the temperature has risen to 32 degrees.. but flowering continues without problems.I have no way to lower the temperatures, just over a month and they should be ready. I made a mistake by adding the top dress, thinking it would help during the flowering stage. But since the plants only spent one week in supersoil before I switched to flowering, I added a tablespoon per 7 liters during the third week of 12/12 light. Given how short the vegetative phase was, I’ve realized that the top dress wasn’t necessary. waiting until the end of September for the next run the height of only 150 cm of the growbox does not help in counteracting the heat. Tropicana Banana make a nice top

What up what up. Decided to re grow this top notch strain again. I absolutely love this one as it grows easy and produces some incredible flowers and extracts. Not to mention the terps are wild. This strain has always grown pretty tall so looking forward how it performs under the new lights and conditions. All in all Happy Growing.

I started brewing a batch of Compost Tea today which should be ready in 24-36 hours, after which I'll give the GG4 Sherbet FF a treat! 5/18- Yesterday, I gave the GG4 Sherbet a healthy drink of the freshly brewed Compost Tea which will benefit the microbes in her soil greatly! My Compost Tea recipe is as follows: In a doubled up mesh bag I put in 2 cups of wiggle worm castings, 1 cup of Alfalfa Meal, 1/2 cup of Dr. Earth 4-4-4 dry amendment w/beneficial mycorrhizae, 1 tbsp. Stash Blend, 1 tbsp. Plantonics Amino Bliss. Then in a 5g bucket filled with 68-74℉ non-chlorinated well water (which I do not adjust ph on, if it's good enough for me to drink... it's good enough for my plants) I add 4 tbsp. of unsulfured black strap molasses and 4 tbsp. of liquid Kelp Extract. I then aerate the water via a pump and large round air stone and hang the mesh bag so that it stays suspended above the bottom of the bucket and so the air bubbles can surround it. I then cover the bucket and leave it alone for 24-36 hrs after which there should be a generous layer of foam in the bucket which indicates that your tea is ready to serve! 5/20- I'm almost certain that slugs are the culprits of all of the leaf chewing that has occurred on the GG4 Sherbet FF. I only wish I had figured it out sooner but, on the bright side, this is a photoperiod and she has plenty of time to recover so she'll be just fine. Yesterday, once I figured out that I was facing a slug attack, I immediately deployed my favorite defense against slugs and other little soft bodied buggers and their larvae... Diatomaceous Earth. This stuff is death to fungus gnat larvae, along with other pest larvae and will ruin a slugs day quickly! If you look at diatomaceous earth under magnification, it resembles shards of glass and acts as the same on the soft bodies of pests either repelling, or killing them! 5/22- Our weather has dried out and warmed up so I'm watering daily with well water straight from the garden hose. With seven weeks of growth now for the GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower, she just keeps looking better by the day and in a month you won't recognize her! Chugging along. Have had some moisture issues in the tent- pooling water on the floor. Added another fan to keep things moving plus reduced the temp at which the exhaust fan blows one degree. That seemed to help. I’m a little worried that the buds seem so small this late in the game. I’ll officially ask a question about this later, but I have been having a lot of condensation inside my tent. That’s because it is in a cold part of my house. And though I do have two fans running and the temp is set low, the condensation is running down my walls and under my floor tray. Not a huge issue except I tried wiping down the walls today and bent a pretty good bud stalk. Not sure if it will keep growing or if it will be an early sacrifice. But, bummer all the same. Also, I figured out that I was a week off. So, just starting week 8.

My suspicions of some kind of infection with the plant on the right was confirmed this week and I learned a new word "fasciation"...it's all over the internet but i've never heard of this before now...the plant continues to look worse and worse no matter what i do, a few of the older clones are starting to do the same thing so i threw them all out...The plant on the left looks on track with maybe 2 1/2 weeks to go..

Started to train this girl now that she got her branches She got really tall and has me excited for my first purple haze harvest. I am loving her progress, knowing I stripped her so much in the past.

Literally she’s beautiful. I can’t even tell you how happy I am with how she turned out. The Rosin is crystal clear amber goodness. She tastes so creamy and sweet. The profile is just pure bliss. This grow is looking phenomenal. Can’t wait to wash for rosin! Freezing as of now update: test run of bubble this shit is fucing crazy gas. So pungent and full of flavor. Tried some wet Melt in the Puffco it hits like crazy. Great effects and gas flavor. Will be pressing asap update did a 2nd wash tonight of all the trim from plant 3. I’d say 600 wet grams. Yielded great and awesome color. update: pressed 10 gram puck of rosin to test run. See results above. She’s a squirter!

Hoping these girls start to bulk up soon. This is all organic- just being fed with water, glucose, and the Gaia Green soil bloom nutrient top dressings every other week. Goal is to see what I can do with bare minimum and then press the yields with nutrient feedings in the future. Anyone with organic growing experience - these look normal size for where we are at in flower? I know we have a month or so to go but the roots seem to be pretty compacted at this point in 5 gallons pots. I think I’d go to 3 - 10 gallon fabric pots for next grow. Let me know what works best for you.

Boy I really feel I butchered my attempt at topping this plant, it left behind a few feeble looking fan leaves that I had to remove because I didn't like the way they were looking at me. 😒 I suspect I really waited too long, but I'm unaccustomed to how fast autoflowers start flowering. Beyond that, she's the most spindly of the girls out on the patio, which are mostly bushed out now - but she's the only real sativa in this group.
