Unfortunately ive been away for a few weeks so unable to get any pics while she was being looked after. But im back now! Here she is in week 5 of flower, with another week or so nutrients then a 2 week flush. So excited to try this for xmas🤩

Day 90 in total of the clone, I was able to get two generations of clones before it started flowering, but the first generation was eaten at night by an army of black ants. It is impressive how the plant adapts to all the processes (including cloning and rooting) in an incredible way. I have been growing with a lunar calendar for about 10 years and this is the first time I have seen a plant anticipate and prepare itself a few days in advance for the lunar changes. Very fun to grow, every week it generates different processes, which makes it very dynamic and very fast.

Some kind of crazy old Purple Kush variant; potency is not only severe with this baby, but supernaturally intense. What up fam, weekly update on these ladies. So far they've dealt with the heat like champs. Thankfully I got my AC fixed and it's back up and running. So thank God as we're having a heat wave still with day temps in the high 90's. They're getting fed 16oz of fed daily. It's looking like maybe another week or two before they'll get harvested. I cannot wait for the harvest to begin… dam… this plant is doing the thing that make the pots to be done[South African Phrase], she has shot up, during my absence it’s like it was getting watered with nutrients and water mixture, and all she was getting was water. next week hopefully I’ll find the measuring tape and measure the height of this beautiful plant, my eyes cannot believe my labour, it’s fruits are becoming unbelievable, I hope that the bud is going to be big and juicy, I want to nothing but to smoke the best.

Esa familia, actualizamos las northern light xL, hay una de las 3 que destaca del resto por tamaño y flores, pintan muy bien, se ve buen color y bastante vigorosas, tutelamos 1. Bajamos humedad y temperatura, a estas alturas estamos pensando en el siguiente proyecto con varias geneticas de zambezaseeds.

Iam still waiting for one plant to dry. I will upload all details in 2-3 days. But what i can say is that i am happy with that strain and plants. I had nothing, only 7L pots and the sun (which was not regulaly shining well). Plus a bit of alga grow and plagron green sensation. The plants where all up to 1m high . The buds are reaaaaly sticky and frosty. I am impressed that i get no dry mouth after smoking it what is amazing haha. Cant wait to grow this strain again but in bigger pots, they should grow huge and with good quality buds.

So this round I just lollipopped and didn’t strip the top at all, with better veg next round it’ll work better but I’m having issues with some plants not quite trellised how I’d like. Everything smells great, BCS,BD and WM are getting fat and PKB is frosty and tight. Watering is more of a chore than I’d like I think I’m just going to use some 5s for the next round . El ph se controla en 6.5, la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/21 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 100% de potencia. Tenemos como visitante de nuevo los trips, compré depredadores que coloque. Got the Spider Farmer wicking system set up with a reservoir. Up until now I’ve been using purchased pure water since it came with a better starting pH than my tap. After running the numbers, the cost of hauling jugs didn’t make sense long term. I ended up grabbing an RV water inline filter for the garden hose, which strips out most of the chlorine and other contaminants I was worried about. Goal was mostly a stable water source because the girls are getting thirsty; I still prefer hand-watering to wet and activate the top dress. Access is only from one side of the 5×5, so as they bulk up I’m learning the back two are a chore to reach. The wicking pads help keep things even between rounds, but I’m still going in by hand to finish the job. Did a defoliation pass; airflow and light paths improved, but I may need to push it a bit further because I don’t want a lot of larf. Crazy how much plant material I pulled off but they seem fine. Light feels like the current yield limiter. The SF4000 is solid but a touch undersized for full 5×5 penetration, the lower canopy isn’t getting what I want. I’m eyeing a higher-wattage bar style light for better edge uniformity and deeper PAR at canopy. I’ve been testing edge light saturation with the SpiderF PPFD sensor at canopy height. Center readings are strong but the corners and long edges are clearly lacking. Smaller tent or smaller plants another option maybe. Im at 100% on my light and will be for the rest of the grow just raising it to keep distance. Plants look happy overall. The Durban Cookies is standing out, taller and more vigorous than the 10th Planets especially for being a week younger than the rest. I am guessing it will be harvested first just by stretch speed alone. The 10th Planets R1s all have a pretty even canopy going but showing stretch. Wicking system + hand-water combo is keeping the media right where I want it, and the top dress from last week is kicking in. Reminding everyone this is my first grow. Hoping for a pound dry, but I won’t be greedy. Keeping my expectations realistic! Thanks for following along.
