Hello Growmies, Two weeks into vegetation, our Watermelon Candy by Zamnesia is striking a fine figure in the grow tent. Each plant has achieved a notable height of 14 cm, an impressive feat for their age, suggesting that they are well on their way to becoming vigorous and bushy specimens. The uniformity observed in the first week continues to be a defining trait of the Watermelon Candy strain. These plants, with their symmetrical leaf structure and consistent growth patterns, are reflecting their strong genetic lineage. The lush green leaves and the tautness of the stems speak volumes about the care they've received. Their transplant into the 12.5-liter air-pots, coupled with the application of Great White during the process, has provided them with a fertile foundation for root development. This mycorrhizal support will surely bolster their ability to uptake water and nutrients efficiently, setting them up for success in the coming weeks. The controlled environment, with precise management of temperature and humidity, continues to foster their growth. This week everything is doing well for the most part, I’m having a Canuk bred strain start to yellow up and get some brown spots on her @day61 and looks like a little bit of calcium deficiency in my mutant lemon pie but I’ll keep on working to get them corrected as best I can

I used the glass of water technique, soaked it for 18 hours then transferred it to moist paper towel (paper towel method) put it on a plate and placed it on a dark and warm area and spray water once the paper towel goes dry. 2-3 days until the seed crack and reveals its tail then i planted it on my medium.

Our beauty is now 4 weeks old and continues to grow strong and healthy. She has already surpassed 18 cm in height, showing excellent progress. The light schedule remains 12/12, and we continue to monitor her response to these conditions. The daytime temperature stays steady at 28°C, nighttime at 21°C, with humidity maintained at 65%. We are consistently feeding her with Xpert Nutrients fertilizers, ensuring she gets all the necessary elements for active growth. Additionally, we are continuing the use of CO2, which, based on our observations, has a positive impact on development. The gutter hoe grow show powered by the viparspectra XS2000 is still in action. The plants are showing that they aren't completely happy with the limited root space they have but they are growing some buds. Crescendo is definitely the most trich coated of the bunch. The big detroit energy is producing some big fat buds. Lowered the temp to 72. Other than that the juice will keep pumping and the lights will keep beaming.

UPDATE: Day 2 of week 9 Saturday 17th October: Nutes in today and more LST. Defo running out of space, so LST is proving more tricky and stems are less bendy now and much easier to crease! I’m tempted to not try too much more teasing of the plant and purely work on light height from here on in.. I don’t wanna mess up all my hard work by trying to force the plants too hard, damage them and stress them out. Other than that all looking great and pistils coming through lovely 😊 UPDATE- Day 4 of week 9: Monday 19th October Nutes in again. Increased the BioBizz Top Max this week to 3ml/l so let’s see how they respond. One girl looks like she’s a little slower than the others but other than that happy days. Oh and the crease I made in the main stem on one of my ladies last watering, doesn’t seems to have suffered any for it thankfully.. UPDATE: Day 6 of week 9 Wednesday 21st October; Nutes in and a little defoliation. Have a mild case of thrips, so I’m concerned about what products to use as I’m now in the 3rd week of flower and don’t want to spoil the buds or taste.. Argh! Since putting in the dehumidifier temps have soared which is what’s causing the thrips.. Gonna use the cardboard box method for the dehumidifier to get it out the tent, just need to pickup an aluminium hose and ducting tape. Pretty pissed as I’ve had such a smooth ride up till now. Really don’t wanna spoil my first grow. Thinking some Neem oil may help but worried about spoiling the buds ☹️ Happy growing peeps! 💚✌️🏼

Weeks 3 Think different is in need of some NPK in Higher amounts due to the offset in planting it is ahead by 3 weeks from the blue dream that is now in the tent. I have some bottom leaf die off so i will have to feed them differently the other 4 will get a 200 ppm feeding until the catch up in the veg stage Think Different got a 460ppm feeding today at a PH of 5.8 1 gallon of harvested rain water. I am gonna let them dry out for a few days let the roots dig to the bottom and keep an eye on the color they have got plenty of food and water. I might have over done it. I think looking at your Garden every day routinely will help you catch things before they get to far out of whack.

Cali crasher is growing well under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She got neem oil sprayed this week when the next grow space got infected with russet mites. So I treated everything not flowering to be safe. She didn't get training after the spraying. It was stressful enough as the leaves are showing. She did get a fresh solution change for first time. I Should see a lot of new growth comming in the next few weeks. Everything is about as good as expected. Starting from this week I will only use BioBOOST additive because I think that I could have an over K amount in my soil. I defoliated just a little tiny bit to expose even more the buds to the light. The resin is starting to increase considerably and the smell is following with berry and citrus notes gnam gnam 😵 I did not know that Sativa strain has less compact buds through the stalks so I was a little bit worried about it but I think is fine.
