This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun. Either way flower are exploding all over her! Going to give them some Fresh Aloe Vera water, there loaded with Amino acids other good stuff. 08/27/2022 Not sure if auto flower goes through different flowering stages, if they do phase one is fleeting first flush of pistils fading and fresh ones popping up everywhere . Bruce Banner is a resin monster even some bigger leaves getting resin rails.

También se ha quitado el primer par de nodos LBP(Lower Branch Pruning), que normalmente salen ramas que no llegan a ser gran cosa. Se han quemado del sol, se ve que les da directo y no lo han soportado y se han secado, la tierra esta bastante seca al igual que muchas hojas, por suerte me he dado cuenta al cabo de unas horas, no esperaba que el sol ya pegase tan fuerte, las he cambiado de sitio y se han puesto donde no da el sol directo en ningún momento del día y están solamente a la sombra. Se han regado con un poquito de agua para que se recuperen, les he puesto una maceta más grande por fuera para que si diese el sol, que no le de a la maceta de dentro(2L) que es más pequeña y se calientan las raíces. d42 Se han regado y añadido aminoácidos(más Pro XXL 42% Aminoácidos) ya que eso ayudará a que la planta se recupere, por la tarde-noche les da el sol, no hay otro sitio que le de menos el sol directo, se han secado un pelín más la hojas, pero los brotes nuevos están blanditos y parece que las plantas seguirán creciendo bien.

Overall I'm extremely impressed with this strain. Terpene profile definitely leans traditional GG#4. Extremely pungent and lingering aroma. I personally wouldn't consume this if I had any plans for the day. Definitely helps with my sleep issues. The bud to leaf ratio was above average and fairly easy to trim. The bud themselves are extremely resinous and dense. So if you've followed this grow you'll know I made to change back to organic growing and made a light change mid grow. I'm glad I went back to organics because it's always been the favorable growing style of mine. I switched to a light bar style LED from Kind LED lights and noticed a big difference over the Spider Farmer. Now let me state that the Kind pulls more watts and should technically on paper out perform the smaller SF2000 from Spider Farmer. This is not at all a slam against Spider Farmer because I love my Spider lights. I really didn't do anything special this grow other than my normal routine. I topped multiple times and the rest was a mixture of LST and HST techniques. I finished in a 10 Gallon pot to try and fill my canopy to provided grow area. The organics I pretty much kept as simple as possible. Amended soil before transplant and topdressed every 4 weeks. What I would consider the most important aspect of organic growing is to not let the soil dry out and keep the microbial life in your soil prosperous and happy. Well it seems i ran into some sort of issue and had to flush. I hope it fattens a bit more even though i feel like the issues may have something to do with the root system. I am at day 44 out f a 55-65 day flowering plant. I just hope i can get through this so that i can start flush this friday and harvest in like 2 weeks.

the seedlings germinated on September 22 in the biobizz light mix soil after 13 days I administered 1ml / lt. advanced nutrients ph perfect grow 1ml / lt. ph perfect micro 1ml / lt. 2ml / lt. b-52 2ml / lt voodoo juice after 4 days I repeated the fertilization with 1.4ml / lt of the main nutrients and 2ml / lt of b-52 after a few days I noticed some burnt tip signs of overfertilization so from day 12 I started giving demineralized water until the outflow for 3-4 times until a few days ago that I noticed a yellowing of the upper part and spots that look like calcium or potassium deficiency I was also wondering if I can do without the cal-mag since the ph perfect micro contains a lot of calcium. tomorrow I give the third dose of nutrients hoping they will recover since nothing has changed with the first two fertilizations Days 39 they do not seem mileage even after a week of fertilization even if at very low dosages the next time I increase the nutrients and let's see what happens Days 41 it looks like it's going well they still look nutrient deficient the next time we increase the dosage.

Finally decent temperatures and we can start the flower! They recovered well from the temperature shock and show some growth. They got a massive haircut and trained. Now they can enter flower stage. Each plant got 50 g of Wizzy's Flower 6-8-10 organic fertilizer, 3 g / 10 L of Plant Booster and 1g / Liter Weedtamines. A few days ago. Tomorrow they'll get their dose of Pflanzengeflüster (Plant Whisper) to increase flower production.

Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations.
