*** update, 7/23. Girls are very happy today. Another day with no afternoon sun. Thank goodness I hung a light above them or I would be dealing with some light starved ladies but as it is they are chugging right along. Another day that I won’t have to worry about watering them thanks to the Roots Organic Formula 707 soil, stuff is making me a believer. Really healthy plants on their way into flower by the next weeks update I’m sure. Strong well pronounced female organs I hope mean big buds later on down the line. The Harvey Wallbanger is coming on strong, now the second tallest. She still has not produced a fan leaf with more than five points on it, all 5’s or 3’s. The Vanilla Fizz I still think will enter flower first as the other two are still producing opposite nodes and are not staggered yet. The 91 Grapes stinks!! Not even in flower yet but stinks, very chemmy.

Autos are just starting to flower the photos are dying for some bigger pots. I've been trying to bring up the overall plant health in general since moving everything to a basement the temps are a little lower than ideal. I had a space heater delivered today and monitored the temps but they only went up to around 78°f I want it to be atleast 82°f ideally 85. The heater uses 1500 watt and only increased it about 2 or 3°. I dont think it's worth the extra cost for such little boost. I'm thinking about returning the heater and throwing a 1000w hps in one of the other tents and see if that will raise it anymore. Especially with LED and co2 higher temps would be very beneficial in veg and early flower but the room is so big its gunna be tough to pull off without killing me on electric costs. Any suggestions are welcome. I know this room does decent in flower but I havnt done much veg work down here and I'll have some autos growing this round so it's important I get it up.

My 3 week estimate last week might be a little long. Thinking 1 more week maybe. It's going cloudy pretty quick. We'll see how the week goes. Tried to clean up a little more between branches today but the canopy is pretty ridiculous for only 3 plants(really two and a half since #2 got a little stunted from the early root rot). I really should have been more aggressive skirting out the lesser undergrowth. I left it because it managed to stretch to canopy level but it's really choked up some areas. Buds are basically laying on one another when you get deeper in. Gonna be plenty of fluff for extracts.

We just pushed through another absolute beast of a week, and the first half of it was pure survival mode. The temperatures peaked at a jaw-dropping 39°C, and even the nights offered zero relief, staying at a sticky 26°C minimum. It’s been an intense endurance test for an outdoor grow! The Daily Hydration & Feeding Strategy: 💧 To keep them from turning into crisp, dry twigs, I had to switch to a strict every-single-day watering schedule. Missing even one day in that kind of heat wave would have been catastrophic. Amazingly, the ladies are showing incredible resilience—they haven’t displayed any noticeable signs of distress or major issues so far. Development is moving along beautifully, though I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there won't be any delayed fallout from the extreme heat stress. Nutrient-wise I'm feeding them at about 75% of the recommended dosing plan to keep them happy without overdoing it in this heat. The Strain Breakdown: 🌿 Lemon Cherry Cookies Auto: This girl is absolutely crushing the game right now. She is already stacking up some seriously decent, chunky buds, and the aroma is getting beautifully pronounced and loud! Every breeze brings a sweet whiff of what's to come. 😉 Amnesia Haze Auto: She has turned into an absolute monster! She’s gotten incredibly big and wide, taking full advantage of her outdoor space. You can definitely see that Sativa heritage shining through—judging by her progress, she’s definitely going to take a bit longer to cross the finish line compared to the quicker, Indica-dominant ladies like the Lemon Cherry Cookies. Bruce Banner Auto & Banana Purple Punch Auto: These are the two shorter ladies of the group, but what they lack in raw height, they make up for in sheer health. Size aside, they are doing exceptionally well, looking super vibrant, healthy, and stacking their own flowers nicely. All in all, I’m incredibly proud of how these genetics are handling a brutal summer. Now that the worst of the heatwave seems to be behind us, I can’t wait to watch these buds really start to swell!

Got the Spider Farmer wicking system set up with a reservoir. Up until now I’ve been using purchased pure water since it came with a better starting pH than my tap. After running the numbers, the cost of hauling jugs didn’t make sense long term. I ended up grabbing an RV water inline filter for the garden hose, which strips out most of the chlorine and other contaminants I was worried about. Goal was mostly a stable water source because the girls are getting thirsty; I still prefer hand-watering to wet and activate the top dress. Access is only from one side of the 5×5, so as they bulk up I’m learning the back two are a chore to reach. The wicking pads help keep things even between rounds, but I’m still going in by hand to finish the job. Did a defoliation pass; airflow and light paths improved, but I may need to push it a bit further because I don’t want a lot of larf. Crazy how much plant material I pulled off but they seem fine. Light feels like the current yield limiter. The SF4000 is solid but a touch undersized for full 5×5 penetration, the lower canopy isn’t getting what I want. I’m eyeing a higher-wattage bar style light for better edge uniformity and deeper PAR at canopy. I’ve been testing edge light saturation with the SpiderF PPFD sensor at canopy height. Center readings are strong but the corners and long edges are clearly lacking. Smaller tent or smaller plants another option maybe. Im at 100% on my light and will be for the rest of the grow just raising it to keep distance. Plants look happy overall. The Durban Cookies is standing out, taller and more vigorous than the 10th Planets especially for being a week younger than the rest. I am guessing it will be harvested first just by stretch speed alone. The 10th Planets R1s all have a pretty even canopy going but showing stretch. Wicking system + hand-water combo is keeping the media right where I want it, and the top dress from last week is kicking in. Reminding everyone this is my first grow. Hoping for a pound dry, but I won’t be greedy. Keeping my expectations realistic! Thanks for following along.

13/3/26.day 36th from shedding the shell,beginning week of 6. was watered -3 liters water with 12 ml TERRA FLORES. 16/3/26 watered with 5l water, then big bud(2ml/1l). 19/3/26 watered 3l water with 10 ml TERRA FLORES. This time I decided to grow it without training. I think it will be better for this indica-dominant variety. I hope it doesn't lead to supercropping. I apply as much light as possible to prevent it from growing upwards. P.S.this lady looks like a real bear!!!

Week 6 of this wonderful Bear Candy Auto phocasseeds is the maker love the smell already skunk smell on her while defoliating today did sown new tie downs before it’s to late I like my main head to be tied down more but was late on pulling her so just let it be this run. Temps been great will have to get a tent ac for the spring and summer for sure but for now it’s good temps.

Black Runtz has the best leaves out of all the strains I’m growing right now. The plant has great structure. I have a great feeling about this one

Day 50 and the plant seems to be growing very fast very strong .not too much leafs which is a relieved and very nice for light penetration but be aware with the flowering stretch if your lack of Headroom other than that the plant seems to be growing without any problems developing a very lovely smell. Day 53 I have to Super crop several branches Unfortunately they were growing straight into the light becoming burned by the intense light I hope the plant doesn't react to bad to HST and still deliver awesome buds. Also I will stop to give her any nitrogen nutrient like the micro and the grow and I will only gave her the bloom and other additives when I feed. Twelfth week and now this is the end. I decided to harvest these days because two weeks have passed since I have increased the amount of water and because the peaks now seem to be in a very good development point. The plant is really spectacular. The flowers are very compact and voluminous, they give off a really intense, citrusy and orange scent. The two main buds are completely equal and measure entirely 50cm. All the rest of the buds have not developed badly either. The amount of pollen is moderately high and you can notice very well a compact layer on all the flowers. As I said I watered the plant with just water all week, increasing the dose more and more to wash the roots completely and be able to harvest the plant. I cut everything and hung it all up in a cabinet where I control the humidity and temperature values and try to keep them stable through an air recirculation system. I hope to have everything almost dry and ready within 10 days to be able to participate in the competition. I really thank Zamnesia very much for the opportunity it has given me and for this wonderful genetics that has made me known. I am very excited about what I have achieved from this growth and what I have learned in all this time. All I need now is to try this wonder!
