WEEK 1 of flower. This is insanely quick, veg for three weeks and on week 4 we are flowering strong. It is raining a lot, so i had to use a top dressing, ingredients on the week 3, to manage the soil nutrients till the end of the cycle. About two table spoons. Watering once a week, this girl is in a supersoil, very natural as a grow, nothing much complicated, no science fiction with fertilizer or chemistry. I’m curious about the yield, and how much can i pull out of this way, with minimal work and a nearly inert soil. Let’s see how this experiment turns out.

Day 29. No feed still. I spray them with Bio Heaven and CalMag light mix, sometimes adding a bit of Silica acid too. All not higher than 1ml/L. Think this week I will try to push best ones, smallest coming up too, but very slow, droped them to the shade and don't put any hopes into them. Day 33. Did little repositioning, space looks better now I think, plus big plants should be happier. Spray spray spray ;)))) Happy Growing !!!

Les plants ont maintenant beaucoup plus d’espace et peuvent se développer pleinement pour prochainement, passer en floraison. Je renouvelle le marc de café autour des plants pour éloigner les potentiels nuisibles. Je pulvérise les plants au purin d’orties le jour 59. Arrosage à l’engrais de croissance le jour 60.

Temps and humidity remained stable at 81-83f and between 70-78% humidity. Both are performing extremely well. Lsd 25 is the largest of all the plants and is extremely vigorous. Healthy green growth. They're both up to 700 ppm. The zkittles on the other hand, I suspect is the closest to the fan, which is blowing directly on her and that would obviously impact leaf surface temps which is the reason its leaves actually grow a little deficient but one the leaf is full size it gets healthy! Weird but its likely true. Anyways blasting on to week 4. Stay tuned folks!

HEY! the beginning of flowering. all the same decided to do defoliation after looking at the inside of the plant .. there are just a million buds under the leaves)) in short, I decided to give them more light .. not quite a suitable period for this, but I took a chance .. removed a lot of hopeless branches .. I won't bother her anymore! until I stick a knife in her trunk and chop it down and smoke it!))

Thanks for stopping by had a bit of a hiccup last weekend left them unattended got a little heat stress but got everything back on track and now we’re pre flowering also switched nutrients and readjusted pots for better lighting. ( I’m excited for my first grow ever )

High GD community, Week 6, Wonder pie doing fine. She keeps her tempo steady, not really fast, but she keeps developing. Some of the side branches starting to take form and first lining is a fact. Ive removed 9 leafs, so te center gets more open for the small branches trying to come up. I think i should cut the internodes that are up and down, but i only cutted the one underneath. If anyone is convinced its better to get rid of the upperone 2, please comment. I do thinl it might cause problems in a few weeks, bcs it will grow up instead of out to the sides, so, hormone regulation will change, slow down the outgrowing buds and extra pump up these internodes. Enough rambling about that, lets talk about the plant intirely, bit by bit she starts to look like something i have in mind. 💦👨‍🔬 Just spraying ph 6.2water and 1 feeding this week. 3 waterings this week, 1 with nuts. Starting a second seed of this Wedding Cake strain from Lifted, a rec grower. The first seed has some interesting mutations going on that I did not see in any of the four plants last year. Hopefully this one comes out strong and uniform. If it does, I’ll likely clone it and hit the clone with some colloidal silver to reload. I have 9 seeds left, but it would be nice to have some extras. I really scored with these seeds. I put a few photos of a plant from the same seed stock. As you can see, the plant is very robust. I also found it very durable, pest and weather resistant. It also provides high yields. The research I’ve done says that Lifted’s Wedding Cake strain comes from a clone of the Seed Junky strain, which I believe to be the original strain. Whether the seeds I found in my rec store purchase are from cross pollination, genetics or stress, I’m not sure. However, given that I popped 4 seeds last year and had four females, I feel pretty confident that the seeds are from stress or genetics. So they would be feminized. No topping, just some serious LST. This year, I plan to top the stronger of the two and FIM the other.

17 sept. Please let there be sunshine, Mould had been spotted mainly in the northern part of the plant. Rain had been pouring down for nearly a week and air humidity was around 80-90 % Plants are way to far in their flower cycle for these kind of showers and you can see it has taken its toll. Pistils are turning brown and buds need to be checked every other day to stop mold from spreading. She still needs a week more maybe 2 if weather allows it, but she will be chopped before the next rainy days. I will lose a part of the harvest to mould weekly but for me the maturation of the harvest is more important than the quantitity. As you can see there are plenty of buds left that still have chance of maturing. Harvesting now would be a shame. Simply hoping for some dry warm days for her to swell and put on some weight.

Week 6 is full blown flower. Technically early last week it was flowering but couldn’t change the journal mid week. I’m upping the feeding and hoping for some big bud production.

10/18, day 74 While only getting a tiny bit taller, the colas are bulking up, trichomes are developing, and the colors are amazing. She's so pretty! We're starting to take more stemmed leaves off in preparation for harvest, and they are ready to come off, with beautiful yellow fading. There are sooooo many reddish-orange hairs, and it seems most of the tops are being taken over by purples now. 10/21, day 77 Violet's leaves are turning brown and beginning to curl now. When looking at her trichomes, it seems there is not as much amber today as there was yesterday somehow. Every time we open the cabinet, it seems she has changed. 10/23 day 79 Violet has been exploding with trichomes the last couple of days, and I'm just like WOW!! Upon doing more research on trichomes and their development, I found an article that explains things so nicely (Link: https://www.greencultured.co/cannabis-trichomes-overview/ ) In this article, I learned about the three different types of trichomes: bulbous, capitate sessile, and capitate stalked. The stalked being the tall pretty ones we like to see, which also contain the most resin. At a certain point, the short sessiles develop into the stalked, increasing from 30% to 80-90%. This is kind of far down the article in the section titled "Latest Cannabis Trichome Research." It also explains that the stalked trichomes contain 16 cells while sessile trichomes only contain 8, so the stalked trichome explosion Violet has been having is doubling her medicinal value. I believe that her increasingly strong smell is a sign that this is good information, so I encourage you to check it out. I do not know them, nor have any arrangements with them, I really did just find the article that helpful. Oh, Violet, our time together is going to be over soon!!

The baby girls were put in a bowl lined with a moist paper towel and a second paper towel was placed on top. The bowl was left on top of a fridge that had a window giving it a moderate amount of light and warmth. The seeds grew very fast and after just 48 hours they were ready to be placed in pots for vegetation!!

The OG Kush made it through her final week of flower...56 days in total. Super sticky and smells like a mix of limonene and pinene and a hint of sweetness on the back end.
