2024-11-27 to 2024-12-02 The first time I grew Chernobyl, the plant was dense and unruly with thick, lush vegetation. In fact, the plant took up so much room in my tent that I have it to a friend to finish outdoor. It showed signs of bud rot early in the flowering period and luckily, most of it was saved from itself. In addition, the stems of this strain are more hollow and brittle, gaining thickness quickly and making Low Stress Training a difficult task that requires patience when working the branches around the LST clips. I have broken many branches on a Chernobyl plant even when applying care and caution. It requires getting the plant to the shape and size you need early, so that silica can be added to strengthen the branches in prep for those killer nugs. They are taking about .5 gallons of feed every other day.

The amount of harvest was good even though I lost basically one whole plant to the meldew. So the harvest would have even been double.. But yeah I can not complain about the quantity. I will see how the smoke test goes 💪

Despite so hot outside flowers are doing okey , I over watered for 2/3 days so I took out the flowers out the tent for 6/8 hours to allow better ventilation .

Really flowering now. And they took a big stretch the last seven days or so. Tents full, I took the net out a bit ago just to shuffle the plants around in the tent. Still feeding and loving the em harvest. I’ll update again soon as always 🍻

Sad to lose one but three good looking plants very excited about this cross breed. Hopefully they show sex soon so I know what I've got! Have a look at my Kalini Asia's and I might get a decent phone to take some better pics 😉 Hopefully have some more seeds with the next crop!

Week 2 (Jan 11 - Jan 17) Giving 2 more seeds a try. This time using the new water-only organic soil found at the hydroponics place where we got the advice to go organic and helped pick out the right materials that didn't break the bank. Fingers crossed, but feeling hopeful.

💧 Week 10 – Flush (10 Days) Final flush week went smoothly. Used Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish to help clear excess salts and nutrients from the medium, then followed with clean RO water to let the plant fade naturally. Leaves gradually lightened in color, water uptake slowed, and buds continued tightening nicely. Trichomes reached mostly cloudy with a touch of amber — right in the harvest window I was aiming for. Aroma stayed strong and clean through the entire flush ❄️🔥 Kept RH low with steady airflow to protect resin and avoid any late-stage issues. Entering the Flower Stage Our P.C.R.s have officially entered the flowering stage, and the transformation is already visible. The stretch has begun, and you can see the plants reaching up, preparing to produce those beautiful buds we’re all waiting for. This stage is all about supporting their growth and ensuring they have everything they need to thrive. NutriSpray Magic This week, we’ve been diligently spraying Aptus Holland NutriSpray, and the results are phenomenal. Zum Anfang dieser Woche war ich 3 Tage nicht zuhause. Ich habe die Pflanze vorher nochmal gegossen und anschließend die Lampe vorbereitend etwas höher gehangen. Als ich nach den drei Tagen wieder gekommen bin, hat die Pflanze einen Riesen Sprung gemacht. Leider sind einige Triebe zu nah ans Licht gewachsen und haben ein paar Hitze/Licht Schäden davongetragen. Alles in allem ist der Schaden meiner Meinung nach aber nur optischer Natur. Ansonsten wächst die Pflanze unglaublich schnell, ich versuche stetig die Seitentriebe rauszuholen, damit ein ebenmäßiges Pflanzendach entsteht. Bisher habe ich nur mit Wasser gegossen. Ich denke, wenn die ersten richtigen Blütezeichen einsetzen, werde ich düngen. Die Lampe ist weiterhin auf 60% gedimmt. Ich frage mich, wann ich anfangen sollte ein paar Blätter zu entfernen.
