Hello everyone, update for the Frozen Bananas F1 Hybrids by Barney's Farm. Starting with the biggest plant, we are now on week 5. She is doing well and growing steadily. Then, for her sibling, she is still doing terribly. Honestly, she has been underperforming since she was a seedling, and I think it's time to face reality—some plants just don't have that "grown-up" ambition. Because of this, I have officially started germinating another seed. I will be starting a completely new diary for that one, so stay tuned for Part 2. The environment has been relatively stable. The humidity is sitting right at 65%. The temperature has a bit of a mood swing, ranging between 21 and 26°C. Let's see how things look next week. The photos got root bound, but their growth went crazy in less than a week. If I started the autos february first I started these photos february.Fourth, these approximately have a month to date. I moved two of the fast bud mix photos out of the remaining three that survived into seven gallon pots to let them grow as big as they can.And I will flip them whenever I get a chance, and once I see how the autos are. These photos are being grown successfully in reused.Soil, while the autos in the same general area are struggling.A little bit. Because my audibles are struggling.I think I have focus to turn these photos into a better current grow.And not put these in my backyard, I have another four strains that I will plan for that. I also plan to start seedlings and give them to my cousin.So he can grow in his backyard, and I think I will create diaries for those

Day 84 (day 21 flower): Major defoliation on both the Brain Cake and Bakers Delight. Both the ladies are getting sticky! The Brain Cake smell is pretty neutral but the Bakers Delight has a bit more smell and reminds me a bit of a Tangine Kush (Rare Dankness) I grew a while back. Changed the water reservoirs to the flower bloom booster nutrients (Plagron green sensation). Day 86 (day 23 flower): They seem to be coming along nicely, a tiny bit of progression in the buds since defoliating. The Bakers Delight is more sensitive to nutrients so added some tap water to dilute the nutrients a little (TDS 510 -> 470). Day 87 (day 24 flower): Both doing well. The Bakers Delight seems to be reacting positively to the slightly lower nutrient concentration. Both water reservoirs between 5.7 and 6.3 at all times and around 20-21c. Day 89 (day 26 flower): Everything seems fine, water stats are stable, for as far as I can see no deficiencies or excess, bud are growing in height and seem to be producing nice amounts of thc giving the buds a slightly grey color. Some of the pistils are turning orange very early, might be due to stress the past weeks, or the new full spectrum light or just genetics. The Bakers Delight currently has a stronger smell, also a more peppery background. The Brain Cake has a neutral fresh 'plant material' green hash smell, nothing special going on yet with her odor. --> Slowly been hanging the light closer, at 50cm from the Brain Cake and 60cm from the Bakers Delight, will slowly lower till its approx 40cm from the Brain Cake and 50cm from the Bakers Delight (because the BD is 10 cm shorter...). Hopefully this will get the top buds to get even bigger and stronger and hopefully aswell the bottom buds will pull some weight and most importantly the bottom buds need to ripen as fast as the top buds which is usually the main issue when they dont get enough light... Curious to see how it plays out. Might need another minor defoliation around day 40-44.

Flowering day 59 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The lady is slowly coming to an end 😍. The buds start to swell extremely . The trichomes are 80 % milky and 20 % amber :-) . 2nd week and I can tell one thing for sure. I'm really bad gardener 😬 Had to leave for 5 days and that was let's say suboptimal. Another proof that this strain is able to live with little to none attention. Changed the light hours to 20/4 to let them rest for at least a little time. Last big change was me finally finishing my controll system so even without me being present conditions were almost constant to preseted values (temp +/-0.2°C and humidity +/- 6%) Really happy with their grow so i hope it all be OK.

Super frosty and stinky lady, super good strain,same aroma as her sister, smells super sweet,unfortunately she didn't got a good enough size so she's not gonna be very productive, I hope to grow her again to be able to get a bigger yield of this sweet organic nuggets! 💚🌱🤞

Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. Plants continued to grow well some plants show signs of nutrient deficiencies, trying to address it without burning all the other plants.
