Day 63 - 710 Diesel Auto I think I've got some pretty bad light burn but not sure what's wrong to be honest - im cutting back on nutes and raising the light a little I just want her to pull through, i don't care too much about bag appeal since i only grow for my personal use but im worried it will effect yield and quality if it doesnt finish before every leaf is dried up. I only fed her 1 time this week with the full nutrient line up just in case this is nutrient burn, the rest of the time it was just plain water with some Terpinator and twice watered with Growers Recharge.

Day 56 The plant appears noticeably droopy, with many of its leaves hanging downward rather than extending outward. The foliage is mostly green, but some leaves show slight curling and a softer structure, giving the plant a tired or stressed appearance. Several stems display a purplish tint, which stands out against the green leaves. The upper growth looks slightly twisted, and the developing flower sites are visible but not yet dense. Overall, the plant shows a less upright and vigorous stance compared to the others, displaying a mix of healthy green areas and parts that appear weakened or drooping

Please everyone.. my first grow. Going well. I need any and all suggestions as to the things I can do for next 7 weeks.. I'm going to flower week 12 week. Or should I less? Should I top. Film. Set up for scrog. When and where should I super crop? Do I need more pruning? Defoliation. More or less water... I'm very curious. Am I overreacting? Lol... awe yeah, some questions apply only if my video is loaded correctly... thanks.. I got a super mix in bottom third of pot. Buffed that zone with regular happy frog potting soil. Then backfilled rest with happy frog. Ps. Some of my new growth looks cut or chewed off. Lol. That's my topping tech or so called first f.i.l.m...lol in week 2... I just topped again. Slightly defoiliated

Honey Cream is almost ready (Aiming for 15% amber trichomes), another week or two and the first tops will come out. The smell is very pleasant, a bubble gum, sweet and almost ripe berry smells, very intoxicant ! Power flower is stacking nicely, but still with no smell, very frosty too. Special queen #1 is also doing amazingly, specially being in a pot, 2.25m and stacking EVERYWHERE ! The smell reminds me of an amnesia haze, very pungent on the nose ! Old Lemongrass is doing a little bit worse, her leaves yellowed a lot, but hopefully it will get fixed by next week. Trichome production is considerably slower than all the other strains, but she is stacking for sure. Smells of a very pleasant sweet lemon.

The week has been better than expected,,in the way of The Pinapple Express Auto bean from 420 Fastbuds popping and dropping her helmet in just 3 days,which was a great way to start,,! At the same time,,I’ve managed to hit the temperature and humidity levels that i like to grow in,,🌱🙏

🍨 Guava Sundae Auto – Week 3 Update Week 3 is here, and Guava Sundae Auto is looking happy and healthy! 🌱 This week she received her first light feeding at around half strength, and so far the response has been very positive. The foliage remains a healthy green, new growth is coming in strong, and the plant continues to build a nice bushy structure with plenty of future bud sites developing. Growth has been steady with no signs of stress, making this an easy and enjoyable plant to grow so far. The roots are clearly getting established, and the plant is beginning to accelerate as it prepares for the upcoming stretch. Everything is on track, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the Guava Sundae genetics express themselves once flowering gets underway. For now, it’s all about maintaining stable conditions and letting her continue to thrive. 🍨 Thanks to Fast Buds for the opportunity to run these genetics. Excited to see what the next few weeks bring! 🌱

******** Week 8 - Jan 27 to Feb 2/20 (Days 50 - 56 from seed popping out) She has continued to swell this week and stacking her buds. The hairs have remained a nice bright white all week pointing up. Noticing some curling a bit of the hairs towards end of the week. They are white but there is a small red hair here and there now. Giving her a couple more days of feed no idea about flush. She has been slow going all along in her growth........at this stage I want that to continue......drag out her swelling/bud growing stage😋😋 On the down side.....I did see very small red hairs here and there.....unfortunately. Heavier leaf strip on Wednesday and have continued through out as rotating her in the tent under the light. Took off probably 25%. Took off a few more of those fan leaves down low that I when removing bud sites. She is long and lanky so don’t feel side lighting is much of an issue. She is dark in my opinion and hope she will continue to feed and work through all that nitrogen. I didn’t realize how many purple streaks she has on some stocks. She was also given a feeding this week with Epsom Salts. A lot of red on one of the the other plants so worked Magnesium Sulphate in that way. I think I could have gone harder on the CalMag earlier and/or introduced epsom salt earlier as well. Changed the light schedule this week. Moved her to 19 hours of light because she is not falling to sleep at lights out. I know that I could have the lights closer but given how Skywalker has grown I can’t lower them as much as I would like. Will try compensating with longer daylight period.😉 Worth a try! Have seen other Mephisto comments where they say run 24hrs......not my style though. Will keep up Liquid Weight and Rezin to the end and see how she is as a result. Not used these supplements before. Not sure if I will use AN Flawless Finish this run or not? Little more detail: Jan 27/20 - Day 50 - Feed: 2L - Sensyzime @ 2ml, Liquid Weight @ 1.5ml = 45ppm 6.0pH - plain water. She is showing brown spots on leaves. High Potassium?? Lots with supplimentals. Jan 28/20 - Day 51 - 2L: Rezin @ 2ml, CalMag & LW8 @ 1.5ml = 360ppm. Left a lower pH this feed. - Used heavier CalMag today as purple stems is increasing.....looking at using Epsom Salts. - striped some leaves today...heavier than normal.......think it was 5 😄 Jan 29/20 - Day 52 - full feed today as listed above. - 5L - 1125ppm with 6.2pH....low pH trying to raise it by lots of run off with 5L. - runoff: 950ppm with 5.6pH - There is a lot of branch on this girl.....continued the leaf strip though and took more today. - Evening - 2L plain water 6.4pH............figured if I am going to over water her I may as well try and raise the pH more. *******this should have been about 12 litres of water given the way I was going about it.......or let the pot dry out completely first. Jan 30/20 - Day 53 - 2L feed: Epsom Salt @ 1tsp/G, Rezin & LW8 @ 1.5ml, Dual Fuel A and B @ 1ml = 1000ppm 6.15pH - used Epsom Salt today. - They were very happy today in the morning. Swelling up. - They are not falling to sleep at night so moving to 19 hours light. First day. Jan 31/20 - Day 54 - Feed: 2L - Sensyzime @ 2ml/L - 30ppm 6.15pH - plain water feed today. Sensyzime to clean up the roots. - She keeps chugging along with growth and packing on some growth now. Looking awesome actually!! - She reacted well to Epsom Salts......or didn’t negatively react - Colas forming larger and longer. Feb 1/20 - Day 55 - dry out day. Nothing at all today. Pots felt heavy all day - She is very happy in evening. All leaves up on almost all buds....very nice! Filling in cola too! FROST on fan leafs......may have to press her fan leaves:) Feb 2/20 - Day 56 - pot nice and dry today. She was happy this morning and given a large feed. - 4L of full strength for the week. - run off 1080ppm and 5.85pH......Hmmmm, I like it:) - Pots were really light in AM. - See very little red hairs. Still mainly nice straight shinny white.....keep going girl.....no rush! Hi Growmies~! What This Post is About Today, I'll be recording how to cultivate soil microbes at home. These microbes offer numerous benefits, and they are simple to make. How I Came Up with This Technique Since 2014, I’ve tried synthetic growing methods like DWC. While they gave quick results, I often ran into issues with consistency. Nutrients would expire during breaks, meaning I had to keep buying new bottles. I strongly felt I needed a change. A couple of years ago, after taking a break, I started to research and switched to organic growing. At first, it felt overwhelming with all the steps and prep work, but I saw real potential. After experimenting with different methods, I came across Korean Natural Farming (KNF) and JADAM, introduced by Mr. Cho. His simple, ultra low-cost techniques inspired me. They focus on letting nature do the work. While growing, I noticed that synthetic nutrient bottles were expensive, especially when trying to complete a full nutrient set. Organic growing may require more attention and can be costly when investing in organic materials. Preparing the soil in advance and top dressing with dry nutrients every other week - just these two methods were consuming space, time, and money. Indoor farming is unnatural, while organic farming is a natural approach. I had to bring these ideas together, but organic farming often seems geared toward large plots like farms. Incorporating organic techniques into my indoor garden requires a lot of effort and careful calculations. So this is one of my techniques for keeping my plants happy: supporting their daily needs helps them snap out of deficiencies quickly, allowing them to grow consistently. It took me a while to adapt this technique for indoor use. I hope this helps, guys! Supplies Needed - Potatoes: Provide nutrients and food for the microbes. - Sea Salt: Stimulates microbial activity and controls harmful organisms. - Dechlorinated Water: Allows the microbes to grow and multiply. - Compost, leaf mold, or worm castings: Contains natural microorganisms that are key for this process. How to Make (1 gallon) 1 cooked potato (about 2 golf ball-sized) 1 pinch of sea salt 2 tablespoons compost or worm castings 1 gallon dechlorinated water 1. Mix Ingredients: In a clean container, fill it with the dechlorinated water, dissolve the sea salt, and add the compost along with the mashed potato. 2. Ferment: Optionally cover the container and let it sit at room temperature for 24-48 hours. 3. Strain (Optional): After fermentation, you can strain the solution if you prefer a clearer liquid. Note: Watch the timelapse video to see how the microbes activate! **WARNING** Wear gloves if possible and/or avoid contact with open wounds How to Use IMPORTANT: Always dilute the solution before applying it to plants. - Use when bubbles form a "pizza shape" on the surface. - Dilute 5-10 ml per liter of water for bi-weekly feeding. (Test a small batch first to find the best rate for your setup.) - Once the bubbles disappear, the microbes are likely inactive. You can either mix the rest with water as fertilizer or discard it. Pros Promotes Plant Growth - Usually fixes deficiencies in as little as 6 to 72 hours. - Improves nutrient absorption, and helps plants thrive. Boosts Plant Immunity - Works as IPM: Can be used as foliar sprays (no staining on leaves). - Lowers the risk of powdery mildew and other diseases. - Helps the soil ecosystem with beneficial organisms like predatory mites and springtails. - Naturally reduces pest pressure (Less risk of fungus gnats and other pests). Improves Soil Health & Supports Composting - Quickly breaks down organic matter and nutrients. - Makes growing organically in small containers, like 1-gallon pots, easy. - Over time, soil becomes softer and richer, even in small pots. Cost-Effective, Sustainable & Eco-Friendly - No need for complex equipment like pH pens, air pumps, or other tools. - Reduces the need for CalMag, N-P-K, or micronutrient supplements (just add a little bit of sea salt to every watering). - No sugar sources needed in the soil. - Works for all types of plants—houseplants, exotics, ornamentals, and crops.
