​🍁 Cultivation Review: Afghan Bullet (Day 84) ​Genetics: Afghan Bullet Flowering/Harvest Time: Day 84 Main Goal: Extraction (Bubble Hash) Total Wet Weight: 130g ​🔍 Plant Structure and Resin Production ​Growing Afghan Bullet for the first time, I was highly impressed by its structure. The plant shows exceptional uniformity across all buds, meaning there is a complete absence of apical dominance. The secondary branches fully kept up with the main cola, developing a beautifully even canopy. Another major highlight is the resin production: the plant is literally coated in trichomes, with excellent resin coverage extending even to the small-to-medium fan leaves, a clear sign of its high genetic potential for extractions. ​🔬 Harvest Timing: Target Bubble Hash ​Harvest took place on Day 84, perfectly hitting the peak of milky trichomes. While the actual ease with which the heads separate from the stalks will only be seen during the washing process, harvesting at this stage is the number one objective for Bubble Hash. Milky trichomes offer the ideal texture and perfect maturity for smooth processing and optimal separation in ice water. ​✂️ Harvest Management and Processing ​At harvest, I did a rough trim (the ideal approach for fresh frozen, preventing unnecessary damage to the resin glands) yielding a total wet weight of 130 grams. The biomass has been divided as follows: ​75g (Select Buds) ❄️ ➔ Freezer (Fresh Frozen): Tossed straight into the sub-zero to lock in live terpenes and maintain trichome integrity for the upcoming wash. ​30g (Buds) 💨 ➔ Drying: Set aside for a traditional dry. Since it’s my first time running this strain, I’m very curious to test the dried flower to evaluate its overall aroma, flavor profile, and smoke quality. ​25g 🗑️ ➔ Waste Material: Large fan leaves and non-resinous material. ​📝 Final Thoughts (First Run) ​This strain is shaping up to be a fantastic choice for extraction enthusiasts. The uniform bud development makes canopy management a breeze, and the heavy resin coverage on the mid-sized leaves points toward a great yield in the bags. Looking forward to the wash and the final smoke test!

31 days into flower, I have slowly upped the cf to 1.8 since my last post, I have added a bit of Cal/Mag and upped the pk and treacle. My lights will come on as I am writing this, so we will see soon if yesterdays biggest feed to date has had any adverse effects. Video is my run off left to stand in shopvac over night. As you can see it is 'Alive' and bubbling away. What is going on does not smell like yeast or Vinegar, it smells like 'Clean fresh Compost'. So I expect the runoff is producing CO2 and Methane. CO2 is good, roots can absorb it. With the Methane there is possibly some Ethylene being produced, which may have some very positive benefits as far as plant chemistry and suppression of masculine traits? The gases bubbling off the runoff 'Soup' would not be difficult to Identify with a couple of wash bottles and a few readily available reagents. I ain't got the time, or the kit. There are definitely a few different organisms at play here as you can see different structured plaques forming on the water surface, and different foams forming with the bubbles. Just took photo's, everything looks good except Blue Sherbalato, Developed a kink in top leaf, that could be a couple of things, I shall work it out. (highered light a bit, dropped c/f, pushed cola away from light centre, and I shall let this pot dry out a touch, it has been happy till now.) Every thing else is looking OK, all got a touch of tip burn. Canna Coco sometimes does not have enough N for grow, and almost always too much N in flower so I expect a bit of tip burn especially in high calyx to leaf hybrids. The plants are using around 2 litres of water + food per day with a slight + or - on c/f with first runoff. Ph going in at 5 to 5.5. First runoff is 6.8 I will keep watering till runoff hits 5.8 or lower so it usually takes between 3 and 4 litres of nutes. per day. Hate being this wasteful with nutes , not enough going on in the garden to use it all out there yet, so down the drain it goes. I have thought about re-circulation, if I was bigger and running clones maybe. The Blue Sherbalato has shown me I got to start treating these plants as individuals and tailor their treatment accordingly. The GTH have changed their smell, the Lemon is still there but fuel and floor polish is becoming more dominant in 3 of the plants. My plants are in 10 litres of Coco in 15 litre felt pots rolled down. Maltezerz, Orangesicle GTH 1, . plus the Scott's OG will run out of pot space so I will top them up to the 15 litre. Got to make decisions on the cuts of these plants soon. I hate culling plants before the parent has finished its cycle.

Day 36 I guess I can call it bloom. Nice strong pistils shooting all over. She is the tallest so far making me raise my lights a little more. Day 38 Now Californian Snow is the tallest :) Ztrawberry stopped at a perfect height, it looks like she's gonna develop into a beautiful lady. Fat white pistils all over 😻 Day 39 Happy girl got 2500ml cm bg bb bh 6.3ph ~1EC She is perfect, symmetrical, stopped stretching at about 50cm, flowers are mostly leveled, branches are strong, leaves point up unless I water. I think she's also turning purple. Beaut 😻 Day 42 I think I saw some burnt tips but she still looks super happy and healthy. The most vigorous plant I've had.

I topped this girl last week. Her leaf colors are odd tho. Just plain ol water going on this girl.

So this week saw lots of frost and leaves praying all day now . The buds are starting to stack nice and smells are strong of fruit and skunk . I've done my contest shots for Christmas entries on both the picture and video strain reviews . **Semaine 8 : Huitième Semaine de Floraison – Phase Ripening (8-14 avril 2026)** **Note :** Mise à jour hebdomadaire. On entre officiellement dans la phase **ripening** (mûrissement). Les données TrolMaster et GrowOps confirment une transition très propre et contrôlée. Tout se passe bien, sans aucun souci. ### Contexte et Objectifs de la Semaine Semaine 8 sur 12 totales : on passe du bulking pur au **ripening**. L’objectif n’est plus de faire grossir les buds, mais de les densifier, de maximiser la production de trichomes et de laisser la plante terminer sa maturation. Steering : passage progressif vers **génératif** (irrigations moins fréquentes, dryback plus marqué la nuit, baisse progressive de tous les paramètres). Changements appliqués cette semaine : - PPFD diminué progressivement (750 → 550) - Température et humidité baissées - EC réduit (2.6 → 1.5) - UV maintenu à 90 min/jour pour continuer à booster terpènes et résine **Petit tips éducatif : Pourquoi baisser progressivement en ripening ?** En phase ripening (dernières 4-5 semaines), la plante arrête de pousser en taille et concentre son énergie sur la maturation des fleurs. - Baisser le PPFD/DLI évite le stress lumineux et permet aux trichomes de grossir sans brûler. - Baisser la température (surtout la nuit) et l’humidité favorise la synthèse des terpènes et réduit le risque de moisissure. - Réduire l’EC évite l’accumulation de sels en fin de cycle et améliore le goût final. - Passer en steering génératif (dryback plus long) force la plante à « finir » ses buds et à concentrer résine et cannabinoïdes. Les buds sont **follement frosty** : couverts d’une épaisse couche de trichomes (sugar leaves très blanches), ce qui donne un aspect brillant et collant incroyable. La densité des buds est bonne et devient bien compacte, même si la taille reste raisonnable (j’ai déjà vu des buds plus gros sur d’autres variétés, mais ici la qualité prime). Odeur : très forte et agréable, mélange sucré/épicé/floral typique de Sticky Broccoli. Pistils majoritairement colorés et enroulés. Santé générale : parfaite, vert profond sur les feuilles restantes, zéro pest, zéro carence, zéro stress visible. Les plantes sont en pleine forme et concentrées sur la maturation. ### Paramètres Environnementaux (TrolMaster + GrowOps – synthèse semaine 8) - **Température jour** : 19-21 °C (cible 20 °C, live 20.3 °C) - **Température nuit** : 14-15 °C (baisse nette pour ripening) - **Humidité jour** : 48-58 % (cible 55 %, live 51.5 %) - **Humidité nuit** : 29-39 % - **VPD** : 0.9-1.3 kPa (live 1.16 kPa → bien adapté au ripening) - **PPFD** : 550 (baisse progressive, DLI ~24) - **UV Light** : 90 min/jour (maintenu) - **Far Red Light** : 30 min en fin de cycle - **CO₂** : setpoint 900 ppm jour - **EC solution** : 1.5 mS/cm (live ~1.62) - **pH solution** : 5.8-6.0 (live 6.27) - **Runoff EC** : 2.5-3 mS/cm - **Irrigation** : moins fréquente (transition générative) - **Runoff % daily** : 20-30 % - **Night dryback** : 20-30 % (augmenté pour ripening) - **Steering** : génératif (confirmé cette semaine) ### Nutrition et Irrigation (Soupe actuelle) La recette reste la même que les semaines précédentes, mais avec EC réduit à 1.5 : - Cocos A + B - CANNA PK 13/14 (dose légère) - Green Sensation suprimer - Pure Zym suprimer - Sugar Royal suprimer - Cal-Mag Amino 1 ml - Silica Force 1 ml - pH- pour ajuster Eau à ~20 °C. L’irrigation est maintenant moins fréquente pour accentuer le dryback nocturne et favoriser la concentration des buds. ### Problèmes et Ajustements **RAS total.** Aucune alerte, aucune carence, aucun excès. La baisse progressive de tous les paramètres se fait en douceur et les plantes répondent très bien. Le passage en ripening est maîtrisé. ### Plans pour la Semaine 9 - Continuer à baisser tranquillement : PPFD, température (surtout nuit), humidité et EC - Maintenir UV à 90 min/jour - Défoliation très légère si nécessaire (seulement les feuilles qui bloquent la lumière sur les buds inférieurs) - Photos rapprochées pour suivre la couleur des trichomes (passage vers ambré) - Préparer le flush (généralement à partir de la semaine 9-10 selon maturité) Ce journal sera mis à jour hebdomadairement. #GrowLegendary #Zamnesia #Plagron #EternityGrowCup2 Les buds sont magnifiquement frosty, denses et résineux, avec une odeur qui devient vraiment puissante. Day 100 | 03/04/2022:💧 I am back from my holiday today but I will only be able to harvest them at the end of the week, so I watered them today. but with a reduced 1L each because I still want them to be more on the dry side when I am taking them off Day 105 | 08/04/2022: Today was harvest day and the girls look sooooo dry and yellow omg.. 😅 Maybe that 1L was not enough, but still it's better that they are on the dry side. They just all went so yellow in the last few weeks, obviously they werent getting any nutrients but also I harvested them a bit late
