3rd December 5 days later and the Candy Rain looks really healthy! Looking forward to increase the EC from 2.40 to 2.5-2.6 in the next few days… From my experience this strain can’t take that much nutrients and is easily over-fertilized…so I will carefully increase the nutrients and see how the plant will react.

This one has been delightful to grow full of buds everywhere with very little Fan leafs can't wait to cure and tested. I have cut down in jar everything the wait was 97 grams please consider that when they comes to my scale weight i wait until the main stem breaks with a loud crunch and the buds are really dry to the touch reason for it I have a very busy life and at the end of the day this is just a hobby so I cannot be opening those jars many times a day at most one in the morning and one in night so I want to avoid mold on them.so I push in a Boveda pack to keep them nice Thank you for reading I will update the other details when ready have a happy grow.

Week 8 has completed we are now going on week 9 of flower with this yummy frosty looking Papaya Sherbet she is throwing all sorts of different smells it goes from a sweet skittles then as well as a bubble gum (bubble yum) candy this is an amazing phenotype right here, come week ten it’s supposed to be 36 degrees on Thursday night that’s a gamble not sure if we should take it my wife and I are wanting to give her a full 10 weeks but might have to cut her down early :( but This morning we gave her as well as our Holy Grail (bag seed) each 1.5 tablespoons of Organic Coconut Sugar and a tablespoon of molasses and that’s it from here on out, water, water, and more water haha!! Going to let the soil dry out for most of the last week of her life to help send her into a bit of a shock Maybe some ice water prior to see if it helps pack on more trichomes!!

So the smallest of the 3 got harvested, Now the yellow plant goes another week While the final plant needs 2 more weeks maybe 3weeks

Hey there growmies! Week 16 and week 6 of flower has started. Although I do have to keep reminding myself that they are technically entering week 4 of flower. I was quickly reminded of that over the weekend, lol. Everything is still going good. They're all taking in plenty at the moment, very heavy eaters these ladies are! Trichomes are looking great and the smell is really starting to come out. Smells right now are very sweet, like candy. It's even more intense when I brush by watering and touching them. Weird because I thought the smell was supposed to be earthy, citrus and fuel. Still alot of time to go though. I'm definitely noticing day by day swelling and that's just cool to me, I love watching plants grow ❤️ Well that's it for now. Happy growing everyone ✌️🍀✌️

They were super easy to grow but took ill very quickly and didn't bounce back all that well but no great impact on the harvest, I'm still really happy with what's on the scales and I learned plenty from this round.

6/16 Fed today. Left out the microbe and kangaroots due to time. I'm adding the kelp me kelp you as well but it was a rush this morning. Didn't get spinosid applied last night. I found a spittle bug in it's bubbles and killed the nymph. I noticed random little munch's so that makes me think the spinosid is a good idea. Plants seem very happy. 6/17 Transplanted the rooted cuttings of 9lb kush and NYC Skunk Ape into a gallon of happy frog. From there they'll go in either a five gallon bucket, 10 gallon bag or right in the bag. Considering how late it is I think the two ten gallon grow bags would be perfect. The two Black Widow/GSC seeds kinda dried out but got transplanted to two red solo cups of happy frog. It will be interesting to see which strains do well in this harsh climate. Didn't get the spinosid sprayed and I'm unsure of I will tonight. Looks like rain. I'd rather apply when sky is clear. I love being able to do this. Every morning I start my day off right. Great boost to mental health! Internet is fucking up so I'm having difficulty loading pictures. Rrrrr 6/20 Took a bunch of pictures but forgot to add them and my internet connection is to slow to upload right now. I haven't had to water this crop only a couple times this year. Temperature shot down to 45 last night. I noticed some more WPM on the interior of some of the GDPs. Also leaf hopper damage and random munches from other bugs. I did some interior defoliation and spot treated with k bicarb and dawn. I'll attempt to upload pictures again. Black widow/GSC has germinated. 6/21 Watered the girls with the hose. Was super pressed for time so I couldn't pH the water. The hose looks like it's about 6.5 but I know it's a little more alkaline. Oh well it's what I've always used. I should've fed but again...crisis. girls look wonderful. I took a bunch of great photos but I used the app to take them and the didn't upload. On the plus side I got some older ones up. I haven't spent nearly the amount of time I usually do on my garden. However I will say the k bicarb has been stellar. Even using it as spot treatment. 6/22 FED 3 gallons today. Kept the same schedule but added a 1/4 tsp microbe brew and a 1/4 tsp kangaroots. Didn't have the kelp with me so I left it out. PM seems to be controlled pretty well. A few interior leaves were defoliated but overall things look great. Especially considering the 35-40 degree temperature swing we've been seeing. I don't really see any insect damage. I'll wait until the temps settle before I do a foliar spray.

second week of flowering done. They were stretching like crazy. Installed a 3rd net to keep the stretch under control. Jumped from 35 cm to 83 cm in 2 weeks. They giving me some headache because of the hight. Should have send them 1 or 2 weeks earlier into flower. But it’s a lesson how to handle or not handle hybrids and sativas. Over all in was quite relaxing just adding water/ nutrients and doing some defoliation. So far so good. it’s quite easy to keep them on the same level with 3 nets. Still learning how to handle certain situations and conditions. But so far I am happy. They have got a massive need of Kalium at the moment. Should have given them more TA -Grow nutrients. But that’s party of learning. Really happy about the aeroponic setup. Really like the full control of the grow medium. (Compared to soil it’s easier for control freaks). Really water efficient compared to dwc/hydro/soil and changes made take effect pretty fast. Really nice oxygen supply at the roots and overall nice control possibilities regarding to roots and medium/solution. A possible downside could be that u can only use mineral nutrients and no organic nutrients. (We want some bacteria and fungus but not these ones that break down organic nutrients. That is more a preference thing than anything else. Good made hydro can compete with soil easily but most ppl put to much in there and ruin it any way. (Don’t want to trigger its good that everyone got its own style and evolves it in his needs and conditions.) The maintenance effort that is required for aero is a bit higher than soil and dwc but it pays off. (Personal opinion but numbers proof it) Looking forward to the next weeks and flower build up. Pretty happy with progress on the flowering. No idea how much longer it will take but I ran out of fertilizer. Will head to the local hydro store to pick some more up today. The large spindly plant is still growing. It's about twice as tall as the others and nowhere near as far along with the flowering - at least the buds are still much smaller. No idea what variety - a mystery plant!

During this week the plant has basically done its last big stretch. The hairs have started to develop and I have stopped using root boosters as stretching is slowing down , on the other hand I have added nirvana to help increase production and resine.
