starting to herm. It’s definitely not environment or light leaks so maybe it’s just genetic or the recent leaching stressed it out too much. Either way, it’s only a single lower branch and I’m prepared to cut her down if I start seeing anymore. I double checked every other budsite but couldn’t find anymore. In my experience true herms usually start pushing bananas out of the main tops and plants like mine can usually be salvaged with little to no seeded bud. But then again it’s day 31, when these things usually start to happen. I’m 50/50 on this one. I will be watching it everyday like a hawk if anymore show up. The breeder I’m using, ‘Jordan of the Island’s’ is notorious for having unstable genetics and this will be the last time I run any of his stuff. The quality is good, certainly better than most European and Dutch genetics I’ve run but I know I could do better where genetics are concerned. I can’t wait to start hunting my archive dosidos x gelato 41 and in house sugarcane.
