🌸 Folder 11B | Pink Rosay Auto Week 2 – Small Frame, Big Potential Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure, where every phenotype tells its own story and every plant has the opportunity to reveal its unique character. This week we’re following Pink Rosay Auto 09B, and while she shares the same genetics as her sister, she’s already proving that siblings can have completely different personalities. Where Pheno A immediately stretched her branches outward, Pheno B has chosen another path. Compact. Dense. Strong. Every day she seems to reinforce her structure before adding more height, creating the impression of a little powerhouse preparing for something much bigger. Sometimes the quietest plants become the biggest surprises. ⸻ 🌿 Growing Conditions Pink Rosay B continues growing alongside the rest of the project under identical environmental conditions, ensuring each phenotype can express its natural characteristics. Environmental Conditions * 🌡️ Day Temperature: 27°C * 🌙 Night Temperature: 25°C * 💧 Relative Humidity: 55% * 🌱 Root Zone Temperature: 21°C * 💦 Nutrient Solution Temperature: 20°C * ⚡ EC: 1.3 * pH: 6.0 * 💨 CO₂: 666 ppm * 💡 Light Schedule: 12/12 From Seed * ? Pot Size: 15 Litres The stable environment continues providing excellent conditions for vigorous root expansion and healthy vegetative growth. ⸻ 🌿 Feeding Program Pink Rosay B received the same balanced Plagron Terra feeding schedule throughout the week. Weekly Feeding * Terra Grow — 1.8 ml/L * Power Roots — 1 ml/L * Pure Zym — 1 ml/L * Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L * pH Plus — when required * Lemon Kick — when required The focus remains on developing a strong root system while supporting healthy vegetative growth before flowering begins in earnest. ⸻ 🌱 Plant Development This phenotype has been a pleasure to watch. Rather than racing upward, she has concentrated on building a compact, incredibly symmetrical framework. The internodal spacing is noticeably tighter than her sister’s, giving the plant a dense appearance with very little wasted space. Every new node emerges neatly stacked above the last, while the stem continues to gain thickness and strength. Her fan leaves are broad, beautifully coloured and remain perfectly turgid, indicating that both the roots and overall plant health are progressing exceptionally well. Despite her more compact stature, growth has been anything but slow. Each day reveals another layer of healthy new growth hidden beneath the canopy, quietly preparing for the weeks ahead. She may be smaller today, but she certainly doesn’t feel behind. She simply has her own strategy. ⸻ 🌿 Training Progress This week focused on gentle canopy management while allowing the plant to maintain its naturally compact structure. Leaf tucking became increasingly important as the dense foliage began shading the developing secondary branches beneath the canopy. Small adjustments throughout the week allowed light to penetrate deeper into the plant without causing unnecessary stress. One particularly encouraging observation has been her response to training. Although naturally tighter than her sister, every adjustment quickly resulted in fresh vertical growth from the lower branches. Rather than resisting the training, she appears to be steadily building a beautifully balanced canopy that should become increasingly productive as flowering progresses. Patience with this phenotype feels like it’s going to pay off. ⸻ 📸 Behind This Week’s Photos The photographs tell the story of a phenotype that prefers quality over speed. Early overhead shots reveal a compact young plant with outstanding symmetry and broad, healthy fan leaves radiating evenly around the stem. As the week progresses, the canopy fills in noticeably while maintaining its tight structure. The close-up images beautifully showcase vigorous new growth emerging from every node, with fresh shoots pushing confidently toward the light despite the naturally dense foliage. The side profile highlights a thickening main stem supporting an increasingly complex canopy, while the final macro photographs capture the first signs of a plant preparing to transition into its next stage of development. Every image reinforces the same impression. Compact. Healthy. Confident. ⸻ 🌸 Looking Ahead The next week should be particularly interesting. As the lower branches continue catching up beneath the canopy, I expect this compact structure to gradually transform into a dense, evenly distributed crown of flowering sites. Her naturally tight internodes may ultimately become one of her greatest strengths, potentially allowing her to produce an incredibly uniform canopy filled with closely stacked buds. She’s developing at her own pace. And right now, that pace looks extremely promising. ⸻ 💚 Thank You Thank you for following another week of this incredible journey. One of the greatest joys of phenotype hunting is discovering how two sisters can express the same genetics in completely different ways, each with its own strengths and personality. A heartfelt thank you to GrowDiaries for giving growers around the world a place to document, learn and share their passion. A huge thank you to Plagron for providing the Terra nutrient line, delivering healthy, vigorous growth and making it possible to let each phenotype express its full potential. To the breeders behind these beautiful genetics, thank you for creating plants that remind us every grow is an adventure filled with new discoveries. And finally, thank you to everyone following along. Your support, curiosity and encouragement continue to make the 8×8 Adventure something truly special. The journey continues… One phenotype. One discovery. One beautiful plant at a time. Growers Love 🌱💚

Day 36: "Hey everyone! Just a quick update: I removed a few more leaves here and there and did one last round of LST (low stress training). 🌿 The plants are looking great, and I'm going to let them recover now before sending them into the flowering stage. I'm really excited to see them start blooming in 2-3 weeks! Also, a quick update on our temperature issue: today, the temperature stayed below 26.8°C, which is great news! However, we still need to find a solution to keep the humidity levels up. Our 360 m³/h exhaust system isn't able to maintain the required humidity level. I've calculated that we need a humidifier that can evaporate 1800ml/h to maintain 60-70% humidity, which would help manage the temperature better. Does anyone have tips for a good humidifier or other methods to control the humidity and temperature? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Day 37: Hey everyone! Tomorrow, we're planning to buy some Cal-Mag because we suspect the yellowing leaves might be due to a calcium-magnesium deficiency. We're also going to get a pH test kit to make sure everything is balanced properly. Do you think this is a good idea? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Day 38: Hey everyone! Quick update: it turns out the yellowing leaves were due to a nitrogen deficiency. We increased the fertilizer dosage today, so the plants should start looking better in 4 to 5 days. 🌿 Thanks for all the support and suggestions Day 39: Hey everyone! Another quick update: after increasing the fertilizer yesterday to address the nitrogen deficiency, it should take about 4 to 5 days for the yellow leaves to turn green again. 🌿 We're already seeing improvements! The plants have grown significantly and are developing a dense canopy once more. It's great to see them bouncing back so quickly! Day 41: "Hey everyone! Quick update: we've removed the bands we were using for LST (low stress training) and are now letting the plants grow freely. 🌿 We plan to keep them in the vegetative phase for about one more week before transitioning them to the flowering phase. Excited to see how they continue to develop!"

Some more growth, still underwhelmed with this grow. Think I’m going to order the mars hydro ts1000 as this ts600 seems to be too weak for my tent

Welcome growers Third week of life ended for this this little CREAM CARAMEL 🍬🍭🍫 She still growing in a growbox, 120x90 (cm) with nine other ladyes of different genetics 🌿🌿🌿 Looks pretty happy, great vigor and big leafs 🍁 Earlier in the week I transplanted into a 3l plastic pot.. Usually my choice of pot is the smartpot or the airpot 💯 And so, considering that the soil will obviously remain less aerated than usual, I have chosen to use a greater quantity of coco coir in the substrate I roughly prepared a mix of 50% light-mix (Canna professional and Biobizz), a 30% of coco coir (Atami), 10% worm-cast or humus (Atami) and around a 5% perlite wich it's already present in the light -mix.. I have also put a few micorizzae (Micosat F), like 10 grams, in direct contact with the roots and around 4 grams of Microlife (Bionova) in pellet form I will use this last one also for making an areated Tea, but during flowering.. About nutrients 👇 In this week i have giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. Root-Juice (Biobizz) and Rizostimo (Biomagno) for the last time, plus a little bit of silicium (Bionova) and then Activator (Biomagno) / Crescita (Biomagno) / The Missing Link (Bionova) / X-Cell (Bionova) {This last two i have used in a foliar spray solution} Simply a little bit of everything at any watering 💧 About the lights 💡 I currently using for the first time, two Mars-Hydro SP3000, running at 25% of the power for now.. Next week im going to increase at least to 50% ⬆️ Onestly this lights looks pretty solid, definetly intense, with a spectrum really close ro the sun light One of the cool things about it it's that you can connected each one toghter with a cable and so you can controll the intensity of the lights very easy, in a precis way 👌 We will see in this months how they works And that's all.. See you at the end of week n°4 📆 Thanks a lot for reading, hope you enjoyed 😎👍 FC ✌️ 🇮🇹

1.4. - I've returned from the prolonged weekend and was shocked how big the plants got. I've had to do some LST to start spreading the branches. Watered 💧 3.4. - Added some wires to spread the plants. Watered 💧 4.4. - Of course that I've managed to break the main stem on one plant. Again! Thankfully, it was not broken off completely and I've fixed it with wire. Hope she'll recover quickly before start of bloom. 🤞 5.4. - Week wrap-up: Broken plant is not wilting and started to recover ❤️‍

Another week has gone by. Still not seeing any amber trichomes but a lot seem to be going cloudy so hopefully another 2 weeks MAX for this one. Both plants are looking kinda deficient but only a week or two left so not too fussed about that. Both plants smell very sweet and are both the same smell too which suggests a nice strain stability. Still unsure which one will yield more, one being topped and one left to its own life. Hopefully next week we will see some amber!
