Hello Growmies, Week 3 for our Watermelon Candy by Zamnesia is unfolding with promise as we observe their transition through pre-flower. Opting for low-stress training over topping, we're guiding their growth gently to maximize their potential. The plants have gracefully reached our SCROG, and with two already skillfully trained, they are demonstrating adaptability and robustness. Through the canopy, we see an even spread of foliage, indicating that our LST approach is on point. The structure of the plants is sturdy, showing that the careful maneuvering through the SCROG mesh has been well received. The greenery is lush, leaves are perked up, reaching for the light—signs that our Watermelon Candy plants are in their element and thriving. Our environmental management has mirrored the successful strategies implemented with our Epic Buzz and Red Banana Pudding strains. Daytime conditions are meticulously controlled, with the Tent-X system maintaining VPD within the ideal range for healthy plant activity. However, as we've noted with our other strains, our nighttime VPD control presents a challenge. The data indicate a discrepancy in maintaining optimal humidity levels when the lights are off, suggesting that our current setup is not fully regulating the environment during these crucial hours. The intention to integrate the Smart Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system is a move towards rectifying this issue, with the aim to achieve a seamless 24-hour environmental control. The transition to this enhanced system will ensure that our Watermelon Candy plants receive the same level of consistent care throughout their entire growth cycle. Although we have arrived and exceeded the time to harvest according to the breeder's specifications, I have decided to keep them under the lamp a little bit more in order to see a last push. Furthermore I haven't seen too many amber colored trichomes so this helped me to maintain it. I don't have the right tools to observe them either, so I'm somewhat hesitant about the time of harvest. Maybe I'll cut the biggest ones and keep the little ones a little more under the light. Anyway I saw that pure sativas can stay flowering between 100-120 days so I think I'm not so wrong.

"Hi, I received my pH meter this week, so from week 6 onwards, I'm aiming for a pH value of 6.0 - 6.5. This week, I noticed that the plant in the small pot received too much fertilizer. The other two 7.5-liter fabric pots also received double the recommended amount according to the feeding schedule, but they don't show any signs of over-fertilization."

She's healthy and going strong! Smells absolutely amazing. The only issue I currently have is the light being far away from plant because there is another plant in the tent twice her size. It's not terrible though

2 october First of all... This girl was planted in a position under a tree. She is a real outdoor strain. I had succes with maroc in guerilla grows before. Sun hours are key. Having that in mind. The way this Outdoor Grapefruit performed in her bad spot is incredible. She grew away from the shady patch just like Maroc did. Meaning she was leaning and basicly I ended up scrogging her to face the southern side. The backside was of the net was empty. In a sunny spot this girl would have gone through the roof. She is super sticky. Amazingly fruity, my favourite strain outdoors this year. She performed wel in the cold and rain. Mould was everywhere but she managed best. Could have gone another week but forecast were bad and my planning did not allow that extra time. So many thing still left to do with such monster plants and incoming harvest. Ill keep you posted on weight, with budshots in the smoke report. Peace out✌️

2/12: I moved the Platonium, both Sucrose Overdose, and the last Muscadine Wine into the dark. The Velvet Sugah Bref, GG4, and Berry Bomb are the last plants from this diary, and they are just getting water and Liquidsoil. They are all in the closet now and getting blasted with extremely cold winter air and intense UVB for their last week. 2/13: I harvested the Platonium, both Sucrose Overdose, and the last Muscadine Wine tonight. Sexy sexy bitches...ooh la la! Not embarrassed to say that I got major wood while giving them a bath...😜

Things still going great. I had a bit of light burn(upturned leaf edges) so I backed off an inch or two. Other than that no major changes.

Sticky dankolicious! I can't friggin wait to smoke this one...prolly tomorrow morning.. It grew like a dream, didn't hog much space and grew an amazingly fat and dense cola.
